These guys are amazing. I see them as a unknown gem with the city for people with rvs. I wanted a to install solar on my class A motorhome. She's an older rig but my wife and I love her. In the same day they wired my rig and carefully placed solar panels on rig. All parts were in stock, which for a small business is a stretch, but not for these guys. They were pleasant, and helpful. The also noticed some areas on roof that needed some sealant. All was done quickly. I feel very satisfied with solar system and so appreciated for the extra sealant that might have led to leaks had they not spotted it. This is a premier shop and I highly recommend it read more

This place is terrible. I made an appointment for a brake inspection and calibration on my little teardrop trailer. The night before, I looked at their property on Google Maps to determine the best way to pull in. I approached southbound on E 14 and noticed that there were a few vehicles facing toward E 14 in their lot. I turned the corner onto 152nd to see if vehicles typically enter there. It was gated so I turned on Lark, 153rd, and then northbound onto E 14. No parking was available on E 14, so I pulled past their driveway and then backed into their lot. When I got out of my car, someone on top of an RV in their lot started yelling at me and shouting obscenities about backing in. I told him that I had an appointment and that it was my first time there. He pointed to the building and said to tell those guys. Inside, I began to check in at the counter but quickly asked if the guy outside on the RV worked there. They said that they didn't know who was on an RV outside, so I took a couple workers out and I pointed at the guy and asked if he worked there. I was told that he did. I wan't comfortable leaving my trailer at this dump with someone who treats a customer that way. I said "fuck that guy, fuck all of you" and I left. read more

My mom's RV had several issues, including water leaks, a malfunctioning generator, and a leaking grey water valve. I made an appointment and dropped off the RV. Excellent service so happy with their work. They were honest fast and fair with their pricing. They even had my husband walk the roof with them and showed him what they suggested be done. Brought it because our Fridge and A/C weren't working. They found and fixed the problem in A/c the fan somehow had fallen off and couldn't blow out the hot air. The replaced a part in fridge that was faulty and a new fuse for lights. Also installed led lights outside. When we came to get it they informed us that they also went ahead and fixed the issue of sealing around where they saw cracks since they were already up there. Great place we found our new go to spot. We are new to trailer life and happy to found a great repair shop and store close to home. Highly recommended. read more

Great little gem. They helped get my pop up tent trailer up to snuff. I had to wait a couple weeks for a drop off appointment but that is to be expected. These guys are the best in the Bay Area. No other place even comes close. I've been bringing my RVs (three different ones over the years) here for repair for over a decade. This little store has everything you need at the best prices. If they don't have it they will get it for you. The shop is not fancy. I don't think they even have a website, but they have extensive experience, excellent prices, integrity and a great work ethic. Brought my latest RV in the other day to have them look at the AC because it seemed weak. Minutes after I arrived (I did make an appointment, but they also had several units waiting for work) Dan immediately went inside the RV, took out the air filter, washed it, replaced it and got it running cooler. He spent several minutes explaining to me the basic functions and issues with these AC units. Greg also came out and spent several minutes checking out the AC to see if there were any other issues with it. mentioned that I had lost the key to the external shower compartment. Dan pulled a key out of his pocket that fit exactly. My rearview camera had just stopped working on my drive to the shop. So he inspected it, climbed up the back ladder to take a photo of it, looked it up online, spent 20 minutes tracing the wires under the dash and found an intermittent ground. He fixed the ground and the camera seemed to be working, but then it starting turning off intermittently. He tried a few other things but wasn't able to immediately find the issue. He thought the camera itself might be failing. I could tell he was disappointed that he didn't fix my issue right there. He said I could leave my RV there if I wanted him to continue troubleshooting or I could take it home and he would do some research online about that specific unit. I decided to take my RV home since I was in a hurry. At this point he had spent about an hour working on my RV. Even though he hadn't fixed my rear view camera he had ruled out a number of possible issues. And he had worked on the AC and a few other things. But because they hadn't ben able to immediately fix the rearview camera they only charged me $5!!! That was just for the pair of replacement keys for the shower!!! I told him that I was more than willing to pay him for his time and everything else that he did but his boss said nope! This is just one example of the excellent service I have gotten over the years from this shop! But be sure to get an appointment because they get busy! read more

I came here to have some wiring done on my car to charge a deep cycle battery on my camper. The first time I plugged my camper in, the wiring on the camper fried all the way through from the connecting point that was installed by these guys. A week later my car exploded and burned to the ground. This was a new 2016 Volkswagen with no mechanical issues whatsoever. The firefighter said it must have been from the wiring that I had just had done but there was no way to prove it because everything was completely burnt. Both my car and trailer were deemed a total loss by the insurance companies. These guys are super solid and they knew exactly what I needed every time. I first got some locks for my trailer tongue and a little boot which works great for security and on the second round I got a tongue jack and a raised ball to get more clearance. These dudes are non pushy and I HIGHLY recommend them. Don't be fooled by the little corner location they can really get you set up straight.
