I decided to look for somewhere closer to home and came across this place with good reviews. I tried making appointment but they don't take any on the weekends. Ok that's fine the wait wasn't so bad for me 10-15 min but as soon as I sat in the chair it got busy. It was only the one person cutting too. She was Friendly :) it's a small little place that does it all. Inexpensive fast and easy haircut. Now as far as my haircut goes Eh so so it could of been better. I'm all about detail and also taking your time so that you are able to do the best cut. Blending wasn't that great I asked for a fade comb. Her clippers while she was doing my neck line kept hurting me I'm like damn maybe she needs to get new one and she also went to high too. This place is great! Fast and friendly service. All the people that have cut my hair or threaded my eyebrows listen to and give me exactly what I want. All staff are welcoming and the place is bright and clean. Everytime I go there, the same person is working the front desk, so I assume he is the owner or manager and he is nice too. There is a rewards program you can sign up for if you frequently get your hair done or your eyebrows threaded. For those who haven't tried threading, waxing feels more painful. I'm not a very attractive man, so if I get a bad haircut, it's not the end of the world. So I rate my haircut locations based more on price than on hair stylist abilities. $7.99 for a Men's haircut. That's pretty cheap. The haircut wasn't terrible, but I've had better in my life. I made sure to stop my stylist throughout and let her know of any changes I'd like her to make. It's much easier to correct a bad haircut during the actual cutting rather than when the stylist is already finished. That being said, the stylist was about the same skill level of a Supercut or a Great Clip. The ambiance inside the location is what really made it shine. There is a flatscreen TV (although it's mounted too high on the wall to see while actually in the chair), aroma candles, and free candy. All these amenities imply a sense of luxury. And though I didn't pay an expensive price for my haircut, the environment made me feel like I was in an exclusive spa. Even the stylist chairs were fancy. A modern style chair with wood armrests and soft leather. They were very comfortable. I would give five stars, but the haircut wasn't "fabulous"; it was decent and passable. A few places to get a haircut close by, but I'm usually let down with the quality at Supercuts so decided to try this place. It was a little awkward as the staff funneled out of the back and tried to figure out who was "up" to cut, but overall it was a good experience. Worked with Kylie. Soft spoken friendly girl who said she just started here 4 months back. She did a great job diving in to figure out what I wanted, took her time with the cut, and offered conversation. How can this place have so many good reviews?! It's obviously from the previous owners! Called in to see what their pricing were for a boys cut. Over the phone the lady had said $8 for regular $12 for taper. When I took my son in, I asked for a clean taper fade. I have no idea what the lady was doing, she faded one side of my sons hair and literally shaved off the other side of his hair. I now have to go get his hair fix somewhere else. She did asked me if it was ok but I'm not one to complain because they did have other customers waiting and I rather just not come back after my experience. When I was going to pay for his haircut, the lady told me it was $14. I asked her why it's $14 when over the phone you said $12? She said because my son had gotten a line cut or something. Called this morning @ 11:00 a.m. on the 4th of July and found that they were open and requested an appointment asap, they set me up for 12 noon appointment. Got there about 10 mins. early and had a seat and waited a few minutes. I was called up around my appointment time and sat down in the chair, the lady that cut my hair did a great job and took her time and did a wonderful job. Very reasonably priced and highly recommend this spot. Most importantly , after the customer in front of me was done, they wiped down the chair with disinfectant and before she cut my hair all of the clippers were disinfected with spray. I just moved to Natomas in mid July and I was looking for a place to go for a cut. I happened upon this spot near where we're staying and gave it a try. I had a great first experience! The staff was very kind and welcoming. I talked to the gentleman at length about life and language (something I love). Radhika cut my hair and made me look like a movie star - she did so well! What I liked is that before Radhika even touched my hair, she made sure she understood what I wanted clearly. Then, she took her time. I have callicks (spelling?) like there's no tomorrow. She blended them perfectly and did an excellent fade with a hard part on the left. Looked great. It was so good, I went back again today. Same warm, friendly staff - she remembered me a bit, she took her time, and was nice to talk to. I think my hair looks even better this time - now that she's gotten to know my style/look better! This is now my spot. I am about to move 25 mins on the other side of town and I will make the drive just to come here!!! Moved to Natomas in May and needed a new barber/salon for myself and my bf. We're the type of people who would prefer to get a hair cut down the street from home, so we naturally tried the closest to our home. Skeptical we went to try it once my hair got too long, on our first visit I was satisfied. The worker (she was a young girl, didn't get her name) seemed like she knew what she was doing. My length was good, like the way the style come out but I did have some long strands on one side, which I say is normal (Some hairs could have been missed) and I clipped them myself. Our second trip was even better. We don't remember the lady's name but she was kind and talkative and definitely knew what she was doing (She said she was from Arizona?) My bf and I were convince this was our place. Fast forward to our last 2 visits. Girl with glasses is always in a rush. Seems to still be learning, which is cool, you have to start somewhere, but she doesn't care if she clips you. The first time it happened it wasn't busy, but we brushed it off thinking that she's still learning This last visit she severely scratched my bf neck. Like come on. There were a lot of people in the waiting room, but seriously these are actual people's heads that you're shaving, be considerate. Before my bf went up she had just finished up a little boy and I swear his neck was complete scratched on the nape, thought maybe because kids move. I've received a hair cut twice from this place and eyebrow threading twice as well. I like to write reviews the second time around to follow up on consistency of the service and I have to say I am not pleased the second time. The first time was great. My haircut was on point and the I was very happy by how my eyebrows were threaded. Unfortunately, the second time coming in for a haircut was not good. Despite having shown a photo to my stylist, my fade came out too high and the shape was all wrong. Secondly, the person who did my eyebrows the first time was amazing but I learned she left so my second go at the eyebrow threading was also a bad experience. Again, I showed a picture from the first time, but still my eyebrows came out uneven and I had to fix it when I got home. Super sad to write this review and give them three stars because I had high hopes the second time I came here but the execution on my haircut and eyebrows did not leave me feeling happy. read more

Been going here for years to get my sons hair cut until it ended today. The lead hairstylist decided to lie to me and tell me she was the only one working and she was taking no walkins cuz shes booked solid for the whole day and would not cut my sons hair. What she forgets is I remembered she has always been afraid to cut my sons curly hair. For years she has passed off to other stylist when we show up but today she just decided to flat out lied and say shes so busy she wont take him. Its july 5. Most people are out of town. I went in for a men's cut and all-over color. The cut was subpar and rushed. Rhadika frequently interrupted when I was speaking as if she was in such a hurry she didn't have time to actually listen to me. If you are wanting up to date styles do not go here. For a basic shave-your-head-with-a-no 3 then fine but do not expect any creativity or input as to the style. The color was the worst I have ever had. I explicitly told her I wanted more dimension, more depth to the color rather than plain brown. She didn't care or listen, just said this is your natural and went with that. She obviously didn't want to put any effort into satisfying her customer but rather simply rush through whatever number customer I was and get on to the next. The color came out unbelievably uneven and there was a large gold area on the side. She washed my hair after color, dried it, and looked at it but failed to mention a large gold area. How could she not have seen this? It was closing time and she wanted to leave. This was evident by her turning away a customer who walked in. Very very poor quality service. I wouldn't be surprised if she got her hair education online. I will never return and recommend anyone seek educated professionals for hair service. Radhika was Courteous and friendly at the same time when I made my appointment. She listened to what I wanted for my haircut and also suggested some changes according to my face structure. She had sprayed the chair and her instruments before I sat down. And had also swept the floor. I noticed that she washed her hands and wore a new pair of vinyl gloves before beginning. I am physically handicapped and she helped me get settled in the chair. As she cut my hair, she would ask if I was comfortable. We talked but she did not waste any time. Horrible customer service! I purchased a voucher on the site Living social for a womans layered cut. I made an appointment for a hair cut for my daughter and let them know I had the voucher. We went to the appointment, my daughter did not get a layered cut, she asked for 1/4inch just be taken off straight across in the back. Very easy, very thin straight hair. Took like 3-4 min. When we went to the counter I presented the voucher. At first the lady never heard of it. She was not friendly whatsoever. After discussing with the owner via text message she said they take it. She took a picture of the voucher with her phone. Then goes on to say there's an extra $5 charge for her hair. As you can see in the photo my daughter's hair is super simple. She was extremely rude. And she said there's always an extra charge with groupon/ living social. That would make it full price! What's the point. That's not all! Before it stared, I asked The Hispanic stylist if she wanted to have some time to comb through and smoothen my tangled hair. She said she was fine and started to cut. My hair was tangled while she was combing and cutting along. I asked to trim my hair (reduce the hair thickness ). However she just simple gave me a line cut (blunt ends). When I mentioned trimming the second time she looked like she just started understanding my meaning She finished cutting my hair without smoothen it out. And I looked AWFUL!!! I tried to blow dry my hair by myself but they did not let me . They will charge me if they did it for me. My finished look was not what I asked for.
