Super quick service without an appointment! As soon as I drove up they gave me an estimate on the tires, and told me the exact wait time! They were about to close in 30 minutes and they stayed open to finish my tires! A+ in my book! I will totally go back when my car needs new tires! Not only did they have my car ready with new tires in under an hour, but they also balanced them! Having a high end Mercedes SUV doesn't always mean you can get away with a good price on tires. I felt not only was their pricing reasonable, I felt it was worth every penny! Why did they loose one star? Honestly, it may sound small but being comfortable while waiting is huge. Their lobby was clean, but one of the hottest lobby's I've ever had to wait in. My eyebrows were sweating it was so hot! It was cooler for me to sit outside in the sun than to wait in their lobby. Not sure if they were trying to save on the A/C bill, but thats my only complaint. Will go back for more tires... on a cool day. lol! read more

I was referred to Gener Tires by a friend of mine because I need some tires changed. Upon arrival the workers greeted me and asked me what I needed and I told them I needed some tires installed and I had them in my truck. Most places would be opposed because they want you to purchase their tires, which I understand 100%, because business is business. Without hesitation they said "Of course". They completed the job in less than 10 minutes and when they told me how much I almost fell over. I'm not gonna lie I was scared because I figured that's how they would make up for the fact I didn't get the tires from them but I was wrong. They charged me $40!! I was so happy and shocked I even asked him again if that was the right amount. He said yes and so I paid and went on my way. Since then I've gone back to get a nail taken out of a tire and even then the price was more than reasonable. Got quoted to do a wheel alignment for $75 on my vehicle for Friday. The shop in the plaza is located in the back so first time visitors may get confused. Got in, met with Palemon the manager, whos very nice and helpful. I came in early so it didnt take long to do the alignment. His mechanics showed me the work and even explained on the computer how bad the wheels were and why I was having the issues I was having with my ride having so much vibration. I cant say anything else about the other services but the shop seems very nice and clean, from the bays to the office area. They also sell tires as well so theres that as well should anyone be on the lookout for that as well. I thank Palemon for the help and would gladly come back if I needed work done on my vehicles. read more

I called to see if I could make an appointment for an inspection on my car. The person who picked up said to bring my car in a hour and they would do it. So I drive up and the guy out front turns me anyway and says they are too busy. I told him I called and they told me to bring my car now and if they can't do it now when can I come back. Then he just told me to go next door instead. That's not how you talk to customers or handle a situation like this. read more

Gener Tire did a great job! My 09 Lexus had the Tire Pressure Warning Light come on and it would not go away after setting correct pressure on all tires. Palemon diagnosed the problem perfectly, he showed me with his test meter that only the left two tire sensors were sending tire pressure measurements to the car's computer and that I needed to replace only the right two sensors. They are very honest, they told me that the other two sensors could go out any time because I have over 130k miles, but I could just wait for that time to get those changed. Not only that, he found the the original dealer part was very expensive and he found a generic one at half the cost. Labor cost was very fair and I left there very happy. Gener Tire is very honest and do a great job, im going to come back next time my car needs brakes, Tires or whatever else they do. read more

Went here to get my ABS light checked, they ran a diagnostics test on the computer and said was a bad driver side abs sensor, they recommended changing the hub assembly. Which I did for driver and passenger side. Also they said my tie rods were bad so got those replaced as well. Best customer service I've had at an auto shop, very professional and good quality work, highly recommend general tire & auto. Definitely will be coming back here for all my auto repairs. read more

Horrible service. I took my car on May 21 at around 2:30pm because the low pressure light was on. The employee was eating but he got up to help me. I tell him the problem and he proceeds to check the tire pressure and apparently put the right amount of air. So I tell him: so it's not punctured? No nail on any tire? He says that there's no visible puncture therefore I should be fine. So I said how do you know this? You haven't even inspected the tires fully. The car is on the ground... what if the nail is on the bottom of the tire? So he proceeds to lift my car with some machine. He spins the tires and tells me that there's no nail. To just drive for 5 minutes and that the low pressure light will go off. So I said ok how much do I owe you? He says something to me in a very low voice as if he doesn't want to be heard. I couldn't hear so I was like what? So he says that to give him anything I want. I was confused so I was like give you whatever I want? He looked nervous and says "or if you want it's ok it's nothing." At this moment he's still whispering. So I said "ok thank you" and left. I'm guessing the job he did is supposed to be free but wanted to come up with a few extra bucks. I didn't feel like he did enough to give him a tip. I understand that it was during his lunch but why do a half ass job? Well it's 12 hours later and my low pressure light is still on. It never went away. My guess is that he was lazy and wanted to keep eating instead of looking more into my problem. I had good experiences there before but this really upset me. I don't want to lose my time going back and forth. read more

When you go to a shop and the owners/staff are not only friendly but honest, you take the time to give a positive review. Several months ago I had some work done at another shop I will not disclose. My alignment was off, my new suspension squeaked like an old rocking chair, incorrect parts were installed, my steering wheel was out of alignment (Yes, I went back twice but they couldn't correct it). So, I took my truck to have one of my tires checked for leaks. Then, I walked out with a proper alignment, no squeaks and correct parts to keep the alignment. The price was so fair and low I had to ask twice if it was correct. I just found my new tire and suspension shop for all my vehicles! read more
