FINALLY its OPEN!! Been waiting for this place to open. Super close to home literally 5 minutes away. Came here with a group of 10 & we were greeted & seated pretty fast. Love the ambience of the place feels homey. Drinks we ordered Thai Tea, coconut milk, unsweetened ice tea, & sodas. Thai tea was super sweet but easy fix with more half & half (no big deal) The food was DELICIOUS!!! Crispy pot stickers were really flavorful that we ended up ordering 2 because my 2 year old loved it. We also ordered 2 of the shrimp spring rolls, can't go wrong with that. Peanut sauce was a bit on the runny side I guess I prefer it to be thicker but still tasted great. Combination pho was full of flavor the broth was good that I didn't feel the need to add any extra sauce, I only put bean sprouts & mint. My husband picked the food up while I was in the car in the midst of Covid19 quarantine. He was amazed how this place offers hand sanitizer for people picking up food. Outstanding food. I am a huge Pho fan and when I first moved to Vegas I immediately look for a Pho restaurant. I found one that was very good but there was no consistency. I then found another Pho restaurant with the same result. Then I found Fuzen. Years later I am still coming. This is not a true Vietnamese restaurant. Owned by Koreans so it is a type of variation. We ordered pork rice plate and pork sandwich. We asked the waitress if the sandwich was a banh mi and she said yes. We received a hot dog bun with pork inside... a banh mi is made of French bread! The "sandwich" was the saddest, most pathetic attempt at a banh mi I have ever encountered. The meat tasted decent, but the entire meal was not enjoyable as it was a major disappointment. Great to have very tasty Pho close to home. Fuzen Pho recently opened next to the Planet Fitness on Lake Mead with a one page test menu which covers a lot of the basics. We started with the Spring Rolls and they were very good. We also had the Tendon Pho and grilled pork with rice. They were both very tasty despite them running out of their picked carrots and cucumbers for the pork dish. The owners are just getting started so it should get better yet. The dining area is spacious and looks like it could accommodate a lot of hungry customers in comfortable booths and tables. This has been our go-to spot for pho over the last 3 years. Still tasty, still fast. But they raised their prices - which I totally understand is happening everywhere - but they made the portions smaller too. I have never in my life finished an entire bowl of pho from anywhere, including here previously. But I finished today's more expensive bowl of pho and was still hungry afterwards. So that's a bit disappointing. Raise prices to match inflation, but don't make the bowls smaller :( read more

Super excited that there is a pho spot like 5 mins away from our house! Been waiting over a year and we often stopped by to see if they opened . First off, inside is very clean and they've done a great job decorating it. Everyone was really nice and friendly. You usually find that in the family owned local businesses. You may not find everything to be smooth and/or perfect but please do not hesitate to ask questions! They want to improve and do better. What we found the most pleasing was that the broth was nearly perfect. It didn't have too much of herbs or spices that we often find in other pho places. First visit. Portions are large so it's a good value. I've had Pho many times and this rates among the top 5. The broth was slightly sweet which is slightly different than my experiences, but it was very good. Their drinks are canned sodas, lemonade and teas. I had the Thai tea. It comes with or without Boba for $4.50. In addition to Pho, they have a full selection of other Vietnamese entrees. I will definitely be back and recommend you try it as well. read more

I understand things are different due to COVID but let's go through this. I walked in and the lady asked if I had a reservation, I replied no but asked if I could dine in. She got really snippy and pointed at a boot and said "You sit there". Keep in mind I was the only one in there. Had to wait 10 min before she even came by to take my order from almost 15 feet away. This is where things got bad. It took 15min just to get my water and another 15 min to get my soup. As you can see in the photo. The veggies were almost non existent. The soup had canned mushrooms and the Bean sprouts were canned as well. They gave me lemons and Italian basil. The broth had only a flavor of star anise. The noodles completely soggy. This is by far the absolute worst pho I have ever had in Vegas. So many other shops 100 times better to choose from. Stay away from this place. I did pay and tip but I could only stomach about 3 bites of this. read more
