I've always wanted to try this place and finally did. They have a full bar with TVs everywhere with different sports playing. I was promptly helped by the girl at front who ran me through the process. I decided on the fajita chicken quesadilla which was very underwhelming. We stopped in for a late lunch. The line to order wasn't too bad & they were able to get our order pretty quickly. They gave us a buzzer & told us when it buzzes go up to the counter to get the food. Okay. The dining area is tight. I'm talking you have to have a plan on how you are going to get you drink & get to your table before you even start. Made it to the table, did I mention it was really tight in the dining area (we are not big people either!) As we sat there our tummies rumbling, we could see the food on the table next to us. It was so close, no joke we could have eaten off their plates. The food buzzed went off & we set off on our journey to get the food. I don't know if it was the maze of tables or the bad layout, but this was not a fun experience. Food was yummy, they even have great vegetarian options. Clean with lots of TV's - obviously a good concept that has expanded into 150+++locations- founded by a man from ft. worth Texas! The food is terrible- it is at the frozen TV dinner level. It want kill you but it is not good. The prices are low for the food. So it is affordable- close to the Del Taco price and food quality level. That's in addition to the 20 minutes that we stood in line...the line part is tolerable, since it's s new place. But the wait for food.is unacceptable. Breakfast tacos are ok. Not seasoned at all, salt and pepper would be nice. They do serve booze which is a big bonus. But damn it's really hard to enjoy your food when they are blasting bubblegum pop music that makes you want to stick your fork in your ear hole. But again I've eaten here on many occasions because it is the closest thing to Tex mex, though not at all. I vote for torchys. Which there was one in this area I would MUCH rather go there. Fuzzy's Taco's is great!!! We try to go there for Taco Tuesday...although they do not have any specials for Taco Tuesday!!! We love the tacos, burritos, queso, and especially the shredded chicken salads...and of course, the Margaritas!!!! We have been to the one in Castle Rock and the one in Parker, and feel the Parker one is much better...especially with the salads! We love the salads and sometimes just get them to go for that day...or even the next!!! They are so fresh and hearty, that they are even good the next day! And, they even have Margaritas to go!!! We just stopped by on our way home and grabbed some food for Cinco De Mayo. We knew we were in for a wait but it was worth it! We got all of our food correctly and it was DELICIOUS as always. The staff were under some serious pressure today with it being a holiday plus having to incorporate all of the social distancing requirements. & THEY DID SUCH AN AWESOME JOB!! Fuzzy's as a chain is great but this location is absolutely terrible at getting your order correct. Their kitchen doesn't pay attention to the orders at all, it's ALWAYS wrong. I have never had this many problems with a restaurant getting our order wrong every time. I'm not sure why management can't get this under control. We like to get food to go, and every single time they have screwed it up. One of our burritos is just chicken and cheese, nothing difficult, we have the person on the phone taking the order confirm over and over that we want nothing else in it and every time it comes loaded with guacamole and all of the works. It's been wrong so many times, there is no way that we are the only people having this problem. Unless you are going to eat there where you can send the food back (it's often wrong when you're dining in as well) or open your burrito up before you leave, don't even bother with this location, Qdoba is 1/4 mile away. Fuzzy's will replace it if you bring it back but we live on the other side of town, we didn't pick up food so we can drive back across town every time. read more

Love me some Fuzzy's but you web ordering isn't work and no one an Saturday night was manning the phone for take out. In fact while I was at Restaurant I watch the phone ring 2 separate times and no one answer. I love the food at Fuzzy's but this sucked. I had to come in and make my Togo order after the website wouldn't let me order a kids crunchy beef taco and the phone wasn't answered 3 separate times. Sitting here waiting for my food, no offer of drink or anything after I explained the issue to your Togo counter person. Not great customer service that's for sure. read more

This is a really clean place with very friendly staff. Unfortunately it took forever to get the two tacos I ordered. Once I got them, they were very small and unsatisfying. It was a little under $9 for two tacos and a small drink, so it was definitely the price of a full meal, but only 6 bites worth of food. I'll probably stop by again and try ordering something else, because I really want this place to be good. Update: After visiting for a second time, I ordered 3 tacos, nachos, and a drink. My total was well over $20 and my tacos had bones in them. I just don't understand the prices. You can get better tacos at just about any other place that serves tacos. read more

Also if you like bbq seasoned tortilla chips this is your place, at first I thought what an odd combination and after eating them I think the same! Wouldn't kill them to invest in some salt and lime maybe...? Oh and super attentive staff order from the bar, get your chips and guacamole coupon, then proceed to the kitchen and the same person will grab your coupon, not confusing at all. Oh and the beer, filled to the rim, so be super careful when walking it back to your table because you might spill it like I did. This is a chain joint, but here's what I love about it: the service no matter how long the line is is always super quick, food is consistently delicious, indoor and outdoor seating options, and healthier variations of everything. I've loved Chipotle's bowls for a minute but this one tastes fresher and so much better to me. They don't bog it down with the sides when they add them which I appreciate. Their salsa is killer, love it so much! I love that all their nutrition info is online and you can modify anything based off of that. Their big drinks are delicious and the sprinkle salt stuff they put on their chips is so good! read more

The only reason I'm giving 3-stars is because the margaritas are good and this is a good place for large groups. The atmosphere is fun, but the food is hooooorrible! No joke, reminds me of, oh my god, CASA BONITA level stuff. lol! I ordered the Cheese Enchilada plate....it's basically fake white cheese (with sprinkled real stuff inside) slathered over two uncooked tortillas and the rice definitely didn't taste like "lime & cilantro". This place just misses the mark. Cute decor... Maybe a bit overboard on TV sets. We sat at the bar. Beer and wine menu had no prices listed. Weird. Bartender gave us a cocktail menu that actually had prices and helped us pretty quickly. I ordered a marg with no salt, got salt, but the drink was pretty good. We ordered chips and salsa. They took forever to arrive... Basically arrived with the meal. Chips good, salsa pretty bland. The fish tacos were very tasty. Husband got a pork taco with lots of "fillers" like rice and beans and not much meat. It was decent in flavor, but cold. Could have been good if it was served hot. As people at the bar finished their meals and left the restaurant, their plates didn't get cleared at all for really long time. So lots of dishes and glasses started accumulating at the bar. We ended up staring at what was left of some dude's refried beans, and a bunch of half consumed drinks, salsa and serving bowls for about 15 minutes. Again weird. Hard to think of time I've sat at a bar when plates and glasses weren't cleared immediately after a customer settled their check. The bartender didn't seem that busy, just preoccupied with chatting with customers and missing the overall appearance of things. The general vibe was mayhem - - with all of the TVs, loud music blasting, bartender yakking and dishes everywhere. Not sure I would go back. Our go-tos and recommended items are: Queso w/Chorizo, California Heat Taco on flour, Citrus Heat Mahi Tacos on flour, Cluckin fried chicken taco, chicken/steak Fajita plates. I went to another location of Fuzzy's during college, so I was so excited when I heard that a new one was coming in at Castle Rock. While I have been there for dinner, I love going there for brunch! Fuzzys needs slightly better wait staff to qualify for 5 stars. The food is one of the better Mexican options but the experience starting from the line to place your order to getting service from the servers is clearly broken. In the several instances we have been there the food was always great but the waitresses, both breakfast and dinner shifts, had other tasks they were working on rather than taking care of guests. Not sure if thats an issue with shift leaders or overall view of the GM but if this was my store its something I would fix fast. read more
