The staff appeared to only come by to take orders and drop off checks. We were even seated near the register, yet no one noticed that an entire meal was missing. When it was time to pay, another employee helped us. We had to point out that the ramen never came and ask for it to be removed from the bill. His response was simply, "Sorry about that, let me take it off. Here's your total." There was no real sense of concern, apology, or effort to make the situation right. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication and customer service is what made this experience so disappointing. Staff could benefit from additional customer service training and more awareness of their guests' needs. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be returning and would not recommend this restaurant to others.
