There was plenty of room especially for the kids to move around. Bus was very clean and cold water/sodas were provided. Maria also allowed me to add our own drinks to the cooler. Very easy to connect to Bluetooth to play music and control the lights inside the bus.

I take my time to research people that I do business with and even if I have to pay more for better service I will do it. I worked closely with the owner Yolanda via cell phone and she was very responsive and great to work with. They arrived on time and took the kids to Mission Escape Room in Anaheim, followed by dinner at Lazy Dog Restaurant, and capped it off driving by Disneyland to waste some time. Our driver was Francisco and he was excellent. We would highly recommend First Class for anyone looking for a limo or a party bus. The previous company I used was an astonishing $500 more than First Class and the next close was $400 more. Our go-to for big parties or a night out will be First Class moving forward.

Our driver, John, was revealing identities and residence locations of other clients within the company as though it were casual conversation on the drive. We were uncomfortable hearing private information including locations of other clients and tried to redirect the conversation. John repeatedly cut us off while talking, multiple times, to continue discussing details about other clients of the company. He also told us we caught him on a good day and that was why he was carrying our luggage out of the vehicle and off the curb. John was casually disrespectful by interrupting our private conversation as well only to discuss what was interesting to him, and even when we responded, he ignored us and continued talking in a manner than seemed only to amuse himself. A quiet and professional drive is what we had hoped for. John's insistence about revealing other clients' identities among other details, along with being very casual to interrupt our private discussions with random thoughts that would come into his head made us feel differently about In Style. We asked for a supervisor to call us to discuss our ride, but we were never contacted. Steven our driver back from the airport, on the other hand, was very professional and courteous.

I booked Orange Coast overnight for a celebrity client who had several stops. Initial booking…read moreprocess was smooth, but the night of the service was a disaster. This is what our celebrity client's team reported: - Upon pickup, the car was messy with trash inside and 3 unlatched children's car seats thrown across the 2nd row - The driver notified our talent that it was their first time driving and they "got the job from a friend." When one of my team members entered the car after meeting up with the client these were her firsthand observations: - Malfunctioning sliding door and driver failed to exit the vehicle immediately to open it. - Empty water bottles on the floor causing a fall hazard; my co-worker slipped on one when entering the vehicle. - Empty cans in the back seat pockets. - Children's car seats discarded in 2nd row (no one in our party had children and car seats were NOT requested for this ride). - A bad odor in the car. - They were dropped off at the wrong location even though the driver was notified 3x of the drop-off location. Since it was the airport and we were on a tight timeline, our celebrity client had to walk for approx 10 minutes to the actual drop-off location. - When we tried to exit the vehicle the door got jammed and left us stuck inside until our celebrity client and the driver were able to force it open. - We asked the driver to please be ready at the pickup location by a certain time and we still had to wait 5 minutes outside for him in an unsafe location to arrive. I want to give credit to Greg -- who I called as soon as I was informed of the horrible first leg of the trip (around midnight, since it was an overnight service). He was mortified and apologetic and did everything he could to rectify the situation, but since it was an overnight service he couldn't get us a new driver or car. He did contact our driver to clean up the car and get rid of the car seats, and to my knowledge this did happen. I totally understand the constraints he was under and appreciate his efforts. A few days later, I reached out to the representative who had been handling our booking. I outlined everything I mentioned in this review and quite frankly asked for a refund of some kind, since our client was left feeling unsafe and uncomfortable, the timeline of our work day was affected, and the entire situation reflected extremely poorly on myself and our organization. The service was absolutely unacceptable and caused multiple safety issues throughout the evening. However, I received no response from our representative. I really never leave bad reviews unless it's a matter of safety but I do feel like I have to make this review. I would never recommend this car service to anyone based on the experience our celebrity client and his team had.

Two real plusses: 1) Very communicative all the way, so you knew each step of the way where they were at prior to arriving for your pickup. When driver was stuck in airport circle traffic (totally out of their control), he kept updating his eta with a text to my cell phone; 2) Driver knew shortcuts to maneuver away from heavy traffic to airport, even though it was congestion time. We have used Genesis Limo service twice now and would not trust our family to any other limo service. Last week, we had our family use the service to go to LAX for our Hawaii vacation. We had 9 adults, 2 children 3 yrs and 6 yrs and a baby of 6 months. We asked Mike to bring a second car to transport all our luggage so we could enjoy the limo ride. It was very affordable, and we'd do it again, in a heartbeat. LAX was crazy due to holiday traffic and there was a sig alert on way home apparently, but we did not notice a thing. Our experience was one of complete joy, relaxation and peace, knowing that our family was getting home safe and Mike was taking care of us. He confirms all the details ahead of time so there's no worry. He's so easy to work with and we wish him and his family lots of business. A very happy customer here..I rented a car for a treat to my Son's family who was visiting Disneyland..There was a mix up on the time and Pam straightened it out right away discovering it was their mix up..There was an extra hour that was a mistake it was charged to my card..As soon as I got my bill I called to complain and Pam remembered what had happened remembered there was suppose to be no charge. She sat right down wrote me a check for the difference I received it in the mail 3 days later.. I placed a deposit for a limo in October 2025 for my wedding in May 2025. During the confirmation…read morephone call, the sales manager Shannon had mentioned they may not have the limo on my wedding day, but they had a party bus as a back up option. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the party bus especially since I had booked the limo well in advance and she assured me it was just an option as she likes to have backup options. On my wedding day after our grand exit, there was no limo, so we awkwardly had to walk back and try to figure out what to do. I was thinking maybe they didn't have the limo, but I didn't see a party bus either. We looked around for a bit and didn't see anything so we went back inside the venue to wait and to clean up. We found out later the party bus was behind the executive shuttle, so we didn't get to board the party bus until 20 minutes after the end of our wedding so we were late to our own after party. We asked our guests and they also didn't see a party bus (I think it was too far from the venue entrance and didn't have any lights) We did not receive any notification that the limousine was officially cancelled, and the party bus was the replacement. We provided uber vouchers for our guests, so had we known in advance that the limo was replaced with the party bus, we would have been able to appropriately direct our guests. A courtesy phone call even the day of my wedding to let me know that the limo was cancelled would have been appreciated. The embarrassment from having no transportation to our after party after our grand exit was traumatizing and ruined our wedding.

It was even stocked with drinks and decorated with a cheerful "Happy Birthday" sign, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the girls feel extra special right from the start. From the moment I booked, Western Executive Car Service stayed in constant communication with me to confirm every detail. On the morning of the event, Carlos, our driver, texted to introduce himself and verify the pickup time and address. That level of professionalism immediately gave me peace of mind. Carlos arrived right on time, and it was a pleasure meeting him in person. He was incredibly polite, professional, and organized, and clearly had all the details of our itinerary. He was wonderful with the girls - they really enjoyed him - and he made the whole experience feel safe, fun, and seamless. Throughout the evening, he stayed in regular contact with me as they made their stops, which I truly appreciated as a parent. There are many companies to choose from in this industry - and I actually interviewed several before booking - but I truly could not be happier with our decision to go with Western. This was an incredible experience. The bus had 2 bars with ice provided, 1 bathroom (a MUST, though…read morean extra $200 to use it), 1 dancing pole, every color light you can imagine, amazing air conditioning, wide and cushiony seats, plenty of space in the middle for people to walk each way comfortably, and an exceptional sound system. It felt like a club in there for our 1.5hr drive. It flew by honestly, many people commented the bus was more fun than the event itself. We were allowed to make as many stops as needed at no extra cost as long as it fell inside the time allotted. The driver arrived early, squeaky clean bus. We were able to fit 40 people sitting comfortably. Everything went by so smoothly, the company responds quickly and is very trustworthy. Nonna was able to help me with anything I needed and she was very kind, responsive and polite even when I had my doubts in the beginning because this seemed to good to be true! 100% would recommend and will be using this phenomenal company every time I need a party bus.
