This review is a bit overdue. My car had developed a slow leak in one of the front tires and I reached out to Robert on a Sunday and got a prompt reply . He suggested that to avoid paying more I ought to wait for a day ,if possible , and get the tire fixed on a weekday . I called him back on a weekday and was immediately given a quote - he also tried to see if they had the specific brand of tire on my car in inventory in case the tire on my car turned out to be irreparable but unfortunately it was on back order . The repair technician was on site within 30 minutes and work was completed within an hour of my placing the call to Robert . I was kept informed at every juncture of the process and cannot but recommend GI Services for there extreme customer focus and a job well done. read more

I found GI Services on Yelp when I needed some Tire Rack tires installed. I ended up having them also align the car when I saw they had a modern alignment rack. They were so easy to deal with and so reasonably priced, I ended up bringing in a second car a few days later for alignment. These guys charged about one-quarter of what the dealer last charged me to align this car, and yet they did an outstanding job -- car tracks straight as an arrow for the first time in forever! I found GI Services through a story from a mutual friend. I messaged Robert directly and asked him for a quote on my Audi and Camry. Robert replied instantly within minutes gave me the quote. I applied for there monthly payment plan which took me about 5 minutes to receive instant approval. I scheduled the appointment for both cars there today in the morning and both of them were done by close of business day. I had two oils changes, brakes and tired done on both cars super reasonable on the price and quick service. I had a flat tire today while I'm out and desperately need immediate help! I called couple of places, they all asked me to "bring" my car to their shops. Instead of asking to tow my car, I find myself so lucky to find GI Services on Yelp. After I called them and explain my situation, they asked me in detail of my flat tire's situation and then told me they can come right away within 20-25 min. Within 20 minute, Roberto showed up for service and he is very pleasant and friendly. He has all the professional tools in his van and switched the flat tire for me within a second. Then weeks after, I get a surprise receipt in the mail from GI Services stating the charges and what happened to cover up the fraudulent acts. So they still end up with my money. I can't give enough praises for Robert and GI Services. He helped with a flat tire which turned out to be much more complicated. The night before, our van got a flat tire and my son put the spare tire in but ended up damaging the screws. I called GI Services the next day to put in a new tire to replace the spare. However, because the screws in the tire got damaged, Robert had to change all the screws which were really difficult to remove because of the way it was set up on the vehicle. Robert bought the new screws and even called another colleague to assist and they also had to get other tools from their warehouse. What was supposed to be a 20-minute job turned out to be 4.5 hours! Robert also put in new brake fluid and gave the vehicle a test drive before leaving. Actually, Robert could easily have done just a temporary tire change and he could have told me to have the rest of the screws fixed at another shop. But he really tried his best to get everything fixed right there and then so I did not have to make a separate trip to a car shop. For all the extra effort and patience that Robert and his colleague gave, it was so worth it and I am so thankful to them! For even a simple flat tire, it is best to call professional services like GI Services. Robert is truly exceptional! They deserve 6 stars! read more

The customer service of this company is outstanding!!! They came out within a reasonable amount of time and changed the old tire out and put a new one on, all while i was sitting in my office dealing with other company stuff. I recieved calls from Roberto all along the way. Outstanding customer service Roberto, because of your great service we look forward to future business. The price is also reasonable considering i did not have to have the van towed to our place of business, pay to have the tire taken off and then pay to have a new tire put on. Great service! My car doesn't come with a spare tire, and I happened to get a flat around 6:30P on a Friday. Looked like sidewall damage, so fix-a-flat and a repair wasn't an option. Scrambling to find somewhere open, I found Robert and GI Services on Yelp. Very thankful. Robert was very detail oriented and knew my car had some quirks.
