Let me go on record that I wholly dislike most car sales people - whether new or used. In shopping…read morefor cars, I have been to many, many car dealerships. That being said, I have to say that I have just had the most wonderful experience at Enterprise Car Sales. From the minute we walked on the lot, we were treated respectfully, honestly and were able to joke with our salesman, Mike Ellis. I HIGHLY recommend speaking with this man if you are in the market for a well-maintained used car. This man never pushed, never prodded, asked the appropriate questions and did it with a smile on his face. He was honest, forthcoming and just a pleasure to deal with. And he found me the car I wanted - that I loved. And then he brings in that pushy little person -- you know, the "closer" -- who goes over the financing with you. Except she wasn't. Lisa Darby was a pleasure to deal with - went through the information thoroughly and was honest as the day is long. She did her job efficiently and all with a smile on her face. And she drinks coffee :) I was a bit sad when I drove off the lot in my new/used dream car. A hug goodbye from both Mike and Lisa after I made them play staff photographer and sync my phone and go over features gave me a little tear in my eye. A dream team to be sure!

I used to be an employee of Enterprise. I was fed lies about how great and well taken the cars are…read moreat Car Sales. I had the worst experience I have ever had buying a used car. This entire experience was an absolute nightmare and the attitude that I encountered from the employees at Car Sales was incredibly inappropriate. If they would have shown some sympathy for my situation it would have helped, they made me feel like an inconvenience. The only person who was truly helpful was Arturo. Otherwise, the area manager Sam Leibenhaut, employees like Dashnie, and even the main honcho Mike Peters, gave off a very bad attitude. Around April 10th, I bought a 2022 Nissan Sentra. Shortly after I bought the car, I noticed it would shake at various speeds. Therefore, Car Sales had me take it to Pep Boys. According to Sam, Pep Boys told him that they recommended the wheels be replaced because they have flat spots that may continue to make the car shake, but the balance should have taken care of 90% of it. Sam said he could not replace the tires because the tread was still new. Shortly thereafter I noticed that when I turned right or lef the front of the car made a sound. Car Sales also heard the sound, so I took it to another Pep Boys. The CV axle was broken and the struts needed to be replaced. The car that I had less than 2 weeks sat at Pep Boys for a week because they had to order the CV axle. I never heard anything from Enterprise. When I arrived at Pep Boys, I was told they only changed the struts because it was still under warranty with Nissan. Nobody communicated this with me so my car sat there a week. Then I took the car to Nissan. Sam had an attitude. When I told him that I appreciated Arturo and his apologies, Sam got defensive and let me know he had already apologized 4 times. After complaining about Sam, I started working with the general manager of Car Sales--Mike Peters. After having the car at Nissan for a week waiting for the axle to arrive, they said the control arm and boots were also broken. Nissan said it looked like the bolts had been banged on. My car was at Nissan for almost 3 weeks. I had the car a month and I only got to drive it for one week. When the car was ready, Nissan said I had to pay a $100 deductible, or I would not get my car back. I had to reach out to Enterprise again. When I spoke to Dashnie on the phone, I did not yell at her, but I did raise my voice a bit, which resulted in her hanging up on me. When I did eventually speak with Mike, he wanted ME to pay for the deductible and be reimbursed by Enterprise--to which I said no. When I spoke to Nissan, I asked them what they thought happened, They told me that Mike had been giving them attitude and telling them that this should be under their warranty, however, it was obvious that this was not a manufacturer error--someone else had done this to the car. They assumed someone had hit a curb or something with it and then got it shoddily repaired. The car still vibrates when I drive it. I am hoping it is just the tires because Nissan pretty much replaced the whole front. However, I am too scared to reach out to Enterprise because of their attitude and Sam had said he cannot justify buying new tires since the tread is fine. The hassle I went through with Enterprise was NOT worth it. I went to them because I thought I could trust them and believed I would get a reliable car. I was sorely mistaken. Not only was this car seriously damaged on THEIR watch, it was not inspected before it was sold, and their customer service was severely lacking. I know Enterprise's values--they claim that their brand is the most important thing that they own, and they always claim how important the customer is to them. I was going to refer people to Car Sales, even my husband was going to buy his next car from them, but after what happened I will definitely go out of my way to tell people NOT to buy used cars from Enterprise Car Sales, especially in Albuquerque, because it is quite apparent they cannot be trusted.

*** BUYERS BEWARE*** Don't waste your time or $$$$…read moreIf you must, make sure to get a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. As a small business owner I've always been reluctant to post negative reviews. Because I know running a business is tough, mistakes happen and stuff falls through the cracks. No way every transaction can be flawless. But when a family can potently be harmed, I think it's important to share info with other potential buyers. When test driving a vehicle at Car Pros make sure that all little extras are working, like heated & air conditioned seats, back up camera, DVD players. None of these things worked on my purchase. It's easy to get excited and wrapped up in a new purchase little things are overlooked. I should have payed more attention. I was in a desperate situation, and needed a vehicle fast. Came with a pre-approval from my own bank ready to purchase. Which I let them know. And in hindsight they took full advantage of my desperate situation. I purchased a 2012 Ford Explorer in April 2022. Within a month I needed a new front tire, it had 2 large holes. I should have known something was not right when they had to air it up for me to test drive it and it needing a new battery. (My fault) I failed to realize on my test drive that the back camera was showing a reverse image. This was not disclosed. Month two: It overheated and left my husband stranded. We had to replace a Serpentine belt and fan belt. No biggie, easy fix. Not to major. Month four: With my car full of children on our way to school and work I'm left stranded on the freeway. After getting the Explore towed we find out the alternator went out because of a faulty electrical system wire( which was HARD to diagnose). $800 and three weeks in the shop later we are back on the road. I'm thinking ok it's an older car with over 100,000 miles. Sometimes things are hard to catch and we are bound to have to repair some things. September 2022 my oldest son (19 years old) Is ready to purchase his first vehicle after a year and a half of saving. My idea. "Let's go back to Car Pros". Despite the set backs with the Explorer it was an overall easy, comfortable buying experience. He likes a 2012 Buick Regal. He's a young kid not enough credit history. So they ask me to co-sign, I say "I'm sorry, I can't co-sign at this time because I'm also in the market for a new car. I've had some problems with the vehicle I purchased from you in April and I'm wanting something bigger". Our sales men says "I thought that Explorer looked familiar". An hour later and several different finance companies they were able to get my son financed by dropping the price of the vehicle by $1,000. Which does not happen often. The other co-owner comes out to say "We got you in this car because you're a repeat customer". We are grateful that my sons first buying experience was a good one and they did what they could to get him in the car that day. While he is signing his paperwork Hubert comes in and asks what I'm in the market for and tries to sell me a van on the lot. I let him know I'm looking for bigger SUV a Yukon or Yukon XL. He says "I going to an auction this week I will see what I can find." I say "Ok as long as you take back the Explorer as a trade. I will purchase another vehicle from you". His response "You're a repeat customer, we will take care of you." He takes my contact info and says he'll call. I'm thinking, this is great they will take back the Explorer and I'll get what I really want. What a great and understanding dealership, glad we decided to come back here. I call back two days later after not hearing back to see if he found a bigger SUV. Left a message no call back. Called back again the next day, no answer. I still have the cell phone number of the salesmen from my sons purchase who I'm sure sure is Hubert's son and was familiar with my situation. I send a text to see if I can get some info. No response. Ghosted at this point we have no option but to to keep trucking with the Explorer. Month two after purchasing the Buick. The check engine light comes on. $150 later and a new camshaft position sensor he's up and running. Thankfully no more problems since. Month six of owning the Explorer I need another new tire because the rear driver side already had three previous patches I didn't know about. After having a second NEW tire put on, my mechanic tells me the rear shocks need to be replaced ASAP. So another $530 later we think we are ok. And we are for a couple of months, so we think. Fast forward to February 2023 we are planing on traveling during spring break in March. So I go back to our mechanic for two more new tires and a look over. That afternoon my mechanic calls me over to the shop and says "DO NOT drive this car out of town. You should not be driving it period!". And proceeds to take me under the car to show me the CV axel is cracked and unstable, the motor mount is practically missing,

Renting vehicles left and right trying all sorts of midsized cars to oversized suvs. In the past few months I've had to buckle down and focus which for me can be hard at times *SQUIRREL!!* see what I mean! Ive test-driven quite a few privately owned vehicles and dealership vehicles not feeling quite comfortable enough to put down a chunk of money on. The beginning of my 5 rating goes back to Tuesday middle of the night. hmmm..1am perhaps browsing Craigslist. Mind you I've only had my eyes set on a Toyota Camry or Toyota RAV but I saw this Nissan that caught my eye so I emailed owner not realizing at that moment it was a dealership. I was contacted the next day, set gps, pulled up and realized it was a dealership. To be honest I'm always weary of dealerships and car salesmen so I was hesitant to get down but decided I had nothing to lose. The gentleman that was emailing me came out to met me. He made me feel at ease right away. He was able to answer every question I had without hesitation where as I've seen in some salesman as they stop for even a moment to come up with an answer...I know..they are reaching. i Took car for a test drive and felt more at ease and safe in this vehicle than any of the other cars I'd taken for a spin in the past few months. Upon return more questioned ensued with clear cut answers. Now on a first name basis Adrian showed me other cars in my price range. I never felt pressure from him which I thought was amazing and exceptional!! Everything from questions on Bluetooth to the mileage on the car had simple answers. The company mission and motto was explained to me a few times which I thought was great. The importance of earning a lifelong client outweighs the sale or profit of a car and the fact that their company is working with and for the community, to me, outweighs options from other car companies. Friendly & enthusiastic employees, great work ethics, top notch selection of inventory, good warranty package, perfect location, and the willingness to work with a clients budget will have me recommending Love Auto time & time again!
