I was told my pump needed replacing and I asked them to give me a price so we could get it done. I called 3 straight days, was told I would be getting a call back each day. That was 5 days ago and still no call. I reached out to another company who came out the next day and replaced my pump. He also inspected system only to find out that Affordable never even open the second clarifier compartment. Also found the floats and overflow were not working. They charged me for 1250 gallons but since they never opened the clarifier the most they pumped was 920 gallons. What a scam.
