Their breakfast sandwiches are so fire~! I've grabbed sandwiches a few times from here and they always hit just right. The sausage egg & cheese ($13) has scrambled Eggs, a sausage patty & American Cheese on a Poppy Seed Kaiser Roll and it's just so darn good. The Bacon Egg & Cheese ($15.50) is equally as good with the same ingredients except Applewood Smoked Bacon as the protein. They've served me really well for breakfast sandwiches. I don't have kids but their cute menu item of making whatever your kids are into for $7.50 is adorable and considerate. A big fan of Uncle Paulie's Deli and can't wait to try more of their menu! It's a big one so I'll be back many times working my way through everything.

Great hoagie place off of 3rd. Today I had a the Downtown Turkey, chips and a Diet Coke. Bread was amazing. Hoagie was great. Staff was super-friendly as well. They have a handful of seats inside and a few outside. Will definitely eat here again.

Are you kidding me? I am sandwich Obsessed and Uncle Paulie is now my Daddy. Insanely delicious sandwiches. The bread is the winner. Crispy on the outside. Soft and pillowy inside. I got 2 cold & 1 hot sandwich to bring back to the South Bay. - Chicken Pesto. The chicken was breaded perfectly. Not too much. The pesto was fantastic. Again, not too much. The mozzarella, I am guessing, was made in house because it was to die for fresh and delicious. This may be my favorite sandwich EVER. -The Joey. (For the hubby) I took a quick bite before he immediately devoured it. Everything tastes so unbelievably fresh. Just the right amount of ingredients, so you can taste everything. -Chicken Parm. My son inhaled it before I could try a bite, but he said it was incredible and could not stop eating it. Wow! The deli is small (as most deli's are). But you can eat inside and a few small tables outside. They have two refrigerators for fresh lemonades and teas made in house as well as your standard canned beverages. And one for deli meat, fresh olives and house made cold pastas. They also sell house made Italian ice and random Italian goods. James at the counter was super friendly, patient and helpful in my sandwich decisions. Superior hospitality. Cannot wait to go back to try more.

I love a good sandwich, and Uncle Paulie's absolutely delivers. Parking is limited and a bit of a pain, but it's worth dealing with. They have over 30 different sandwiches. I also noticed that they serve breakfast all day. I was there for a sandwich, and I went with my go-to: the Italian. I originally planned to take it to go, but the décor changed my mind. Someone clearly put real thought into the space--warm, vintage, and packed with memorabilia that gives the place personality. I stayed. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the sandwich came out quickly. When I unwrapped it, the first thing that stood out was the meat-to-bread ratio--finally, a sandwich that isn't all bread and lettuce. Plenty of meat and cheese, and the bread was the star: chewy, fresh, and exactly what I wanted. Bottom line: great sandwich, great vibe, and I'm glad I stopped in.

Good service but I hated the sandwich. I ordered the uncle and the cashier said it would be spicy but all i tasted was vinegar. The roll was crunchy on top and soggy on the bottom. Lettuce was ice cold. One of the worst sandwiches I've ever had. Wasted $20

Found this place on Yelp, and was not disappointed. The staff and the service was great. The staff was super friendly, and you could tell they really appreciated you being a customer. The food. We ordered The Uncle (cold sandwich) which was fantastic with some super fresh ingredients on it. It was a great Italian sandwich. $19.50 We ordered house made Lemonade $4.50 We ordered the house made Iced Tea $4.50 We ordered fresh cold regular Mac Salad $4.00 - Everything was so good. We ate our food inside. The ambiance was Italian / New York Italian Deli Sandwich shop vibes. Great. This place fixed my sandwich craving immediately. Will 100% be coming back for more great food.

Let's start with the positive: Good service , friendly person at counter with positive attitude. Sandwiches were tasty and the bread was good. Enjoyed the cliche Italian deli decorations. The negative; It took 45 minutes to get our food ! The person at the counter apologized and offered us something for free due to the wait. When my son walked up to order a cookie, we were charged $22.00 for two chocolate chip cookies. Yikes

My boyfriend and I stopped by Uncle Paulie's for lunch but were totally in the mood for breakfast sandwiches. I went with the classic Egg & Cheese, and he got the Sausage, Egg & Cheese -- both hit the spot! ... The staff were super kind, and the place was clean and well-organized Definitely recommend for a cozy breakfast bite -- and I'm already eyeing their regular sandwiches for next time

    Anthony K.

They've got a killer lineup of made to order sandwiches for breakfast or lunch. The spot's chill, with indoor and outside seating, very clean and organized. Every sandwich is wrapped up perfectly, like a gift, feels like they made it just for you. You can tell the staff genuinely care which makes all the difference.

Was in the area recently and decided to check out this local sandwich shop. I was extremely impressed by the huge variety of sandwiches they have. From hot to cold and even cold sides (salads, pasta salads) to choose from. I had a hard time choosing what to order but the cashier was so friendly and helpful. He gave me lots of good recommendations! I ordered the Paulie's Beef and Pepps and The Uncle. I was really impressed by the quality of the meats and the breads was crispy but soft. They are on the pricey side but honestly so worth it. The sandwiches are 10 inches so it is easy to share between 2 people. They have a small bar top inside but a huge patio outside to enjoy your sandwiches. Really clean interior and everything is really organized. Overall solid place.

(5/5) Excellent--10 out of 10! This is exactly what a breakfast sandwich should be: cheesy, hot, and served fresh. Absolutely delicious. I loved it and will definitely come here again!

On our first visit, the cashier highly recommended the Di Parma, so of course we had to try it. It comes with 18-month Prosciutto di Parma, handmade burrata, fresh pesto, truffled cream, chopped pistachios, and baby arugula. Such a good combo. Everything tasted fresh and balanced, and the truffled cream and pistachios added just enough richness without overpowering the prosciutto and burrata. We decided to try Lorenzo since we'd heard so much about their sandwiches too, but it just didn't hit the spot for us the way Mamie did. We found ourselves comparing it back to the Di Parma the entire time. Mamie has definitely become our go-to when we're craving a really good Italian sandwich. The bread is continually baked throughout service so you are guaranteed fresh bread for your sandwich. It's apparently the chef's nonnna' recipe, too. The bread MADE the sandwich. The fillings were fine. I felt the tuna sandwich was carelessly made and the ingredients were just slapped on instead of being evenly spread so you get a little bit of everything with each bite. Some bites were all Calabrian chile and no tuna and some bites were all tuna and no chile. My companion loved the Rimini more. This might be a one and done for me. If I'm paying $20 for a sandwich, it's gotta wow me like the Lorenzo at Lorenzo.

Yeah, that was me and my mindset when I was out at the Beverly Center back in August. Hey! It was lunch. I was hungry. & Nicolas Eatery was there to handle all my needs. And just like Napoleon Bonaparte would have done... I strolled in, I walked straight to the bar top, sat down, placed my napkin in my lap, ordered a burger, a side of fries and of course L.A's FINEST tap water. And just like that, instead of following trends... I was setting them! So what did I get you ask?? Le Beverly Burger of course!! This alongside their perfectly fried French fries which you know I dipped in Ketchup... Yes, I know, so American of me! =) Sadly, my only mistake I made on this day... FOOD Bubble Waffle with Pistachio Gelato (5.5/5): Omg! I didn't know they have egg waffle here as well. It's a classic Hong Kong street food that I grew up with, you don't really see it around. The egg waffle is tasty, it doesn't taste bland and not overly seasoned (it has the egg custard-y taste, not too sweet), and it has a light crisp outside. I had a gelato to pair with it. The pistachio flavor is yummy, it has chopped pistachio nuts inside so the texture is rich. If you have a sweet tooth, pair it with a scoop of gelato, they compliment each other well. *finish the gelato first so it doesn't make the egg waffle loose it's crisp Pastrami Brisket Sandwich (5/5): They recommended me the Pastrami Brisket Sandwich and the prosciutto one, I haven't had lunch so I went with the pastrami- it was good. The bread is pretty soft and it's decently portioned, you could share the sandwich. It's a simple sandwich that's healthy and flavourful, you don't feel heavy after eating it. I like that it's not messy to eat (not overly saucey)! They hold the fillings with the little wooden sticks. AMBIENCE Sitting is spacious and clean, it's at the corner of the mall so it's not too crowded. There is enough space to put your shopping bags if you're trying to grab a quick bite around. Service is quite decent, the staff recommended the right stuff. It didn't take a long time for the food to be ready, good for grab and go. OVERALL I think it's a casual spot that serves healthy quick bites, it's a good option to sit down after or in between a shopping spree. It's not loud so you could definitely hold conversations here.
