Both pizzas baked up as instructions indicated; we pulled off the baking round (that comes with it) for the last few minutes of baking to crisp up the crust. It's obvious that each pizza is made with care, each ingredient looks hand made. We were honestly kind of surprised at the level of freshness we had in each bite. The sauce had a spicier tang than I'm used to, but it was also hearty and a perfect complement to each topping. The Viking is a "must have"!
