I decided I did not want to cook dinner tonight, so I set out on a mission to find a good cauliflower pizza since hubs is trying to cut back on carbs. I called to place an order and was treated with kindness from the moment they answered the phone. Since we live fairly close, we ended up opting for pickup instead of delivery. The restaurant was clean and had a bit of a vintage feel. I'm not sure it's a place I'd choose to dine in, but we've ordered takeout twice now and have been very pleased with the cauliflower pizza both times. We've tried both the pepperoni and BBQ chicken cauliflower pizzas and enjoyed them. I also ordered the BBQ chicken wings. The BBQ sauce was delicious, but the wings were a little too fatty for my liking. I think I would have enjoyed them more if they had been a bit crispier. One thing to keep in mind is that the cauliflower pizza only comes in one size--a 12-inch pizza cut into six small slices. They may be marketed as shareable, but my husband polished off an entire pizza by himself! If you're feeding more than two or three people, you'll definitely want to order accordingly. Overall, the friendly service and tasty cauliflower pizza will keep us coming back. If you're looking for a lower-carb pizza option, this place is worth a try! read more

I towed my RV from Oregon to Middleton, Idaho on June 5th and I didn't want to cook dinner because I was tired. I searched on Yelp for a pizza restaurant that delivers. I found Garbonzo's Pizza and was very happy with my food! The meat pizza, garlic bread and garlic monkey bread were excellent! We have friends in Caldwell that think their Garbanzo's has great pizza. We decided to come over from Star and try the Middleton location. It was a Monday night about 5:45 pm. There were very few people in the restaurant. However, they seem to do a great takeout and delivery business. There were probably 6-7 people working, and it seemed like it might be a family operated restaurant. the Interior is basic wood tables and we sat on a kind of pew bench. Comfortable. There is not great lighting, and the salad bar does not have any light over it, so it is difficult to see what you are grabbing. The young man that helped us with our order was nice and friendly. We ordered a medium pepperoni pie and two salad bars. The salad bar wasn't bad but it wasn't great, either, though I did like the bleu cheese dressing. We sat and ate our salad, then waited for the pizza. The tall, blond woman that brought out our pizza just put it on the table and walked away, unsmiling. Later, we noticed her smiling and joking with the other workers. They all seemed to have a good time, but they weren't paying any attention to the customers. The pizza was hot, the pepperoni ample, and the cheese melted. The flavor was just OK, as was the crust, which is something other reviewers seem to really like. When we finished, we said thank you to everyone working behind the counter, but not one person looked at us or said anything. Maybe they didn't even notice us. We have a few pizza places in Star. I think we'll just do takeout in Star, or go to one of our favored places in Eagle or Meridian. read more

This place needs work. Came in at 6:30pm on a Tuesday night with my family. The place was empty but 5 employees were working behind the counter. None of them greeted us, instead gave us a look like we were interrupting or they were about to close. We asked if they were about to close, they said no. Ordered the XL pizza and garlic bread. The pizza was ok but the garlic bread was an insult to any Italian. It was bread with cheese and garlic powder. Dry and bland. My ancestors are rolling in their graves. Chop up some garlic or worst case use jarred garlic but garlic powder...C'mon Service was terrible. Ambiance = terrible... put some music on and greet your customers. read more

THOSE ARE NOT FRIED WINGS!! I ordered wings a couple nights ago thinking they would be fried like most wings at any other pizza place.. so I added "extra crispy please" in the added requests. Nope. These are OVEN BAKED. It doesn't say that ANYWHERE when you order. So if you are expecting to get crispy fried wings, you won't. Waste of money. They went in the trash. read more

I wish I could give it half stars, but I rounded up. It's the only pizza place here in Middleton so it is always very busy. However, even for a Friday night it only took about 35 minutes to pick up and bring home. I feel like the pizzas are getting smaller too. To start off, their crust is amazing. It's always perfectly cooked and flavorful. Anyway, the Hawaiian was just okay, it didn't seem like Canadian bacon but smoked ham. The pepperoni and mushroom was pretty good. I can't believe how amazing this pizza is. We are new to Caldwell, but not the Treasure Valley. We have tried all sorts of pizza joints some good, some not so good. But this place... Wow... Due to an unfortunate event at home I had to fimd the closest laundry mat to Star which happened to be in Middleton. Around the corner is Garbonzos. Now when I walked in a got the plesant feeling because it's like a hometown pizzeria vibe. They had a small buffet, TV, and some games for the kids. Service was good there was one kid working at around 12 so he said it would be about 30 min for carry out which was fine since I was doing laundry. I took the pizza home to the carbage disposals also known as my children. I ordered one pepperoni and one Hawaiian. The ham on the haiwaiian was still cold. They put an excessive amount on and I was not happy with the entire pizza. I tried to force down another piece but at the end of the day I wasted $20 because it went in the trash. The pepperoni was okay but I've had better frozen. It's very unlikely I ever walk in to this place again. read more

I ordered pizza during busy holiday rush and went to pick it up. I showed up and paid, then waited. And waited. And waited some more. We tried this place on 1/22 because we heard how good the country chicken pizza was. We heard they also had a salad bar so we went about 430. Two tables were occupied so we went to the salad bar and it was mostly empty and the outer edges had food all over it specifically pepperoni. It was disgusting so we walked out. On a Friday nite one would expect more. Whomever the manager is should be fired for allowing this to happen. Doubt we will be back and will pass this around. Shameful. read more

The first time we ordered from here, the pizza was not cooked all the way. This time, they cranked out some really great pizzas. The crust was cooked perfectly, and they screwed around and put fries on it. Lots of fun. It tasted like a big mac.
