I paid for the royal pedicure but the technician, didnt catch her nail because she said not one word to me (older lady) was more interested in everything being done around my pedicure than my pedicure itself; she wiped the lotion and oil on, no massage. She watched as others did pedicure and nails, moved my legs around. This pedicure didnt even meet my top 20. My mom was in the next chair getting a pedicure and boy, hers was worse than mine. Lasted np more than 10 minutes. She asked them not to cut her nails just file as the lady proceeded to cut.

Then last 6/5/26, I asked for the same $5 add on for the polish to stay longer but all the ladies working there including the lady owner and the guy owner looked clueless as to what I was talking about and didnt reply. The lady owner even looked like she doesnt speak English and were talking amongst each other in Vietnamese or Thai or whatever dialect. Anyway it was so annoying and now after only 2 weeks (without that $5 add on they apply to make polish last longer), the nail polish on my 2 fingers are already chipped off. Hope management is more consistent w the services they offer and be more courteous and professional to their clients. You never know if they are talking abt you. It is very rude to speak in a different language while they are doing a service for you.

I usually buy my frozen Vietnamese egg rolls in Westminster, but ever since I tried V's, I've been ordering from here instead. I don't eat pork, so I go for the chicken and shrimp. The shrimp pieces are generous compared to other spots, and the seasoning is so well balanced that you honestly don't even need sauce to enjoy them. For me, a perfect egg roll comes down to the crispiness of the wrapper and these deliver. They're rolled and packed so well that every bite is crispy and flaky, not just parts of it. On top of that, V and her husband are incredibly kind, hardworking people. You can tell they genuinely want to share their culture, and it shows in the food. I was willing to pay for her to clean my cuticles as well because it's not included with the nails service and she refused. I don't want to return there because of her attitude. She would also have an excuse when I would tell her I don't like something on MY nails, but would tell me to let her know if I didn't like anything. Make that make sense? I tried giving her a chance but after so many times of sighs and looks of disappointment on MY nails. He's very unprofessional when it come to booking and or getting in contact with Amy, who is the actual nail artist. He handles her appointments and instagram DMs and it's always a hassle going through him. Recently, I've had an issue trying to make an upcoming appointment because he keeps canceling it. He's made her unfollow me via instagram and has BLOCKED my number from Amy's phone to complain about this issue. I've made numerous attempts to try to get some understanding because I've done nothing but be more than a respectful customer to Amy and her business. Her husband is bad for business and I hope she gains more control over HER own customer service. Whenever I have an issue with her husband booking in the past I've been able to contact Amy directly to get things sorted out no problem. This past appointment within two days my toes broke and chipped and I was left on read when I tried to make an appointment to get them fixed. You don't treat paying customers disposable like that let alone LOYAL customers who've supported for years.
