Inside was the same old local photos, has a daily special, has a kids menu , didn't get a photo. Staff were friendly. Got the Jalapenos burger with all the fixin, it was warm to be but not super hot. Which was great to me. Got a melt it was very cheesy and a kids cheeseburger, got it plain but didn't know the bun was toasted (my kid don't like toasted buns) got wedges, they was good remind me of the old KFC wedges. With waters to drink came to a total of 32.95.

We all ordered burgers because we arrived too late for breakfast. I had a double cheeseburger with onions, bacon & lettuce on the side. My son had a breakfast burger with fries My mom a pineapple burger with fries (tots are also an option or you can pick a side from the menu) Burgers took a bit to come out but when they did omg! Huge & the fries were fresh. The condiments are all on the side which is perfect & theres nothing missing if you need it. I wouldn't have ordered a double if I knew the patty was so huge.. it was very well seasoned & cooked. I'm a definite fan! Everyone's food was great. The only thing I will say is... the service could be better. There was a gentleman who brought our food out & what a breath of fresh air. Super sweet very attentive, quick smile and very helpful. That was very opposite of the service we had prior when we came in. The ladies weren't too friendly or attentive nor did they seem very interested in serving us. So to this the gentleman who came out to help longer hair - THANK YOU.

We picked up with Ashley and Jayden right where we left off. Ashley recommendation was the Apple Crunch French Toast paired with the YUZU PINEAPPLE MATCHA MARGARITA. Perfect recommendation. The French Toast had a slight crunch factor, think cracking the shell of creme burley. The chew was soft and luxurious. Apples crisp tender with a dreamy Carmel sauce. Jayden made my margarita that was perfectly balanced. The flavors sang a symphony and harmonized in perfect pitch. Thank you all, especially Ashley and Jayden.

Omg...scrumptious. The bourbon pancakes were phenomenal!!!! 3 perfectly made super fluffy layers of pancakes with fresh bananas, pecans and their famous bourbon butter syrup... yeeez! have ever been to heaven? Because i sure felt i did. Wow! I'm still salivating as I write this review. Now this order comes with a side of eggs of your choosing, and i opt it for the chicken sausage links. The chicken links where honestly little pockets of savory goodness...crunchy snappy and juicy next time I will order extra they were amazing. The Strawberry shortcake french toast is another masterpiece! And let's not forget the magical biscuit bigness!!! Which are free if it's your first vist. These are a MUST MUST TRY!!!

Let me start by saying the building is beautiful and the atmosphere feels like a nice restaurant. Also, the cocktail menu was definitely curated by someone who knows what they are doing. The appetizer Barrotta cheese was the best part of the evening. With that being said, the entrees were lackluster and small. Our food came out lukewarm at best and honestly seemed like not a lot of thought went into them. I know that this restaurant is supposed to be upscale, but I don't think I should pay 55$ per persons meal and still leave hungry. Also, the staff needs training. The whole time it felt like they were concerned with fast turn over and nothing else. Part of upscale dining is that the price of food and quality of service is more important than turn over time. Generally speaking I will not be back to eat here again.

We came Valentine's Day weekend from Columbus, GA after attending mass. He really wanted to take me here and I'm so glad he did. We had the bread and butter which was to die for! I think they gave us too much butter over bread ratio, but l'm not complaining haha. So warm, soft, fluffy and delish the bread was. I don't think we talked much when we had our wagyu steak main course cause it was so good, we couldn't say a word to each other. The pepper sauce with the perfectly cooked medium rare steak (which came cut in two pieces, which is a really genius move to serve steak by the way), with white asparagus, caramelized onion, rose petals, and just pure deliciousness. Literally chef's kiss. We also couldn't make up our mind about desserts cause they had a Valentine's dessert menu and the couple sitting next to us also recommended the cookies and milk. Yeah- I'm really lucky and very spoiled. Definitely hit a sugar high, but absolutely worth it. Servers and greeters were also all so kind and attentive. Definitely recommend :) I think this is the nicest dinner anyone has ever treated me to. Thanks for my amazing boyfriend- I'm so grateful.

I started off with the Moon Over Madagascar, and let me tell you--if this drink had a fan club, I'd be president. The black tea and vanilla combo sounded like a weird dare at first, but it ended up being shockingly amazing. Whoever came up with that mix deserves a bonus and maybe a parade. Now, let's talk about the shrimp and grits, because these were not just "good." These were "call your mama and tell her you've tasted greatness" good. The chef is from South Carolina, and you can taste every bit of Lowcountry pride in that bowl. Perfectly cooked grits? Check. Pile of blackened shrimp? Double check. A sauce that made me rethink my entire life? Oh yeah. If they sold that sauce by the gallon, I'd be bankrupt but extremely happy. Erica, our waitress, was an absolute rockstar. Super helpful, incredibly informative, and somehow managed to keep the perfect balance of friendly and professional--even on the Sunday after the Iron Bowl, when half of Auburn is stress-eating. The place was spotless too, which is impressive considering the emotional damage that game causes every year. Bottom line: The Hound is a must-visit. Come hungry, order boldly, and thank me later.

Ah-Maz-Ing! The homemade tortillas were fluffy but not too fluffy, the steak was so tender, I mean, even if you have dentures, this is safe ground to slap them jowls. I don't plan to need a "last meal," but if I did, this would be it. The rice, beans, and that butter are all 10/10.

The hostess quoted us a 40-45min wait, but we were pleasantly surprised it was only about half that. The space was insanely warm-- got it, it's winter and it's cold/rainy, but we were sweating and our baby's cheeks were turning pink. Our waiter made the experience less than ideal. He definitely didn't want to be there and his performance showed that. He was no help when we asked about menu items-- we got nothing more than a shrug and a mumbled 'I don't know'. He was slow to do anything and our beer was barely cold when it made it to the table after letting it sit at the bar for too long. We waited for 40min for our dinner. Even a Friday night in a busy college town shouldn't equal that. Food was good when we finally got it. Not worth the long wait, but decent. Disappointing visit...but, I'll probably go back when it's hopefully less busy and attempt a better experience.
