Cheap food and awesome happy hour. Emery is the best bar tender. The building is configured weird and I don't like their tacos. Pork nachos and the veggie burrito bowl with pro are the best. Well this was the most unusual experience I've had in ages. Not knowing what fuzzies was all about we walked in seated ourselves in the bar and waited. We didn't know it was a self-serve semi fast food restaurant. So I go up to the bartender and ask him for a menu he looks at me like I'm stupid and said you have to order over there, and then turns his back on me. So I go around the bar to the other side make my order and the gal gives me tickets on where to pick up my order. Now it's getting comical. So I behave like I'm a little scolded and I take the tickets up and these helpers by the kitchen are wonderful! They're so cute and helpful and accommodating. OK I've been given a buzzer and it goes off and I trail up to the window to get my food and bring it back to the table. I've ordered chips and guacamole with a side of salsa, a taco for my husband, combination plate of taco and enchilada with beans and cilantro rice. OK here's the good and here's the bad and the ugly. The chips salsa and guacamole were wonderful! My Baja mahi grilled taco was bland but saved by the guacamole and the salsa that I added to it. The enchilada was dry dry dry and the green chili was almost nonexistent. The beans were abundant but dry dry dry. Oh and as an added bonus and there was a gray curly hair in the salsa. The food and drink here is awesome. I will be back because of the food alone. My sister and I also enjoyed the wide variety of margaritas that they had available - they seriously have a margarita for people of all tastes and preferences. Their classic frozen strawberry margarita is probably my favorite though. The reason for the 3/5 star review is because the service wasn't great. It took at least 15 minutes of us waiting in line to get our order in. Then, it took awhile for our food to arrive because they put the wrong buzzer number in the system for us. I really enjoy the food and the atmosphere, so I'm hoping I will be able to update this review with higher marks after my next visit. read more

One of our fav spots for take out, we love you can get the tacos by themselves. Amazing street style tacos and the nachos and Queso are awesome as well. It's always good to find a spot where the take out is just as good as eating there and Fuzzy's doesn't disappoint. The brisket and grilled fish are our favorites. read more

Ordered takeout (obviously right now), got home, the food looked awesome. The spicy pork quesadilla I definitely recommend. But the chicken burrito I would not order unless I was eating at the restaurant. After a few bites I realized I hadn't tasted any chicken- so I opened it and it was basically a rice burrito with a scarce amount of chicken and cheese. Stopped in for lunch with work friends on a Friday when we had a half day. I think Fuzzy's is fairly priced for what you're getting when it comes to tacos, and that's what I come here to eat. I was feeling adventurous this day, so I got a grilled shrimp taco and a tempura fish, as well as the pulled pork taco. All three were delicious, done fast. I think the one thing that separates Fuzzy's from the (in my opinion, superior) competitor Torchy's is that all of Fuzzy's tacos come with the same toppings. I would like more exciting and interesting sauce choices and toppings tailored to each type of taco. But for a basic quick and cheap lunch, this hit the spot. All three taco meats were so delicious, I couldn't choose a favorite. Fun to sit on the breezy patio. Yes, frozen margaritas are usually not that strong, so I ordered mine on the rocks and I was a happy camper! Friends also got chips with guac and queso, and since I mooched off their plates, I can report that those were tasty and fresh as well! read more

This place is always busy and I'm not quite sure why. Maybe it's the bar, or maybe it's just because there really aren't that many options to eat "Tex-mex" in Castle Rock, or maybe it's because it's right next to the factory outlet shops. Who knows? I found the food the be really just average. I'd say it's comparable to getting "Tex-mex" at some place like On The Border if that's your kind of place. It's not that great but it is satisfactory for the occasional lunch. Dinner here is a nightmare with long lines and limited seating. They do have outside seating on the patio (weather and season permitting). We came and did an about-face when we saw the long line at 2pm on a weekday afternoon and were like WTF?!?!. Huge and new Fuzzy's tacos up in Castle Rock. I was totally surprised to find this place up here. It is located just west of the Sams club and north of the king Soopers. The parking lot is small, which seems to be a problem with all of the Fuzzy's in the Springs as well. This restaurant is huge inside and there is plenty of sitting. This place is just gross for some reason, and out of place in Castle Rock. It's odd that you can open a brand new taco shop and create a methy gross vibe right away. It's just odd- I'm not from Texas so I was not impressed by this style of food that seems to be designed to appeal to people who have been smoking all their lives and no longer have discerning taste buds. We had a party catered by Fuzzy's Taco Shop in July 2022. We ordered Carnitas, ground beef tacos and Queso, guacamole and salsa. Total bill was $454. we added a $100. tip. when Brian delivered the order there were no chafing trays or sterno as promised. He returned with these and set up trays. We then discovered there was no queso. He returned with the queso. When it was time for dinner we uncovered the trays of meat. Chicken and brisket. wrong order but to late to change! Contacted Manager Brian five days later about the poor service. He said he would "Talk to higher up bosses" and call back. We put a message on the website. Still waiting for a response!! Will never depend on Fuzzy's for a catering order again. in our opinion it was a total fiasco. read more

Let me Start by saying I don't generally do chains and I usually don't do "quick food" but I was really surprised at how good this was. The drinks are crazy and over the top to say the least. I mean, who doesn't need a margarita with a champagne bottle tipped in it!? ‍. The salsa had a smokiness to it and it was delicious. I had the taco meal and went with two chicken tacos. I should have done two different ones to try something different. Flavor was good and they were good size. The beans were ok and the rice just ok. I wish they had more selection for sides. I felt like half of the options were different kind of beans. My second taco shell was kind of mushy by the time I got to it, I think it was due to laying on the rice. I wish they sold the salsa and I wish there was one closer to downtown Denver. I also wish they had normal waiters instead of a counter but I get it. First time here, absolutely garbage restaurant with a garbage experience. Cashier was unbelievably rude and complaining about work. I came in and spent $50 on tacos for my family only to be treated like shit by the cashier because of whatever grievance she has with whatever colleague or management. My sister asked how her day was going and she replied "shitty". I didn't spent $50 on mediocre Torchy's knock off food to be treated this way. Im planning on living in Castle Rock for the next 20 years. This was my first, and my last ever visit to Fuzzys. Sadly - a total disappointment. I ordered a bowl with the fajita steak. The meat was tougher than beef jerky - all 4 pieces of them. One piece was the size of my thumb - the other pieces were smaller in size. We ordered 2 kids meals with chicken strips - one of the strips was about 9 inches long - please tell me where you get your chickens!!! The strips were so over-fried that the kids couldn't eat them. My 2 stars are a product of the service and atmosphere. I do enjoy coming to Fuzzys and like their food and drinks (although the drinks are $$). I personally do not like the way it is sort of a restaurant but not really a restaurant... I feel for what they are going for they should almost have servers- refilling drinks and bringing the food out etc. They want to be both a quick service and a full on restaurant, but moving on. upon entering: Line moves slow.. you wait in line for a while and while in line it is a stalk and scour of eyeing tables- which gives me anxiety because its so crowded and the tables are so tight you feel like you have to fight to get one. Next.. the seating again. There is limited seating and tables are super close. Fast forward to getting a table, there are 98% of the time dirty dishes and food left on them. Staff are not running to clean all that often so we literally sat with so many dirty dishes on our table with no where to put them and no one to grab to help until my husband took them back to the kitchen himself. First time I went into this place I did not have a good experience the waitress was super rude dismissive and it took forever to get my food. So Wednesday, I went in to give them another chance. I went in at 12 30pm today and sat at the bar for 10minutes while the bartender took her time and ignored me. She had to time to play with some crying kid and take orders from people who came in after me. All I wanted was a margarita and a fish taco. Way to lose a sale plus tip. The tempura fish tacos were not good. I could smell the fish and shouldn't have even taken a bite. They seem to be frozen fish sticks (don't think this place has a clue what tempura is), and the coating was hard as a rock. I still ate half of it but regretted it later with a horrible stomach ache. Will definitely think twice after tonight's to-go visit. Apparently we were the only training for the mostly new (admitted by mgr) staff. Poor kid on the register had no help and no idea what was going on. To-go drinks were made wrong and made for dine-in. Out of salad but the order takers didn't know, only the kitchen. Out of soup, but again didn't communicate to the staff. Finally ordered a bunch of food that was second choice and it all came out for dine-in instead of to-go. After they placed EVERY taco in a separate container and getting it home, the order was still wrong. What a mess. When I worked in the food service industry, you never started new people on the evenings or weekends... that was what you worked to.
