We thought we needed the sand in our filter switched out and instead of just jumping at a chance to make money he let us know our filter was still working as it should be and taught us a few things to help it function better. Ted also repaired vermiculite damage that occurred due to us not knowing the pool had been drained completely due to a storm causing a large branch to tear the liner after falling on our fence. Excellent work with great follow up, educational materials, and support. Probably the most honest businessman I've encountered since coming to NC. Highly recommend.

The bad thing is I don't know how to work anything for when it comes to Maintance: vacuuming, back washing etc. the pool has many features including waterfalls, waterslide, spa, lights, heated, solar etc. I called to schedule an appointment for a "pool school". Was told that someone would call and schedule an appointment. It has been 3 long weeks no call to setup the appointment. When I call to follow up, no one answers. Messages left, no one returns calls. You may be busy, but a courtesy call for a new customer would be nice. I am very disappointed at the customer service with this company. If they weren't the pool builder, I would go else where....and probably will anyway. They show limited quantities of product and then tell you it was a damaged item that already sold. No where in the description did it say floor model or damaged. It says limited quantities, that implies multiple are available. They are bait and switch. We had them out a few years ago for a custom made kitchen. They add 10% as a site cleanup/management fee. They said they make the custom kitchens mostly offsite and finish a few things onsite. So i am not sure what the 10% fee is.
