I got a few quotes before deciding to bring my 2014 Prius Plug-in here, and I'm really glad I did…read more They weren't the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive, but I felt like they charged what they needed to in order to get the job done I had no idea they even worked on hybrids because I never saw that mentioned anywhere, and I think more people should know. They took the time to explain the repair, confirmed the diagnostic code, and even pointed out a few things I should do to help my Prius last longer. They noticed my hybrid battery cooling fan was missing after I told them I just had it "replaced" at another shop. That's the kind of information you don't usually get from a repair shop. They ended up not needing to drop the subframe, so they adjusted the labor instead of charging me for work they didn't have to do. It still took the amount of time they said it was going to take, but still discounted me a little bit which I thought was cool. I also had them do an oil change while it was there, and even that was less expensive than what I normally pay at places like Jiffy Lube or Valvoline. If you own a Prius or any hybrid, I'd definitely recommend checking them out. More than anything, I left feeling like they genuinely know these cars and took the time to educate me, not just fix it. I'll definitely be bringing my Prius back if I ever need anything else.

He is transparent about his shop's limitations (they don't do German cars but refer us to highly rated shops nearby). This place had a 4.9 rating so I stop by around 8:20am. They open at 7:30am. Service area had one car out of 3 bays. Walked up to the office and I see the steel door still closed. I saw the window with bars open up and he says "What do you need?" Not the response I was expecting from a reputable repair shop with a 4.9 rating. I told him I need to ask about the transmission service and he said "hang on". Maybe I'm missing something. I didn't feel I was welcome there so I just left.
