Glamper Van is awesome. My wife and I had them convert our Ram Pro-master during Covid and they did a beautiful job and got it done quickly and in time for us to take our first road trip to the East Coast for the Holidays. Drew and his Team are experienced, technical, friendly, and super cool. Their Service Department is great. I broke the handle of our Grey Water Tank and they replaced it no problem and then threw in a new stainless still backsplash. I cannot say enough about how great Glamper Van is and how wonderful their team of technicians is. Take you Vans in to get transformed Glamper Van style now!!!

We bought our Glampervan in 2021 and absolutely love it. Great use of space and that Webasto heater - an absolute must in the winter months or even on cold mornings. Adjust the thermostat without even getting out of bed, warm her up, then make the morning coffee! After our recent move to Utah, I reached out to GV with a few questions about winterizing. They were very responsive and helped me immensely. Thanks for the continuing great customer service, Glampervan!!

I needed a Campervan Conversion done on my new mercedes sprinter van and these guys absolutely outdid themselves on the build. This shop is quick, professional and kept me updated throughout the entire process and I could not be happier with the quality of work. Pricing was upfront, and they gave me everything that I asked for. They even gave me recommendations on where I could take the van out for a test run after the build was complete. I cannot recommend these guys enough, really awesome work.

My experience with Glampervan has been nothing less than exceptional. They are friendly to interact with, come up with creative designs and solutions, and carry out projects in a clean and efficient manner. I highly recommend them for all your build and upgrade needs.

First time renting an RV - I had a ton of questions and a few concerns about renting in general…read morebased on some reviews. The pricing was competitive and straight forward, the staff was patient, knowledgeable and kind. The RV itself was a Coachmen Leprechaun. Had everything I needed and more. I really enjoyed this experience and I would definitely rent again.

I would not rent from Road Bear Rentals & Sales again based on our recent experience…read more From the very beginning, the experience fell short of expectations. When we picked up the RV, we did not receive a thorough walkthrough of the vehicle or an explanation of its features and operation. Instead of taking the time to show us the ins and outs of the RV in person, we were simply told to watch a 35-minute video if we had questions. For first-time renters or anyone unfamiliar with that specific RV, this was not an adequate substitute for proper customer service. During the second week of our cross-country trip, the generator in our RV stopped working. We had specifically paid for the unlimited generator usage option, yet the generator was never repaired despite our calling and emailing the service department every day. While the water pump was fixed, the generator issue remained unresolved for the rest of our trip. This created serious safety concerns for our family. My mother relies on a CPAP machine to sleep, and we were traveling with children who have special needs. Without a working generator, we were forced to spend approximately $2,000 on hotels just to have air conditioning and electricity overnight. To make matters worse, while we were still in El Paso, Texas--about 20 hours from California--we were instructed to return the RV by 5:00 p.m. California time. We explained that making that drive without a functioning generator in extreme heat was unsafe, but our circumstances did not appear to be taken into consideration. One of Road Bear's own service representatives even told us that the generator was "not a good unit," yet no meaningful solution was provided. We were also never informed that the generator should not be used while driving, despite paying extra for unlimited generator use. We expected a reliable RV and responsive customer service, especially considering the premium price we paid. Instead, we experienced inadequate orientation, an unresolved mechanical issue, significant unexpected expenses, and a great deal of stress during what was supposed to be a memorable family vacation. I hope Road Bear takes responsibility for this experience and improves both the reliability of its vehicles and the level of customer service it provides. Customers should receive a proper in-person orientation before leaving the lot, and mechanical issues that affect safety should be addressed promptly. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend renting from Road Bear Rentals & Sales.

This review is long overdue!…read more We bought our first travel trailer here in 2022, an InTech Sol Eclipse. The next year we traded it in for a slightly bigger one, the Sol Horizon. Nohr's was one of the few dealers who sell the brand InTech, which is why we initially looked here. We ended up being very pleased with both of our interactions. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and the buying process was straightforward. Both times we felt we paid a fair price. We never felt like they were playing games with pricing. A few years prior (pre-pandemic) we were at another place, we'll call it Dealer Xstream, and were ready to buy. Having looked at other dealers and knowing what that particular trailer was going for, we made an offer and they said it was too low (it was within average price range in Northern California); they said there was no way they could accept. We didn't buy a trailer that day. Literally the next day they called and asked if we still wanted to buy at our way too low asking price. We declined. We are now super happy with our Sol Horizon from Nohr's and are glad we kept looking around. Nohr's played no games and were transparent with their pricing. With a purchase this big, transparency is very appreciated. We have also had warranty repairs/service done here. Getting the trailer serviced has not always been quick, but it is done well. The long lead time seems to be true of pretty much anywhere you get work done on recreational vehicles in the post pandemic world. Overall, I would recommend Nohr's RV to anyone who is in the market, and InTech trailers to anyone who is looking for a high quality product!

I purchased a ~$200,000 Storyteller Overland van from La Mesa RV (Fremont), built on a…read moreMercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis, and this has been one of the most frustrating ownership experiences I've ever had. Even the purchase process should have been a warning sign. While finalizing paperwork, the finance manager at La Mesa RV openly acknowledged that issues often "fall through the cracks" between Mercedes and Storyteller, and then aggressively pushed an extended warranty--going so far as to say it was "stupid" not to buy it after spending this much on a van. At the time, it felt inappropriate. In hindsight, it feels like a clear warning of what was to come. From the very first drive home, I started getting battery warning lights. Within a month, the van broke down completely on a trip to Los Angeles and had to be towed after going into limp mode. I was told the battery was replaced and everything was fixed. It wasn't. Since then, the van has repeatedly failed to start, including being completely dead after sitting unused. I've now had to call Mercedes roadside assistance multiple times, most recently being told to let the engine run to recharge the battery--only for it to die again immediately after turning it off. At one point, even roadside support noted flickering interior lights suggesting deeper electrical issues. What's most frustrating is that none of this was disclosed upfront: * La Mesa RV never mentioned these known battery drain issues * Storyteller Overland never explained that the vehicle cannot sit unused for more than 1-2 weeks without requiring a battery tender or disconnect system * Mercedes-Benz has not taken ownership of diagnosing or resolving what now appears to be a systemic electrical problem Only AFTER I started digging did I hear from a Storyteller representative that these issues are widely known and tied to vans sitting for extended periods before sale. So let me summarize: * I paid ~$200K for a vehicle I cannot rely on * I've spent 20+ hours troubleshooting and coordinating service * I've had to tow it and call roadside assistance multiple times * I still do not have a functioning, dependable vehicle * And no one--not La Mesa RV, not Storyteller, not Mercedes--has taken responsibility or offered a real solution Instead, I've been bounced between companies, each implying it's someone else's problem. This feels like a system where the dealer sells it, the manufacturer builds it, Mercedes supplies the chassis--and when something goes wrong, nobody owns the outcome. At this point, I genuinely believe I was sold a defective vehicle without proper disclosure. If you're considering buying from La Mesa RV, a Storyteller Overland van, or anything built on a Mercedes Sprinter platform, do your homework on these battery and electrical issues first. I wanted this van for adventures with my family. Instead, it's been a time-consuming, expensive, and deeply disappointing experience.

From day one, David was genuinely friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and, most importantly not pushy at all. He worked with my family for months, patiently helping us narrow down the exact model that would truly fit our needs. We never once felt rushed or pressured, just supported and well advised. David went above and beyond, not only helping us choose the perfect RV, but also taking the time after the purchase to walk us through everything. Since this was our first RV, his hands-on training made a huge difference and gave us the confidence to actually enjoy owning it instead of being intimidated by it. On top of that, the entire La Mesa customer service team was fantastic, friendly, responsive, and clearly focused on making sure customers are taken care of. If you're looking to buy a Winnebago (or anything from La Mesa's massive inventory), David Jimenez is the person you want. We couldn't be happier with the experience and highly recommend him to anyone considering an RV. Cheers from Nick and Grace
