    10 Pieces Buffalo Fingers
    Alex L.

This food is not completely mediocre. It's above "mid", but nothing special. First I want to talk about the onion rings, they are the best items on the menu (that I have tried), if you get these definitely get two orders. Second I'll talk about the pizza, it is very generic you could get this same pizza at any other local pizza place. Finally I'll mention the buffalo chicken fingers. These have decent sauce, but if you let them sit for more than 2 minutes they get really mushy and soggy. Overall this is like any other generic local restaurant, and if you want to spend a bit more I highly recommend Rocco's.

So my family had ordered some food from DoorDash I know this is separate from everything else so we had ordered two large pizzas a large sub fries we had a $60 order DoorDash had completely messed it all up they helped us they reimbursed us that's fine now I'm trying to find some food at almost 9 o'clock at night so I like wow I'm really impressed with George's pizza I like them it was 845 when I walked through the door and they told me they were closed the door was open the open sign was outside but they were fused to take our order that I do not appreciate and I don't find that that's a good business to be around Plus their food is overpriced and if you really want to get good food and good customer service go to the pizza plus which is right down the street from them

So the guys in here are super friendly. I'm starting to think people in Natick are just happier than people in Marlborough. The pizza is... eh. It's Greek style, which knocks down for me anyway and the mushrooms are canned so. Boo. The sauce, however, is excellent so if you like Greek pizza and skip the shrooms you might easily find yourself with a four or five star slice. The calzones are a notch up and the buff sauce is damn good. Also, they're open later than many of the competitors. Still pretty early, because Natick blows for late night, but, you know, later than 9. I see 9:30pm buffalo wings in my future. They deliver too. But they're cash only, fyi.

Even better in the Pandemic. They really make a delicious pizza and have awesome fries (both styles), highly recommend using the Slice app if you don't have Cash that's all. Thanks for all the great food the last 18 months George's!

The pizza was very good. Lots of parking. The pizza was hot and ready right when I got in. Would recommend and we'll go back.

The prices posted on their website, not honored I might add!

George's Pizza is a take-away joint, though there are a few seats in the store. Their veggie pizza was just about average.

FOOD: Menu was a little more limited than I remember, but we all tried something different and everything was fabulous!! I'd been here twice before and…read morereally enjoyed it, but reservations are hard to come by, so it had been quite a while since my last visit. Unfortunately, this visit didn't live up to my previous experiences. It was an extremely hot evening, with temperatures in the upper 80s, and sadly the restaurant wasn't much cooler inside. We were a party of six and spent most of dinner fanning ourselves with dessert menus. We even asked for cups of ice and were literally holding them against ourselves to cool down! It became almost comical, but no one wants to spend dinner sweating. One bright spot was our server, who was warm, attentive, and very professional. The cocktail list was fairly limited, but the Passion cocktail was delicious--and thankfully served ice cold. As for the food, the cornbread was outstanding, and the tuna tartare was easily the star of the meal. The other women in our group enjoyed their entrees, but mine was a major disappointment. I ordered the fish tacos based on our server's recommendation. The portion was enormous--three tacos, each packed with fish--but the fish itself was incredibly dry and lacked flavor. I even asked for extra aioli, hoping it would help, but the tacos were still nearly inedible. I ate less than half of one taco. What was most disappointing was that no one acknowledged it. When my plate was cleared with almost the entire meal untouched, no one asked if anything was wrong. I didn't want to make a scene during a birthday dinner with friends, but I also don't think I should have had to pay for a meal that was barely edible. Dessert sounded much more exciting than it actually was. The chocolate brownie was dry, the "Cows in Quicksand" dessert looked unappetizing, the cookies were hard, and the champagne mangoes were underripe. We still had a fabulous evening celebrating with friends, but the dining experience itself fell well short of expectations. Between the uncomfortable heat and the disappointing food, this wasn't the memorable return visit I'd been looking forward to. Dining in a sauna simply isn't on most people's list of enjoyable dinner experiences.

This was our first time going since it had opened as the Fireside Tavern. It is fair to say we were underwhelmed. My wife ordered a Dirty Martini and it had a lot of vermouth in it which is not the correct way to prepare it. For an appetizer we got the Calamari which was very good. Crispy and tender with delicious hot peppers added in as well. For the main courses we got the Chicken Piccata severed over Gnocchi which was good but nothing special. Gnocchi were a bit denser than we like. Our other main was the Seafood Paella. On the plus side it had a lot of seafood in it, mussels, Shrimp, Scallops and a white fish. All of the sish was cooked well and was tender and juicy. However it did not appear to be cooked in a Paella pan so you didn't get some of those bites of crispy rice and the seasoning was off it had no saffron or tomatoes like I am used to. It was more like a plain rice that they added peas, carrots, and red pepper. Just didn't taste like any form of the paella that I have eaten previously. Jenna our server was awesome and attentive but not overbearing. She was fantastic and made for an enjoyable evening.
