Third time we have ordered/been here. First time was an order through door dash and now visiting for the second in about two weeks. Each time the food has been amazing! So flavorful! The two times we have dined in the restaurant, the service has been impeccable! The staff is so welcoming and so so nice! We had questions on dishes and they explained everything with kindness. Great place to hang out for chai and samosa. Love their mango lassi as well. A little upset today when i walked out with super hot cups fresh chai but the cup of tea got spilled in my car as it was burning hot!! Burnt my mom as well. Our first time eating at newly opened Fusion restaurant. We enjoy many different ethnic foods. Fusion is Indian food. The butter chicken, rice, samoas and nan bread was delicious. Their bar will be serving alcohol soon. Their fruit drinks and ice cream bar looked good and will try on my next visit. The atmosphere is clean and beautiful. The music had a Las Vegas vibe. Our waitress, Raman was pleasant and helpful with food suggestions. Happy to see more restaurants opening in Clovis. read more

I went to fusion Indian cuisine for my first time this afternoon. Me and my boyfriend walked in never previously trying Indian food. We let the lady who took care of us choose a fan favorite for us and she recommended the butter chicken so we decided to go with the butter chicken bowl. For trying Indian food for our first time. This was an absolutely amazing experience. We were attended gratefully and the atmosphere was very nice and clean. Food was absolutely amazing and I couldn't recommend this place enough. Samosa Chaat was very tasty and good portion size. Tikka Masala was very flavorful, but very pricey for the few pieces of chicken that came with it. Most of the Masala was onions and peppers. The bread that accompanied the Masala was very tasty as well. Only giving 3 stars for small amounts of chicken. I think the "fusion" part of the menu is only on the offerings of Indian-Chinese. That said, the Indian food is really very good here. They have bowls available. You can pick your curry dish, and it will come over rice and a little dahl. The butter chicken is lights-out delicious. The Aloo Tikka Chaat is fantastic. It is fried potato cakes with a few chutneys, yogurt curry sauce, and garnished with diced onions, cilantro, corn, and pomegranate. The collision of flavors is what they go for with a dish like this. They nailed it. The staff knows the menu and assumes the non-Indian patrons will have questions and a little brain lock. This is very helpful for most of the people who come in. I would really love to see more fusion items. I think they'd be absolute culinary rock stars if they did. read more

Amazing customer service, the food served here never misses. I've been to Indian Fusion a total of six times now and on average for two people it'll cost you $35-$50 depending on number of appetizers and drinks. For such rich quality and a variety of food options to choose from, this is an amazing deal. If the spice stereotype is scaring you from trying this place out, I recommend their butter chicken bowl and masala fries. I try a new appetizer every time I'm there and for me, they've all been either too spicy for my taste or very strong flavor-wise. The owner is incredibly friendly if you're lucky enough to meet him, and I am always greeted by new staff members that are incredibly kind and well trained. 10/10 favorite place in Clovis for dates and family! read more

Food and staff are both great. Don't let the set up fool you, this is a full service wait dinner with a great team, and the Chaat Bar is great for a quick bite. Let's talk about the Chaats. Amazing! My favorite is the samosa chart but really they are all good, and could be a meal, but don't fill up because the other food is just as good. Shahi Paneer is one of the best I've had amazing flavor with the right amount of spice. The food is spicy, but once again so good and not over the top spicy. Tandoori Chicken tender and cooked perfectly. Chicken tikka masala and goat curry also really good. Now here's the twist. They have this Indo Chinese section of their menu you would think is a little weird but it works. It still has an Indian flare. I've only had the Chili Shrimp from this section of the menu and it was good but overall the authentic Indian food is was we go back every time. read more

Was in the area and wanted to grab a late lunch. Saw this place a few days ago and decided to give them a try. Parking was a bit challenging to find on this busy Saturday, we scored a 15min parking spot right in front of the restaurant so we just decided to get something to go. Beautiful interior with many dine in seating. Took a few minutes to look over the menu. My usual go to for Indian food is butter chicken and samosa so that's what I ordered and my husband ordered goat curry and aloo tikki. Waited a few minutes. It was about a 20min drive back home. When we unpacked our order everything was still hot and neatly packed in reusable containers. Portions are a bit small, but I feel most Indian restaurants are and for the price, spent alittle over $40. But everything had so much flavor and it was all delicious, they definitely used quality ingredients. The curries were so rich one of the best butter chickens I've ever had, it was a bit spicy and I felt the spice level kept increasing as I ate it but it was delicious and very filling the meats on the dishes were so tender. The food was really good. We had the chicken tikki masala bowl, which comes with Nan bread and rice for $14. We also got the tandoori chicken. The tandoori chicken was a longer wait time and so worth it. The chicken was damn near falling off the bone, it was so tender and juicy. The tandoori was $15 and came with 6 wings, plated beautifully. We also got the Mango lassi. I recommend the sweet lassi it's always a good go to. Our waitress was Harman she was really kind and gave us information on how the chicken was made because we were curious how it was so tender. She told us more info on their sauces. Customer service was poor. I occasionally come here, but today the service was bad. Upon arrival, there were no menus given to us. We sat for almost 10 mins. I got up to get the menus myself at the counter. After looking at the menus, no one came to get our order. I ordered at the front cashier and paid there. The cashier didn't seem to notice or care that my friend and I were already sitting in a booth. When I finished paying, I went back to the booth/table and sat for another 10 mins. No one came to bring us water. I noticed there were white plastic cups on the counter so my friend and I helped ourselves to get our own water. A waitress later saw us sitting with cups of water and brought out plates and utensils. Horrible! There were at least 4 workers present and none were attentive. All the while this was happening, another customer walked in, and a waitress attended to them right away. Mind-blowing! read more
