This is an authentic. Absolutely delicious rainbow cookies. This is a neighborhood bakery and I love it. They care about providing good customer service here. I'm posting pictures of the rainbow cake that I plan to try one of these days!!

Love an old school Italian bakery! I tried a mini cannoli, rainbow cookie, chocolate dip cookie and pignoli cookie. The cannoli and pignoli (ha, that rhymes) were the best. Will be back for those!

This is an updated review. This place gets a solid 4 stars because although I love their cannoli / rainbow cookies cake, the older Italian couple who own this place are so rude. Backtrack to thanksgiving day last year, I came to pickup a pie and as I was buying it, the owners kept saying we don't allow pets ... first off my golden retriever is an ESA dog and I told them she was a service dog. They weren't having it and literally yelling at me to leave her outside but I have seen plenty of times other people come with dogs. Anyways, they wanted to go back and forth with me so after buying the pie I made them give me a refund because their lack of empathy made me not want to eat their pie. This year, well Yesterday it was my dads birthday and he loves their cakes so I bought one ... granted this time I left my dog at home with the AC and although the older woman was there when I went, she did not even look at me. All the girls who work here are so nice! I bought the smallest cannoli / rainbow cookie cake which feeds like 6 to 8 people for $32. It is heaven! So although I still come here on occasion, to pick cookies or other delicious desserts, I avoid the owners at all costs. BTW my parents and I have been coming to this bakery since the early 90s.

Ordered an 7 inch chocolate fudge cake with buttercream icing two days before I needed it. It was delicious and fresh and not overly sweet. The staff is always so efficient and pleasant. The only thing, triple check the spelling over the phone for your cake. She wrote Andrey instead of Andrew. The girl thankfully was able to change it when I picked it up.

A well-loved neighborhood classic and staple. Broad selection, good quality. Also appreciate the variety of sizes available with many items. You can also find their great bread at D&F Deli on Broadway.

Wanted to update my previous post just to reaffirm how this place has one of the best cannolis one can ask for. And the best part is that it's in my neighborhood. I personally am a huge fan of the mini cannolis but was gifted regular ones which were well done. The outer shell is baked perfectly and their filling is the perfect balance of sweet and creamy. You'll be a hit at parties if you gift these. I've also had the rainbow cookie which is also another great one and honestly, any of their cookies or baked goods is probably just as well done.

There was a tray of Tee-Doy decided not to buy any of them because they were all hard. Got 2 of the fish sandwiches and 2 of the chicken sandwiches. The prices for both sandwiches and bun have jumped up since January. I stopped here to get items for family and relatives/friends. Not impressed with their chicken sandwiches for they were hard and there is tendon in one other chicken sandwich has area that was not edible. The quality definitely not what it use to be here. There were lots of seats and tables for patrons to sit. Notice less foot traffic at this store.

I decided to try their Coconut Pandan cake which was enjoyable except for the jelly they had in the middle. The cake itself was pretty moist and the cream had a nice Pandan flavor. The Portuguese egg tart is what you would expect from one of these bakery's, very basic but it was nice and flaky. The milk tea was also okay, we asked for less sugar so it was not too sweet. We also got the sesame mochi to go and this was delicious! Definitely the best thing I bought from this bakery. The sesame paste was nice and strong but not too gritty and the mochi was super soft. I have to go back to grab another when I get the chance!

We came by the day before Mother's Day, so they had pre decorated Mother's Day cakes. You can also place an order. Service is quick and friendly. We initially planned on getting a Strawberry Shortcake, as that seemed to be the cake to get. However, we opted for the Cheesecake, because we were able to add fresh strawberries (and whipped cream) on top! I'm not a fan of whipped cream, so I avoided that, but everyone seemed to enjoy. It had a good creamy texture and was not too sweet. The strawberries were indeed fresh. The pound cake was soft and airy. The vanilla flavor comes through. I will have to try the Marbled version next time! Note: Cash Only! A regular customer ordered the tiramisu cake; said it was the best cake ever, so will have to try that next time!

A friend recommended it to me, and I've already ordered two birthday cakes from here. The tiramisu cake was absolutely delicious, honestly one of the best I've ever had. I didn't even know you could customize a tiramisu cake since it's usually served the traditional way, but they made it exactly how I wanted. As someone who loves tiramisu, this really stood out. I also ordered a strawberry shortcake, and it was just as impressive. The buttercream was so good , light, flavorful, and not overly sweet. Everyone loved it, and there wasn't a single slice left. The owner's son (I believe) was super helpful, he really takes the time to understand what you want and brings it to life perfectly. I've also tried their croissants, which are huge and delicious, and the hero bread is excellent too. Just a heads-up: they only accept cash.I'll definitely be ordering all my cakes from here moving forward!

It's charming inside and quintessentially Queens - walking in, you get a sense that this was a family-started business. The pandesal was yummy, authentic, fluffy and hit the mark when I was having the craving. Would love any good suggestions! On a weekend early evening around 5pm and they seemed to have most items in stock. From other reviews seems like they're known for their ube cheese pandesal, ube cake, mango cake, pan de coco and pork asada bun. I picked up a torte Cebuana $3.25 and pan de coco $1.50. The former tasted similar to a pound cake in cupcake-like form, sprinkled on top with fine sugar. The latter was a sweet bun with shredded coconut that tasted sweetened with palm sugar. It had a lovely fragrant coconut flavor and was tasty though a tad too sweet for me. The store itself isn't big, a pretty casual set up with seating for maybe 12-15 at cafe tables. The back counter is where baked goodies are displayed, a fridge on the right contains chilled drinks and full-sized cakes which looked made to order. On the left side of the store are some Filipino grocery items on shelves. Staff was friendly and helped answer a couple questions I had about ingredients, (or asked other staff what they didn't know). If I was in the area I'd come back to try a few other items.
