We had Chingis install a thru-wall AC unit (24") and replacing a PTAC unit (42"). Thru-wall unit involved both interior and exterior wall enlargement, enclosure casing rebuild, ext. stucco wall sealing, interior decorative molding, etc.. both jobs took ~5hrs, and he didn't even take lunch break.
