Super efficient service. Great recommendations from the bartender (Jeff) for items on the menu as he gave a more detailed description. Parmesan crust pizza absolutely delicious! Crisp crust and the sauce was perfect. I had sausage and pepperoni but there were many toppings to choose from or you could select a specialty pizza from the menu. The Giordano salad had an amazing dressing and shaved parm, yummy. The menu also had sandwiches and pasta items as well. Affordable and great tasting food in an inviting atmosphere.

Individual pizza... took 45 minutes.

Poor service, average pizza... would not recommend. Will not be back. Ordered the individual, and was warned it would be 30 minutes... took 50. Heard a lot of sorry's while I waited.

We were sat right away for lunch on a weekday. The service was good overall, our waitress was friendly and accommodating. They let us know the deep dish would take about 45 min to cook so that was good to know ahead of time. - Giordano's house salad (4/5): this was a great combination of flavors. The lemon vinaigrette was delicious, and the fennel and asiago cheese were great as well - Chicago classic deep dish pizza (4/5): really good but not the best deep dish in may opinion. Lots of sauce, toppings and great flavor overall.

Ordered pizza for pick up and when we got home and opened it the pizza was burnt, always check your pizza before leaving. They did give us a 20.00 credit but, still check your pizza....

Overcooked, overpriced, overrated. I am a fan of Giordano's but this location is easily the worst I have been to.

The sauce was tasty, but was maybe a notch above mildly seasoned. I have a feeling that the tomatoes in the recipe added a little acidity. With the addition of spinach, this dish landed in gourmet territory. From what I gather, the restaurant has been under new management for a few years. It feels like they are working out kinks. The shrimp came out and instead of having colossal shrimp we had small shrimp, maybe even baby shrimp. We addressed the concern with the shrimp and they said they're not going to charge us for it. With our pasta came a side salad, the salad and the salad dressing, which was a lemon vinaigrette, was good. When we received the pasta, there was only four pieces of sausage, the chicken was unseasoned and the sauce was cheese sauce with hot sauce added, no other seasoning. Nothing about the pasta was Nola.

The only consistency on the service side has been the Hispanic gentleman shucking the oysters ,he's always friendly, hardworking, and deserves recognition. I'm hoping things can get back to the way they used to be because this really was one of our favorite places.

They should put that fee in the price of the meal- no one carries around $450 in cash to pay for a high end meal. There were 4 of us and we all said we would not come back due to that simple fact - silly way to do business.
