Disgusting. The "new" queso was literally a bowl of melted American cheese that was so gloopy it broke chips. Nothing discernable in it other than yellow american and ground beef dumped on top. My wife and I arrived at 11:45 for lunch. We decided to sit at the bar. As we approach the bar, we asked to let young lady behind the bar. Can we sit at the bar? She said sure we sat down. She didn't say anything to us so we said can we order from the bar she said if you want to. I asked for menus got them. We ordered both got lunch and a margarita and the bartender was the most unfriendly person I've ever encountered at a bar. I'd like to think she was occupied with getting ready for the "lunch rush" but being that we were there eating right at noon and there was almost nobody else there. I don't think that was the case. Tonight we sat at a high top at the bar and ordered queso and wanted to order food. Queso never came so we had to go to the walk up register to order. And then the bar tender showed up and said she would get the queso and never did. So I went to the kitchen myself to get it. And they handed me Burnt queso. Not even joking. When I went to the kitchen window to get the queso the kitchen staff were wrestling around. Now we are sitting here waiting for our food that we had to walk over to the register to order. I asked one older man who came out of the kitchen where I can pick up food and he refused to talk to me and pointed at the kitchen. I sit there for a few minutes and nobody talked to me. Then I walked over to the bar to ask the bartender who was the only person I could find that worked there, where I could pick up my order. She just pointed at the back and didn't say anything. Ok...not good. If I could I'd give it a zero but I guess the online order was on time, so a 1 it is. The chips came in a bag with heating instructions and they were so stale they were hard to chew. The queso was pretty flavorless but I guess the picky toddlers enjoyed it. We got birria tacos and for $11 for 2 of them, they were horrible. I have over 10K Fuzzy points earned at this location. However, tonight's visit was flat out unacceptable. I ordered food (like I always do) in advance so it's ready to pickup when I get there. Two of my beef tacos were wrapped in foil. Upon opening them, there was no beef. For real...not sure how this happens or if they just expected me to pick up my order and not notice until I got home. My chicken nachos were horrible. Usually they are pretty good but I simply threw them away tonight. My friend's order took over 45 mins to come out. Just regular tacos so no idea what was going on there. I had an extra $6.50 beer charged to my tab tonight. I only looked closely tonight because this happened last week as well but I didn't notice when I closed out. However my wife noticed later and made sure I checked tonight. Overall very disappointing. I had an ok experience here. I waited a long time for my to go order. It could be that it was a freak anomaly. It seemed like a few orders got mixed up. They were cool about it and apologetic. The food. They have an interesting mix of tacos. I got tres kinds. Fish, shrimp and brisket. The sea food could come as grilled or fired. I chose grilled. The heart wanted fried but alas. In any case the best one was the brisket. The sea ones were not bad but not great either. Overall decent but not strong enough to bring me back all the way. If I lived nearby I'd probably hit them up once in a while but I already have a nearby semi-decent taco place to fill that void. read more

We visited the Fuzzy's Taco shop on Main St. in Frisco. We have found that this location is always consistent with service and food quality. The shrimp tacos are always a favorite of mine as well as the chips and queso. The magic powder on the chips keeps us coming back! We ordered salsa at the counter but when I went to pick it up at the window, somehow it was missed during the order and not included on the receipt. The young man behind the counter gave us the salsa to go with our chips and queso and told us not to worry about it. That was very nice. They also provide free refills on the chips. The grilled veggie tacos were also good but I wish there was more variety in the grilled veggies for the vegan/vegetarian clients (i.e. grilled mushrooms, zuchinni, etc....). read more

My husband and I LOVE this Fuzzy's. The food is great and so are the drinks. We especially love the bar tender, Nicole and all the staff. The happy hour prices are great and the service is even better. However, the last couple times my husband and I have been, there's been an unpleasant GM...he speaks to his employees disrespectfully and doesn't mind that he's doing it in front of customers to see. It's super disappointing to see some really great staff being treated this way by a GM...especially when the service we receive is nothing short of excellent. It also has negatively impacted the atmosphere and experience at this Fuzzys. I hope someone sticks up for these employees and has a conversation with him. read more

I'm not sure who is training the employees here. The girl working the register didn't add my sides to the enchilada plate and she struggled to get that corrected. The customer before me ordered nachos and was given only ground beef and chips to which the workers just stood around looking at each other before they decided to fix it. Once my order was up I noticed there were only two boxes in the bag and I asked the young lady if she was sure my order was complete. She stated that my tacos were all in one box. Drove home and sure enough my order was incomplete. Drove back and encountered Sydney the bar manager. She was the saving grace. She was calm, apologetic and immediately offered to have my order remade. Whatever you're paying that lady, it's NOT enough. The other employees there couldn't care less.
