Found ourselves in need of some serious body and suspension work after my daughter smacked a cement bridge with the right front side of her car (thankfully she was okay. The car, not so much). Called around to several shops, and the experience ranged from okay to feel-like-I-need-a-shower to um, no way. Then called Bristol. After speaking with Gary, it was clear this was the place to go. If you bring your car here, you can be confident you will be treated with respect, the car will be repaired correctly, and the costs will be fair. The shop is also quite clean. Over the time it took to fully repair, I must have called nearly 10 times. Gary always was the one picking up the phone or he called me back within minutes. I brought my 2013 honda civic here. The driver side window did not work anymore. It wouldn't roll up and down. Gary knew the problem immediately. He said he has dealt with it before and has successfully repaired the problem multiple times in the past. I left my car with him and got a ride home with a friend. Derek is very pushy. Not honest or ethical. He tried to make it seem like there is more work that needed to be done so he can charge more. Also likes to bash other shops work because of lower prices. Anyone willing to bash other places without knowing anything about them is not where you should take your business. Actually you have it confused. Your body guy knew good and damn well I was pissed and he said he would fix it and you were made aware when I came and saw that paint was missing off the handles of BOTH the front doors of my car AND a DENT in the side of the door which wasn't there before AND inspected by the same lady you spoke with at the previous body shop! And what did you say? That it wasn't your shop at all it was probably the previous (1st body shop which you were so quick to point out the terrible paint they used blah blah blah). And also the very professional repair of your shop's screw up in painting w/a small nail polished sized brush the color of my car over the damaged door handles, which BTW has come off is quite funny as well. I did attempt to address that some time ago to only to find out you guys were closed. Surprise. And YES I still made a review some time later (or maybe I should've pursued this in smalls claims court as I was going to originally. now that would've been really funny wouldn't it?) cuz The entire experience is quite sad for a place that had such glowing recommendations on all that pride in the work and integrity it was supposedly known for. It wasn't warranted for my situation and quite frankly you guys fell short on my car. Lets just be honest here. Or is that how you guys conduct your normal business practices? Kudos, job well done. Hmmmm...coming to pick up my car to find out I have to pay for an extra day for the car rental cuz while my car was sitting there and you guys were "researching" on aligning the hood/bumper, then the dent is still visible and on top of that the painting of the door handles and the squeaky hose issue. Is there any surprise why I wouldn't want to leave the car there anymore than I have and to pay for more rental car days to have it "done right" with a very high chance of more issues arising after the fact (considering the track record so far). Who knows what other parts of car will have the original paint missing or more dents that magically appear. So yes I let it slide and decided it wasn't even worth me getting more mad than I already was and trust me, it took EVERYTHING I had in me not to go off on all of you then and there. I was just done. FYI, the squeaking issue started up again not too long afterwards (wow what a surprise) I took care of that myself and I found that quite that funny too. Yes I would think for the time we BOTH spent as I consider my time VERY valuable I expected better, I expected the type of service the person who referred me to your shop and all those glowing reviews. And your comment about needing help, very classy and professional. Come to think about it, just like the service I received to set the record straight. And you have the nerve to talk about bravery behind a key. Thanks but no thanks, wasn't worth it then and not now just like the service. read more

This place is quite a gem. The owners, Gary and Stacy are personable and genuine and you feel that the moment you walk into their establishment. My passenger side mirror was "hanging by a string" and being a girl from the valley, going to car places has never been my forte, nor something I look forward to. Needless to say, I had my guard up and was ready to be ripped off. I could not have been more wrong about this situation. Gary looked at my mirror and had one of the guys there (who also happened to be a very nice, fast and efficient worker) fix the mirror and make it look nice for no charge. During this time, my mom and I sat in the lobby with Stacy who has created a bright and comfortable atmosphere. This place is professional and the people are absolutely special.
