The Glass Man came to my home. The windshield was replaced quickly. Great work, professional, and kind.

Yesterday I messaged RDA Auto Glass & Tint via Yelp asking for a reqr window replacement for a 2005…read moreCamry. I got a very quick and friendly reply from Raneen. Yelp sent me other quotes, and this one was the best, and it was a bonus that we could go to the shop or have them come in their mobile van for the same price. Raneen and Steven were good at communicating, polite, and no upselling. I was surprised to get an OEM window (vs aftermarket) and very pleased with the whole experience.

I had to remain at the…read moreshop while they worked on my Tesla because I didn't have a ride home, and I also had a ton of work to complete on my laptop. They were more than happy to let me use the waiting area the entire time. Ryan made sure the air conditioning was cranked up for me--and I know it was for me because nobody else was in there. He offered me cold water and sodas, and when lunchtime came around, he refused to take no for an answer when he invited me to join them. I initially tried to decline because I wasn't very hungry, but in my own culture, it is considered rude to refuse a meal while your host is eating. Our cultures come from the same part of the world, and the food was very much like something I would be served at my own family's table so i gladly accepted. I mention this because it speaks volumes about the kind of people I was giving my business to. They genuinely care about their customers in a way you don't experience very often, and I appreciated the hell outta of it. My Tesla isn't the easiest vehicle to work on but these guys went above and beyond, treating my car as though it were their own. I can't say enough good things about this shop, and it is easy to understand why they are always busy. They have for sure earned all of my future auto glass and tinting business, as well as that of my family. Thank you, Ryan for making it such a great experience. You guys rock!

Just wanted to get it fixed and done with. Couldn't have chosen a better place. They got the issue fixed in less than an hour and for less than $200, which was considerably less than it could have been according to everything I'd found online. Honest and straight-forward guys, and very fair. Couldn't recommend them more.

My windshield was cracked, and I paid $275 to have it replaced. During the process, they discovered rust underneath the windshield and offered to repair the rust free of charge. They also offered to replace the rubber trim around the windshield. While I appreciate them offering additional work at no cost, that does not excuse poor workmanship on the service I originally paid for. I did not ask for those additional services for free--they offered to do them. In my opinion, fixing something extra for free does not give a business the right to do a half-done job on the actual repair the customer came in for. When I looked at the finished work, I noticed that the corners and rubber trim were not properly lined up. I brought this to their attention calmly and respectfully. I was not yelling or being disrespectful--I was simply expressing my concerns about the quality of the work on my vehicle. Instead of listening to my concerns and addressing the issue, I repeatedly heard that everything was "fine" and was reminded about what they had done for me for free. That was frustrating because my concern was not about the additional work they offered. My concern was about the quality of the work I paid for. What made the situation even more disappointing was being told to "calm down" when I was already calm and speaking in a respectful and articulate manner. As a Black woman, being told to calm down when I was simply expressing a legitimate concern did not sit well with me. I came in expecting professional work and professional customer service. Instead, I felt dismissed and as though I was being expected to accept work that I personally believe was not completed properly. I am sharing my experience so that other customers can make an informed decision. If you choose to come here, I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting the work before leaving and speaking up if something does not look right. i literally still have gaps in my windshield to it's going to have water damage. They know how to get you to come back for sure
