Note, you can pick what style noodle you'd like to enjoy and I feel like having that option alone is a huge plus. Wow, this place was just amazing! You can't miss at Pasta Sisters. The pastas are cooked perfectly al dente and the sauces are light and tasty. Highly recommend getting the burrata add-on. The complimentary focaccia that comes with the pasta is addicting and the tiramisu was a perfect ending. We came on a Friday, a little before 12 pm, and were able to be seated for a table of 3 with no wait, after ordering at the counter. The restaurant is small and was almost full when we came in, but was pretty empty throughout the 12 pm hour. We got a spot in the small parking lot and there were several spots free throughout our time there. Service was super nice and accommodating. The staff are friendly and kind, my husband and I were able to get a table after another party left but there are only a few tables here and a bar seating area as well. We ordered the mushroom creamy pasta and the pesto with burrata. Between the two the mushroom was the winner with delicious umami and creamy sauce that didn't disappoint. After reading the 1-star review from about 5 days ago, I felt compelled to share my experience because it was quite different. When I visited Pasta Sisters, the place was busy with a line of customers, people dining in, and delivery pickups happening at the same time. Even so, the staff stayed friendly, organized, and attentive. The person helping at the counter was incredibly welcoming and patient while I ordered, and he offered helpful recommendations. I also noticed how he greeted people as they walked in, acknowledged those waiting in line, and kept pickup orders moving quickly. Despite everything going on, he still checked in on me, brought silverware, and even offered extra bread. Another staff member also checked to make sure I was doing okay later on, which I appreciated. And the food absolutely delivered. The pappardelle with porcini mushroom sauce and grilled chicken was amazing. I love that the chicken is served on the side so you can actually see the generous portion instead of small chopped pieces mixed in. The focaccia bread was soft, flavorful, and perfect with the pasta. Based on what I experienced, the team was working hard and doing a great job taking care of customers.
