During my second visit--with my 7-year-old daughter--this same woman made a comment under her breath while staring at my child, then turned her back when I asked if there was an issue. The third time, I walked in, saw her again, and immediately left. Management was made aware, yet did nothing. IDK, maybe they're friends? It's unfortunate that one toxic presence can ruin the atmosphere of an otherwise inviting space. I won't return. Has anyone else encountered this situation or was I the unlucky one?
