There were no smiles, no warmth, and her overall demeanor gave the impression that she disliked her job, disliked dealing with customers, and simply did not want to be there. As a business owner myself, I understand how important customer relationships are. The checkout counter is often the final impression a guest leaves with, and something as simple as a friendly smile or kind interaction goes a very long way when customers are spending their hard-earned money. I am from out of town and expected much more from what appears to be a boutique-style grocery store with a strong community feel. Stores like Trader Joe's are a great example of how positive, friendly interactions at checkout can completely elevate the customer experience. I even went so far as to ask Delaney if she was having a bad day, and the glaring stare I received in return ultimately prompted me to write this review. To be clear, I am not looking for anyone to lose their job. I simply believe some coaching in guest relations and customer interaction could make a tremendous difference. Delaney is very young, and I genuinely hope she either finds more joy in what she's doing or moves into something better suited for her personality and interests. Constructive feedback is meant to help businesses improve, and I hope this is received in that spirit.

Most items are slightly more expensive than Aldi, however, occasionally there are some on sale that's cheaper than Aldi. My go to for affordable but right out the oven crispy croissants, bread, and bakery items. Made fresh every hour and at times certain ones run out. Like Aldi, does carry store brand/ brand name items without high fructose corn syrup unlike Walmart. You get more savings and member rewards points if you download their myLidl app, make an account, and scan their QR code (all free). Bathrooms would need to be asked to be open by staff if locked. Restrooms are not the most clean so be warned.

Overall I appreciated the selection of organic produce and meats, but again, I'm just not convinced. The cheese section was pretty awesome though, and those prices weren't too shabby. Now my only reason for 4 stars as opposed to 5 is it's kinda expensive. We normally between two people for a week spend around $230 for a week at giant. Here we hit $230 easily on a week with one less day. And we weren't doing a full on shopping trip. We didn't need any of the pantry staples. So I don't think we got as much for the same price. Also it's a 30 minute drive where Giant is 15. So the economics aren't panning out.

I have to mention $3.50 for jumbo eggs that are all double yolks the last time I purchased them. Unreal. So excited to hear you're opening another store in Nearby Dublin. Your seafood, meat and deli department ARE top shelf and all offerings are scrumptious. Forgive me and so sorry to have to voice my misgivings about the hot bar, which is just not up to par, and I have to agree with one other complainant, about your hot bar food offerings. I tried it a couple times and it was just OK. The only good hot bars I've found are at the Buffet places, some of my favorites are GRAND BUFFET Chinese Restaurant AND WONDER FOODS in Warminster, and GOLDEN CORRAL IN Bensalem, PA. So i wanted to share some successes that I experienced today during my trip to your store…read more I was in the mood for a hoagie style sandwich and recalled the numerous social media ads I had seen for $12 sandwiches, so I went to your store for a hoagie when I normally would not, a win to your social media and marketing people. I grabbed my sandwich and sought out help for a side of hot peppers for my sandwich and couldn't find them. I then had the pleasure of meeting Michelle who was in the area (she was near the sushi/pizza area). I explained to Michelle what I was looking for and she stopped what she was doing and enthusiastically helped me with getting some peppers for my sandwich. She was kind, engaging and genuine - so congratulations on your employee screening and training, she's a winner. Lastly, I was a little annoyed about the side lot being tented and closed. When I brought it up to MIchelle she proudly said that it was closed for an employee event and went on to explain how valued your culture has made her and other employees feel. They feel appreciated and that is a win for you as the management team. There are 5 super markets in the area none of which I had an allegiance to until today, thanks to all of your efforts and Michelle.

Well, let's just say I'm still driving to Warminster, because the Jamison Grocery Outlet is awful. Where to begin? The store is so uninviting. The employess are not friendly at all and the shelves are bare. Also, they do not carry everything Warminster does and on certain items, their prices are higher than Warminster. I took my elderly mother to the Jamison store and the cashier rang up one item several times. I pointed it out to her, to which she told me to, "calm the f**k down". This is the type of employee you will find here. I realize the stores have different owners, but the Jamison management needs to go to Warminster and see how a successful store is run.

Very clean and easy to navigate a lot larger than the other Grocery Outlet I go to in Warminster which can get cramped sometimes. I do think this location has more "brand name" of things I actually want to buy, however with that being said their prices are not that cheap. Some items - yes incredibly cheap. But seeing as they have a lot more permanent stock and better brands the prices really aren't that much cheaper compared to other stores.
