He walks out about 2 minutes later with the pies. He then said "Oh sorry they forgot to put the order in" Which none of the girls informed me of the entire time I was there. Honestly I was mad because I've been a customer for years and that's how they treat their valued customers?? Not good! When I get home I opened up my pies and the 1/2 with light sauce and the other half with sausage was correct. But the second pie was all MUSHROOMS, not sausage like I ordered. Honestly I think the way they handled it was BAD! Shows they DO NOT VALUE their repeat customers and have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Since Harold is not around to run it like he always has done so fo so many years; the folks running it cannot deliver the Deli experience I have craved for.
