The gratuity was included in the bill, so the server had no incentive to check on us or replenish drinks. Steaks were served without knives. No one checked on our meals. We had to ask for dishes that were never brought out. One guest never got their dessert. We had to flag the server down many times. No one took any leftover food home because it was so awful! We doubled checked our bill the next day and saw a charge for 13 espresso martinis that we didn't order. It was a large party and this went unnoticed at the time of payment. The next day we looked it over and found the $156 mistake!
