We sat outside and at one point a girl came out with two of our four plates but didn't mention anything about the other two, one of which was mine. She used the two halves like pita bread and made it work. We both agreed the sauce was a little thin and we prefer a chunkier sauce, but it didn't take away from how good everything tasted. The dining room is great. Plenty of space, a relaxed vibe, and everyone around us looked genuinely happy eating their sandoughs, which you can tell are made with care by the kitchen team. I got the chicken Milanese - the flavors were great! If I had to be picky, I would say that the chicken breading is under seasoned and the vodka sauce could use salt. The location is odd, but parking is easy. We ordered on a tablet, but everyone said hello and was friendly. Plenty of seating, no wait. I went here with high hopes because the person who says La dining is a scam said this place wasn't. She looked like she bit into the sandwiches and it looked really good too. We got the chicken Caesar to share and it did not disappoint. I think this is probably their best item on the menu. The chicken is juicy with a nice crunch to it. The salad is yummy. Sandough is located in beer gardens easy parking near by its all pay parking around this area but it makes out around 13.50 for all day. This spot has been on our list for a while but we were not able to make it last year. We arrived around lunch a d this was the only spot with a line. About a 15 min wait to get our food and staff is very nice. We ordered the chicken and pork sando, perfectly cooked and very tender perfect amount of sauce. We were excited to try the three sandwiches we ordered, so we definitely didn't expect an almost 40-minute wait, especially before the lunch rush had even started. When I asked for extra sauce, I was told I would need to buy it. I mentioned that, given the excessive wait, it seemed reasonable to provide some sauce free of charge, but I was again told no by the lady working the kitchen. I even showed the video comment where Chef Frankie Guerrero addresses this exact issue and that was dismissed too. At that point, I asked if Chef Frankie Guerrero was there so I could speak to him directly. Only then did they finally give me a small container of sauce but without answering the question. The whole interaction felt unnecessary and uncomfortable, especially since the sauce itself is not even listed on the menu. That said, the place has a nice vibe and a lot of potential. The front staff was friendly, but the woman working in the kitchen came across as unnecessarily rude and dismissive. If they want repeat customers, the customer service side -- especially communication and attitude -- needs improvement. read more

It took about 45 minutes to get the food. Seating is also an issue. Some large tables were being used by only one person, while larger parties had to stand without a place to sit. Parking is difficult too, and you may need to park a couple of blocks away. Overall, the bread is outstanding, the pastrami is excellent, and the Funghi is very good.
