Been a customer for years spent multiple thousands there buying equipment. They will have some…read morereally good deals price-wise. They are not very service friendly or communicate well. Example bought outdoor refrigerator price was above online price but they install it and haul the old one away. Problem refrigerator was not leveled. I watched the install it looked good. When checking it later it did rock. I signed off on the job so that is my fault but after having multiple surgery's it's hard to throughly examine and test everything. I asked if some someone could drop by and level up the legs, no hurry just when they are in the neighborhood. I was told that will be $179 to stop at your house. That seems to be unreasonable to me. In the future i will buy online and hire a contractor to install.

I don't know if it was the owners that were working there, or who I was dealing with, but I know I'm not the only one that feels this way because the couple in front of me started to leave and turned around to introduce themselves by name and get the name of the woman who helped them. When was the last time you left a retail store and did that? I don't even want to price shop anything on Amazon because I do not want this store to go anywhere.
