My visit: I checked in with the comment "getting some hot Tiger Milk Tea (Thai+Matcha)". This is my first time ordering this here, so I was excited about trying something new. Now I usually only order the iced boba here but asked if they could make it hot since it's freezing outside & I wanted something warm. The girl who was taking my order paused for a sec but said they could make it hot. Sweet! The drink itself wasn't for me. The matcha mixed with the Thai tea was a bit too bitter for my taste. I probably won't order it again (who knows, unless I feel adventurous again). My FAVES: I think I'll stick with my favorite milk teas here like, oolong, jasmine, matcha, black, Thai tea or taro. I also really like their lychee smoothie (it's creamy; some other boba spots call this a snow drink). The FOOD: I haven't tried the food items here in awhile (I think their bahn mi & rice plate was just ok) & they've gotten lots of new items since, so maybe I'll try something next time to refresh my memory. But if I don't remember it then it probably wasn't that good. Went here today with my husband to try out Fusion since it was so close to work. I had the peach green tea with lychee boba and my husband had the taro milk with lychee boba. We also split a chicken empanada. All items purchased were delicious! I really liked my drink because it had real pieces of peach in there as well to add to the drink and it was not too sweet. The workers even said that they would re-make the drink for me if it was too sweet. There food items are growing and they said that they may possibly include Vietnamese sandwiches in the future. I would not recommend getting their Milk Teas. I got a large Thai tea which they rang up as $6.50, but then I asked if that included boba. The cashier said that was a different price. I paid just under $7.50 for a normal thai tea with boba! And the tea itself was not very good (though the boba was good). About 10 minutes after I ordered, a man walked in who I assume is the manager and questioned the girl about my order. He then approached the counter where I was at and questioned me as well. Asking if I used my phone, and how I paid. I explained to him I used my free drinks. Later that evening I got a message in my flok app saying that I am committing fraud, because I punched my own card 40+ times. I ALWAYS have to hand my phone to the employee as their lunch code isn't in a location that is easily reachable. That being said, the "owner" said he would be contacting flok to see what has happened. . He also said he would be checking the cameras to make sure I didn't pull a fast one.. This is ridiculous and so unprofessional. The way they approached me was by saying they will review the footage to show I am being fraudulent. It's all ridiculous and it is now May 31st. After I have tried calling them numerous times and having someone tell me to call back when someone who speaks English is there, I have tried messaging on flok as well.. no response anymore. I stopped by here to satisfy my milk tea craving. Parking wasn't issue since it's in an area that is not super populated. Upon walking in, you'll notice how overwhelming and crazy their menu looks. There was so much going on, on it but the vietnamese iced coffee caught my eye. So, that's what I decided I was going to get. I was greeted by a friendly employee who took my order and he hopped on it right after I paid. There was only 1 other customer in the store with me. A few minutes went by and another employee brought my drink out. After getting my drink, I sat down for a bit and I took my first sip. My first thought was 'holy crap! Been ordering from them a lot during the shelter in place through DoorDash since it's the closet boba spot. Favorite drink is passion fruit with black tea + lychee jelly and boba. The tea isn't always consistent, but more times than not we are satisfied. We also ordered popcorn chicken and fries, but giving that it was delivery it wasn't the freshest and therefore I don't think I can give it a fair review. Ordered just the marble tea on Sunday night and it was perfect... didn't specify a sweetness but the gal made it perfect! (Taro & Thai tea) Sunday (Today) I go in within an hour of close... The hubby was craving boba so we visited this place for the first time. My Tiger tea (green tea + Thai tea) was mediocre. You can totally taste the powder they used to make the drink. I've had better ones elsewhere. The plastic cup the drinks were served in was flimsy. The hubby's drink busted as soon as he walked out the door. First impression: This place has a large selection of drinks and quite an artistic menu. But let's be real, I'm going to a restaurant to order food and drinks not to admire some piece of art at a museum. The menu is really confusing and difficult to read. I just wanted to see the food selections and the prices without needing to figure out WHAT is actually on the menu because the food are listed all over the board without clear organization. Not only that, the use of multiple chalk colors makes the menu even more difficult to read as certain colors don't show up clearly on black chalkboard. You can have a cute and creative menu design without making it illegible to read. My boyfriend ordered a Thai milk tea, but if you got a chance to see the actual drink (see picture), you would have thought that they got him a wrong drink. The drink had little to no thai tea in it, and all it had was water down cold milk. I was most excited to try their Vietnamese sandwich, but they ran out of paté by the time we arrived at noon. So we decided to order pork sandwich, but the quality of it isn't worth the price. There wasn't any daikon radish or meat, so we got a bunch of picked carrots and fats with some cilantro and cucumbers. The service was also slow. There were only 2 staffs there: cashier and good preparation worker. For some reason, the cashier kept disappearing somewhere for a really long time before he came back. But at least the other staff greeted customer while the cashier was gone I'm not sure about their other food or drinks, but if you come here for good boba or Vietnamese sandwich, I would suggest you should save your money for somewhere else. read more

The earl grey boba today cost me /6.40 and tasted like ear wax. It was disgusting. I threw it out. The Boba has been warm which gives it a slimy nasty mouth feel. The drinks are either overly sweet or not sweet enough. These people need to go to lazi cow or T4 and take lessons. This place is close to my house so that is why I went there ... it sucks that I cannot get convenient close boba that is edible.
