Famous Chicago-Style Pizza chain...for good reason. We enjoyed on our last evening in Chicago area. When in Rome, eat like the Romans! Like any Chicago Style Deep Dish, they take a long time to bake. Order ahead or just be patient when you order at table like we did. I typically takes about 40 minutes. We ordered the DEEP DISH PIZZA named "THE SPECIAL". It comes with sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and onions. It was very delicious. We ordered a 12" size pie for the three of us. It looked so huge that we didn't think we would be able to finish it...but we did. Can't let such good pizza go to waste. Highly recommend when in Chicago area. They are sprinkled all over. We ate at the airport location since stayed at hotel by airport for early morning departure.

Atmosphere - Clean, lots of seating and A/C works well (90 degrees outside) Taste - Buffalo wings were crispy with good amount of Buffalo flavor. The sauce was baked on, tasty but not messy. Best Buffalo wings I've had! We ordered the thin crust because deep dish takes 40 minutes. Half Chicago Classic and half Bacon BBQ Chicken. Both were amazing! Everything cooked to perfection. The crust was crispy, toppings flavorful and fresh. Customer Service - Staff was friendly and helpful. Tony T was very knowledgeable and friendly. Price - Average We will be back!

Came in on a Monday for lunch and it wasn't too busy yet. Tons of open tables and a friendly welcome. Vast menu and a few options, ultimately ended up with the lunch special that came with a salad or (garlic or regular) fries, and a mini deep dish. What a good deal! We weren't too hungry but it was fresh and flavorful. Family friendly place and lots of open space. This one was right next to the airport so you see a ton of people hauling luggage. Good place over all.

Giordano's is always our go-to pizza place! When we can enjoy it around the Windy City, it's extra special. This location is near O'Hare so it was filled with tourists. The staff appeared to cater to that by making conversation about visiting the area and offering cheesy family photos (See what I did there?). The service was impeccable and the food was fabulous as always. Keep up the great work! My suggestion would be to offer the photos at a location near the door instead of interrupting our meal several times.

5 stars for Giordano's in Rosemont. For those of you not from Chicago or its suburbs, this is a Chicago style deep dish pizza restaurant. I had a pretty good experience here, the service was fast and friendly, and the restaurant ambiance itself was good - clean and not too loud inside. The deep dish pizza at Giordano's is also pretty good - can't go wrong with a 12 inch deep dish to have some leftovers to bring home! It is expensive here, but tasty. If you're in the area and want deep dish pizza, I'd recommend a visit. They have thin crust pizza also and other dishes, but those are not what they're known for.

Insane cheese pull!! Food was delicious and our server Betty was so incredibly kind. She seated us even though they were closing in an hour and went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable experience. The restaurant was clean and had a cute layout as well. A great first stop after a long trip to Chicago!

Tony is all that and a bag of chips. Our service was second to none. Thank you sir. You made a recommendation when Jeff shared his preferences on pizza and it was solid. You listened, recommended and then delivered it in style. Giordanos is a short walk away from The Westin OHare so if you are in the area stop in. You will not be disappointed. Thank you again Tony for exceptional service.

Overall pretty solid pizza. If you're a fan of deep dish this a classic spot to try. Personally we enjoy the thinner style pizzas but occasionally we will go deep dish Chicago style. The bruschetta is also really delicious. Give it a shot if you're not from here.

Made a reservation. Happy I did. This place is hopping. But I overheard the wait was only about 20 mins for 2 folks Started with the Italian beef arancini's. It's served with au jus & marinara. They were tasty, piping hot & had good heat flavor wise. Caesar salad was good. A lil heavy on the dressing for me. But very generous with the cheeses, that was delicious. We got the small all meat deep dish. Double crust is neat, I don't think I've had that before. The toppings were very generous & the cheese quality. It was more of a chain than I thought, initially. But that's not a problem, everything was good quality. I thought there was just one. Not the case. The folks working there were kind & attentive.

Giordano's knocked it out of the park. The stuffed crust deep dish BBQ Bacon Chicken pizza was incredible. On the first bite I couldn't help but smile. Layers of smoky, cheesy, bacon packed into that iconic deep dish crust. I highly recommend the BBQ Bacon Chicken stuffed crust deep dish. On top of that, we got to watch the NBA Finals on the TV, which made the whole experience even better. Great food, great atmosphere, worth every penny. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Service was lacking. The Caesar salad died a few days a go. Good beer selection. Pizza came out nice and hot. Got a Chicago tavern style 12" meats. Excellent quality of toppings. The pizza is pricey like a filet mignon. I am a fan.

Stars next door on a trip. Needed food and don't love Chicago style pizza, but figured should have it while in town. Lots of seating and friendly staff. Had a more meat pizza. Takes about :45 min, so it's plenty of time to watch sports on the tv. Definitely very good pizza, will be back.

First of all, it's ORD. It's my second home away from home, and the same can probably be said for many travelers out there. Who's generally in a good mood when traveling through an airport like ORD? Probably very few - so these food-court like restaurants are already at a disadvantage serving a hard-to-please crowd. I'll establish first that I do enjoy a good deep-dish Chicago pizza, not just with thick crust but proper cheese-filled pizza. Reggio's pizzas are not that, so if that's your starting point, then they would've failed. What Reggio's provide are pre-made, person-sized pizza that has a thick buttery crust that, imho, will likely fill your calorie needs during a short layover. The toppings are your typical pizza toppings: pepperoni, sausage, etc. While pre-made, they're generally kept warm so when sold, the temperature is good for eating. (Though this may be more true at the food-court location than at one of the express stands elsewhere in one of the terminals....) The crust is actually enjoyable (if you don't think about the amount of butter that went into it) and doesn't taste stale the few times I tried. I know it's not the healthiest of food but I usually enjoy one when passing by especially since I know I wouldn't need to find food by the time I land on the East Coast after dark. The price is reasonable given airport food - go for it if you like pizza with a thick buttery crust but don't expect it to be true "deep dish" pizza.

The cheese is weirdly stale, the crust was somehow sweet? At least there were a lot of veggies in the veggie pizza. The service itself was pretty quick for the line they had, the pizzas are sitting in those warming cases so they don't reheat it for you. It's a food court so it was busy, not much else to add for the ambiance. The staff was very nice and helpful though!

To skip to the end, 2-3 of our party of ten spent the night with upset stomachs or vomiting, and not from drinking to excess. The staff seemed overwhelmed and behind even though the restaurant was not full. We waited 20 min after seating for drink orders to be taken. Several of the drinks lagged long behind the others. There was not enough water for everyone to have a glass, and then the empty pitchers were collected without being refilled. Requests for refills brought one refilled pitchers when 3-4 were needed. Half of the food ordered arrived in a reasonable time. But the other items were delivered to the table around 25 minutes later, making for an awkward time while half of us watched the others eat. Those who got their food first were completely done eating by the time the rest of our food arrived. The regular pizzas and boneless wings were actually pretty good! But when the two tavern pizzas were delivered, they were so overcooked and dry they were basically inedible. (See my uploaded photos.) There was no acknowledgement by the waitstaff or attempts to correct the order. We had somewhere to be after dinner, so we opted to just choke them down rather than wait another 45 min for replacement pizzas. It was difficult to get waitstaff attention to get our checks and to go boxes. And when they came, they brought fewer boxes than we asked for. I walked up to the bar and asked for a to-go box, and was met with an eyeroll and a huff, and the box slammed on the bar with a curt "anything else?" Like I mentioned before, I was up part of the night with a sour stomach. And I found out the next morning that our friends were camped out on the bathroom floor with food poisoning. We will ne'er darken the door of this establishment again, and I suggest you don't either.

It's popularity was first engaged when our table for two was about a 45 minute wait, but given that we had some time before our flight it certainly was worth the it. On top of the restaurant being full until we wrapped up our meal a little after 6:00 p.m., there was a steady flow of people at the takeouts window as well. Once seated Michael was our server, and bar none one of the more personable waiters we had in our whole weekend trip to Chicago. Being electronic music lovers it was awesome to hear the sublime playlist that was playing in the establishment, and then asking Michael he said that it's about the same 12 tracks on repeat Each of the 4 TVs in the dining area was airing a different channel, and with the Olympics in full swing it was nice being able to catch a couple of the different preliminaries during our visits. The menu had so many amazing items on there that we had to try our own little tour of Italy, starting off with the meatballs combined with drinks, my wife and I sharing the espresso martini while she has the No 15 and my go-to favorite beer: a Blue Moon. Served with a delicious marinara sauce and bread, the meatball was devoted quickly, and with the amazing flavors we were already won over in our claims of probably one of our favorite Italian spots ever - and it didn't stop there! We had ordered the chopped salad and the wild mushroom pizza to share and before we could get through the end of our meatball we knew we're going to have to get the pizza to go. The chopped salad had tiny little pieces of cucumber & cheese, bread crumbs, and a litany of meats, tomatoes and delicious dressing. One of the highlights of our table location was being so close to the kitchen and seeing the line cooks preparing and then one of the top chefs putting the finishing touches before the plates were delivered to their tables. As expected the savory pizza and the heavenly aroma of garlic only made it past one slice, so the rest of it came with us as we departed, in hopes that the entire plane doesn't try to steal a piece Price wise it certainly had the cost of a fine Italian restaurant, but at the end of our visit our raving after finishing each item was worth the cost!

This place was pretty bad, and shame on me for not checking the reviews first. Sheesh…read more I needed a quick bite before my flight out of O'Hare and came across this spot near the back of the M gates. The location itself is appealing, and there was plenty of open seating both at the bar and in the dining area. There appeared to be about four or five employees working at the time, and the restaurant was clean. The waitress was very low-energy and nonchalant, although she was mostly attentive. I originally ordered the Shrimp Spaghetti, but she told me it wasn't available. Usually, restaurants let you know which menu items are unavailable before you order, or at least when they hand you the menu, but oh well. I ended up ordering their burger instead. The menu isn't very large, but it includes a few pastas, salads, burgers, and a decent selection of beer and cocktails. In hindsight, I should have trusted my first instinct because I passed two burger spots on the way here that probably would have been better choices. After I placed my order, I noticed the two cooks were pretty engrossed in the Bears game on TV. It was a little while before they finally headed back into the kitchen to make my food. I also ordered a Diet Coke, which turned out to simply be a bottle pulled from the cooler with the other soft drinks and bottled water. Once the burger came out, I could immediately tell I probably wasn't going to like it. The top half of the bun was lightly toasted, but otherwise there wasn't anything on it. Everything was piled onto the bottom bun: the burger patty, some type of cheese, onions, and what tasted like either aioli or horseradish sauce. The burger was EXTREMELY salty. Not just a little over-seasoned. It was unbearably salty. I took two bites and couldn't finish it. Unfortunately, the fries weren't any better. They had huge chunks of Parmesan cheese on them, somehow had almost no salt at all, and were slightly overdone. I didn't enjoy those either. When the waitress asked if I liked the food, I told her the burger was way too salty. Her response was basically, "Do you want me to take it, and do you want the check now or later?" That was it. No concern about why I barely touched the food, no offer to replace it, and nothing taken off the bill. The total was around $25 for the burger, fries, and Diet Coke. I could have asked for a manager, but I honestly didn't have the time before my flight and just wanted to get out of there. To make matters worse, shortly afterward I became queasy and had to immediately head to the restroom. I obviously can't say for certain the burger caused it, but the timing wasn't great. The low reviews for this place are right on the money. If you need to eat at O'Hare, don't make the same mistake I did. There are plenty of other options. I added an extra star because the restaurant was clean, and once the cooks actually got back into the kitchen, the food came out fairly quickly. I can't speak for the bar or cocktail service, but as far as the food goes, I absolutely do NOT recommend eating here.

Turns out, Short Fuse was right up the road and a 5 minute walk got us there. For a Sunday, it wasn't too busy but not dead, so we got seated right away. We ordered some beer and took a look at the menu. While nothing really struck our fancy, our waitress made a comment that if we did want any food, it might be slim pickings as they were running out of stuff. Turns out, this day was the last day they were open. Talk about timing! After she mentioned that, I started to notice that people were buying bar signs and various other things. Emily started off with a Guava Gose and I grabbed a Krankshaft kolsch. We sampled each other beers and we both really liked what the other ordered. I don't really know what a gose is but, damn, was that good! I've had Krankshaft before so I knew what I was getting myself in to. We ended up ordering a second round of the same beers and let each other sample the other's beer a little more liberally this time. While we were kind of hungry, nothing on the menu really struck our fancy, especially considering they might've been out of it. Room service took care of those hunger pangs later after a few more beers in the hotel bar.
