    Oh yum.

We flew into OC on Friday night and were just planning on grabbing some dinner, however, the beautiful warm scent wafting from the open door of Georgie's drew us in and we had to get a peek! They have a wide variety of delicious options from donut holes, sandwiches, drinks, and the most delicious looking donuts! The clerk was extremely nice and gave us time to look over the options before deciding. We opted for chocolate with peanuts, cake with coconut, an old fashioned, and a crumb. The cake on these donuts is amazing! So light and fluffy! Not at all dense. We will definitely be back!

Great selection of donuts and breakfast items, and drinks . The donuts are fresh and so soft, friendly service and quick. My sons ordered a breakfast bagel and burrito and both were very tasty! The burrito was a good size and so flavorful. Found our to go spot for a quick breakfast.

I'm a fan of their Donut Holes. It's light and puffy.

Chocolate Bars, Donut Holes, and Bagels... They are one of two places that have my favorite doughnuts. Georgie's Chocolate Bar, tastes like a really good chocolate donut, instead a sugar bomb. It has a deeper chocolate flavor than other places I've tried. And the dough is soft. I love a soft dough lol. And on top of that, their donut holes are the best I've had. There are soft, the dough has a good texture, the glaze provides good coverage, but not overwhelmingly sweet. And the oil they cook it in, it does not have a weird taste like the other ones I've tried in Anaheim. For a donut shop, they have good bagels. I love their Everything and the Jalapeño Cheese Bagels. I usually buy extra for the house, and they are gone quickly. Thank you Georgie's Donuts for the Donut & Bagel goods!

This is a decent doughnut shop with a large selection to choose from. I had a chocolate bar, and a maple bacon. Usually doughnuts in the morning are warm but my maple bacon was cold like it just came from the fridge. The chocolate bar was OK. They have a bum right outside the door. The lady that served me was nice.

Plain buttermilk bar and plain old fashion

Georgie's provides pretty solid food offerings and at early hours. I ordered the BEC croissant sandwich and it was huge! The croissant was thicker than all of the other toppings combined, but it was good. I also ordered a plain old fashion and buttermilk bar. I'm not a big fan of donuts, but I wouldn't miss the opportunity to buy them plain. It's rare that I see them sold without icing, glaze, or some other topping. The donuts were good and didn't need any sugary accompaniments. It is a good option for people who love donuts, but would like to somewhat reduce their sugar intake.

The croissant always so fresh and so good!!!!!! Derive friendly and clean. This bagel was really surprising in a good way. The outside is soft but still got that nice golden bite, and when you open it up the cream filling just smooth and fluffy. The texture of the bread is light, not heavy like some bagels, so it don't feel too dense when you eat it. The cream has a rich taste but not overly sweet, it balance perfect with the bread. Overall, it's simple but very satisfying, I could eat this again and again

If you read my other reviews about donut shops, it's all about the maple bars for me. I wasn't planning on stopped here, but seeing they were open, and then even more excited to see a full display of donuts, I had to partake, even though I wasn't close to being hungry. So, about these maple bars. Most excellent. The donut is mostly soft throughout with a little bit of stiffness on the outside. Not crunching stiffness, just a thicker outer skin. I've always thought this is what keeps the inside moist though, which is preferred. The maple was a little like icing which had been sitting there a while that flaked off rather than the creamy frosting that I like. However, it tasted wonderful and worked for me. It looked like they do have some fun with their donuts as I was some with a candy cane on top along with some others that were "decorated" with different toppings for fun. Service was simple, easy, and friendly. $3.05 2 for donuts. This particular donut shop is a bit out of my way so I don't know that I'll be visiting that often, but if I'm in the area, I would probably stop be.

    New menu boards

New menus. Everything is usually pretty good here, and the prices are reasonable, considering other stores around.

I want to thank Georgie's Donuts for these basketball donuts for my son's team. The kids loved them and they were delicious. The service was great I had left my number and got a call back the following day in the morning. Thank you once again. Recommend!

At first I thought we had definitely come way too early, but by around 8:15 pm, cars were already starting to line up behind us. By 8:30, there were at least eight cars waiting, so showing up early ended up being worth it. They actually opened a little ahead of schedule around 8:45 and came out to take our order. We ordered a dozen donuts with 10 Blueberry and 2 Oreo. They make the donuts fresh to order, so the process does take some time, but WOW, it is worth the wait. The Blueberry Donuts were amazing. They came out incredibly fresh and fluffy, with just the right amount of sweetness. The Oreo was really good too, but definitely more dessert-like and a great option if you want something richer and sweeter. I've seen quite a few reviews complain about the wait, and I completely understand that it won't be worth it for everyone. Personally, though, I appreciate that they're making the donuts fresh to order and aren't sacrificing that freshness just to move the line faster. The wait is part of what you should expect when coming here, so I'd just plan accordingly. Overall, M&M Donuts absolutely lived up to the hype and is easily one of the best donut spots I've tried in OC. Be prepared to wait, but for me, the freshness and quality of the donuts make it completely worth it.

After such a long wait, it was disappointing to have such a limited selection left. We were also told that our car was capped at 12 donuts, even though there were five people in the car. That limit didn't feel reasonable for a group our size, especially after waiting 90 minutes, and it would have been helpful to know about it before getting to the front. The donuts themselves were delicious and tasted very fresh, so the quality is definitely there. However, the extremely long wait, lack of available flavors, and unexpected ordering limit made the experience far less enjoyable than it should have been.

I picked up a small assortment so I could get a good feel for what they offer. Before I even got to the donuts, I have to ask: why does the box have four holes in it? I understand it's probably meant to resemble donut holes, but it seems like an odd design choice. For donuts that aren't exactly cheap, I'd rather have a box that keeps them fresh than one with decorative cutouts. Now for the donuts: Chocolate Raised: The donut itself was surprisingly light, airy, and soft with a nice chew. The texture was exactly what I want from a raised donut. The problem was the chocolate icing. The first bite tasted good, but after a few seconds it left an almost burnt, slightly bitter aftertaste that became more noticeable with every bite. It completely overshadowed what was otherwise a really nice donut. Glazed: This was easily my favorite of the bunch. A good glazed donut is the benchmark for any donut shop, and Randy's did a respectable job. The glaze had a pleasant sweetness without being overwhelming, and the dough was soft and fresh. For some reason, though, it felt a little denser and heavier than the chocolate raised, even though the flavor was much better. Maple: The maple flavor itself was enjoyable and had a nice, rich sweetness without tasting artificial. The icing was noticeably thicker than I expected, almost like a layer of frosting instead of a thin glaze. While it tasted good, that extra thickness made the donut feel heavier and richer than I usually prefer. Blueberry Cake: This one just wasn't for me. The cake texture felt dense and dry compared to the raised donuts, and the blueberry flavor didn't really come through. Instead, it had an artificial sweetness that left me wanting to move on after just a couple of bites. Cronut: It's essentially a glazed croissant, and that's exactly what it tasted like. The outside had a nice crispness, the inside was flaky and buttery, and the glaze added just enough sweetness. It was enjoyable, but it also wasn't anything that really stood out or made me think, "I need to order this again." Overall, I'm glad I finally gave Randy's Donuts a try because it's such a well-known name, but I don't think it's a place I'll be returning to. The glazed donut was the standout, the dough on the raised donuts was genuinely good, but the flavors and overall experience just didn't live up to the reputation for me.

Now that I'm back in the area, I wanted to try this place out again and maybe my expectations were just too high compared to a different bagel place that I liked in another city. The parking lot is pretty small so you might have difficulty finding a good spot unless you come at an off time. When I got in, there was a long line and a group of people who were obviously regulars which I thought was a good sign. The menu was pretty easy to understand at first glance, you pick a croissant or a bagel and then what you want inside. The only down side is as of August 2026, they only have 1 kind of bagel, a plain bagel. I tried to order a bagel with no bacon and the woman taking my order seemed unfortunately confused by that? I was ordering a number of items and I just felt rushed because she would give me my total without asking if I wanted more. I kind of got the vibe that I was out of place and they forgot to give me one of my items. My bagel didn't have any flavor, the dough was overly gummy, and the eggs were barely scrambled so the yolk and whites were completely different textures. I felt like it was overly peppery and I had to add hot sauce to give it flavor. I probably won't come back here again except for maybe the sprinkled donuts, those were good!
