    Not just 5 starts, 50 stars! Sako is out of this world! My absolute best car buying experience. I am still in disbelief that such dealership and service exists! From the beginning when I called, Sako was outstanding, he quickly gave me their lowest price on the vehicle. I quickly put down a refundable deposit. He arranged a valet to pick me at the LAX airport (easy $60 Uber savings). Then the car was ready for me. Financing gave me multiple options and matched my own bank. I received 1 year bumper to bumper and 10 year power train warranties free of charger. I was mad for not finding this place a year earlier since I bought 2 cars last year. The service, the quality, the value are unmatched. Go in and ask for Sako.

    Had an exceptional experience here! I'm a new mom and didn't have time to head over to the dealership so Andrew from Galpin Volvo patiently sent me quotes and answered all my questions (and let me tell you, I had A LOT). Once I was ready (and had time), I headed over to the dealer and Andrew had car options ready and waiting. We drove away with my dream car at a very comfortable price, one a broker couldn't even match! Andrew reached out later in the week to make sure everything was going smoothly and if I had any follow up questions. I will absolutely return with my business once my lease is up. I don't drive much these days, but when I need anything car related for myself, a friend or my person I try to stop in here for the easier stuff. If it's not in stock they can order it or have it brought over. A lot of great knowledgeable people. Sometimes I pop in just for a can of WD40, AA as well as AAA batteries or something practical. Service is fairly smooth and prompt also, even when there's a bit of a line. Super clean, organized, attentive and thoughtful. Every customer matters to them and they're often willing to help you on the floor/in store as well as directly out front. Definitely Parts Experts/Parts People, but more than a few go above and beyond and even have some mechanical knowledge. The are not required to do so, but I know I and many others are thankful for when they do and when the can. AutoZone - Sherman Oaks, thanks for making this Zone one of the best!

    I made a online purchase for store pick up on a headlight restore kit. When I put in the order it…read moresaid it would be ready in 30 minutes but 3 hours went by and I didn't get any notification so I called the place. Will (I believe that was his name) was nice enough to help me out. He said sometime a person would pick it out but forget to push the button that said it's ready for pick up, so that's what happen. I wasn't in any rush so I just went the next day in the morning to pick it up. It didn't take long for me to get my item when I arrived at the store when they just open. They also do curbside pickup as well of your not comfortable going inside.

After giving all the information needed to find the right part for my car, I asked if it's refundable (just in case it wasn't the correct one), they reassured me that it was. When the part arrived and didn't fit my car, I went to return it since it was 181 DOLLARS! When i arrived, they told me since they received it from another store, they didn't know if they could refund it. I told them the guy who sold it to me guaranteed me that it's refundable BEFORE PURCHASING. When my boyfriend called to ask about the returned that same morning, they told him now it was a long process to return it and he simply couldn't do it as they're were customers in the store. When my boyfriend ask for the manager since he obviously stated he couldn't help, he got all defensive and started to sweet talk him calling "brother" and trying to cover his ass. My boyfriend simply just want to speak to the manager about why they said it was refundable when we bought it and now they're saying something different. FINALLY, they called back apologizing and refunded it. HOWEVER IT WASNT THE END OF IT. After a week and some days passed by, my money was still not returned. When asking why they didn't return the money, they didn't know. Eventually I believe the female manager rudely responded that it's was a bank issue. I told them it couldn't be a bank issue because banks don't hold your money if it's getting return, they would never reject a return credit or money, as I confirmed this with my bank's associate. When asking, what happens now since My bank confirmed they haven't received no refunded credit on their side, they refused to help at all, stating they cant refund the money again since they already did it once. So in the end, I LOST 181 DOLLARS FROM A PART I RETURNED!!!! AND THE ONLY WAY I RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK WAS BY DISPUTING THE TRANSACTION WITH MY BANK. So overall, these people literally are straight up bs. They tell u one thing, then change their minds, and when trying to figure out what's going on (since 181 dollars isn't just couch money), they respond to you rude and unprofessional and simply will tell u we can't refunded your money again bc there nothing we can do. Simply take your business somewhere else, I found the CORRECT part for 100 dollars cheaper at O'Reilly and AutoZone, so please do you're OWN research. For the one only guy the was helpful and nice, you know who u are, thanks for being better than your coworkers. Other than that wouldn't recommend.
