Amazing staff and exceptional work. Their pedicures are unbelievable and I love it here!!

Their prices are insane doesn't matter how rich you are. I got a simple design, really all I asked was for black and a green dot. They charge for color and design, for each nail! Each nail! They also charge acrylic and pedicure separately. (Yes for each nail as well) I have never heard of this in any other nail salon. They just look for more money in every possible way, I swear if they could charge for the air in there they would. Plus the work that I got on my nails is not worth the $90. I regret not going back in there asking them to cut my nails off. Because then that would've been worth of $90. And I would have been happier. read more

The experience was nice at the beginning and the tech did just ok, her name is Amy, but she cut me twice and the worst part was before she did my nails she asked me to pay. She wouldn't complete the service unless I paid. No other customer was asked to pay before the service, but me. I guess they thought that I didn't have enough money for my services which I paid over a hundred dollars and 20 percent tip. I wish I didn't feel it was racial, but most likely it was which is saddening. I won't be back. I came on my day off as a Mothers-day treat to myself. Nail tech cut my cuticles poorly. Two fingers are still hurting. She used old nail polish and honestly never once genuinely apologized. The owner was really nice and front check in was smooth. Sadly I will not return. read more

I've been to many nail salons in the area some are good at manicures and others for pedicures but Glo is great at both. Throughout my whole service I am greeted by name. My nails never chip and stay on for weeks especially dip. It is always busy so I always schedule an appointment. It is clean and welcoming. Very overcrowded, narrow, threat you like cattle. I have been waiting as long as 45 minutes at times. The first time we got our nails done the color looked very different and he said that's just what happens when it goes on your nail, I would hear this two more times. Never had this problem before and been doing my nails for years. The last time, both my daughter and my nails chipped within days. They are also rude. I've seen them laugh at customers and be rude. This is my 3rd or 4th time here. The last time the person did a decent job. I usually go to this salon bc it's close to my house. I was noticing subtle differences then in how they treat their Asian customers. I was the only one there today at that time. I thought maybe I was just imagining things or being a little sensitive. Today however, was way too obvious. I made an appt at 10:30. The guy was aloof but when group of white girls came in after me a few mins after I checked in, that mood changed. All welcoming. At 10:40 they finally had me sit down but no one was assigned to me yet. Next thing I know, the white ladies were seated and had people starting on their nails. A person didn't get to me until almost 11. So I was awkwardly sitting there for awhile. The lady didn't finish until about before 12. Nice lady, however, I didn't realize until I drove off that she did a messy job especially on my left middle finger. I think they knew I was kinda pissed off already as I checked out bc the guy up front ask if I had "any comments" after he had asked me if everything was ok while paying. My family and I have been loyal customers of David and Tiffany for 20 years. I'm frustrated to say I will not be giving my business to them ever again. I called to have a nail repaired and was told to walk in. I walked in and waited an hour.... Was ignored. It was so obvious the customers paying for a full service were prioritized.... Really? 20 years of loyalty? And you can't give 5 minutes to fix one nail? I was so disappointed, I eventually said I'm getting up and leaving. I will not be returning. The staff does not appreciate the customer's business they just appreciate the customer's money. I hope all businesses can prioritize the way they treat they're customers. Went here with a few friends the day before a wedding... only one of us had a good experience. The nail techs were rushed, I was cut several times with the cuticle cutters, to the point where the nail of my big toe started to bleed. The nails weren't left long enough to dry inbetween coats so the manicure and pedicure didn't even last a day. Extremely disappointed, especially with the how expensive it ended up being. read more

Was surprised by add on charges, for filing nails. They quoted one price over the phone then added $5 for filing the nail , without telling me (WHAT?) and said that is how they charge. They also did not use a prime base on nails. Salon was definitely new, hipper, but not at all relaxing. I will have to see how long the dipped last, but it really rubs me wrong when a business isn't straightforward with pricing. I am NEVER one to leave reviews, usually just chalk up less than stellar experiences to bad days but unfortunately I feel like I need to in case people like me are looking for a new salon. I made an appointment a couple days prior for a full set and a pedicure. Firstly, I wasn't too thrilled with the outcome of my manicure (or the $70 price tag which didn't include touching my cuticles or anything) but they had let me know that they didn't have this exact top coat so I was like okay I guess that's on me. She was super rough on my hands, overall unfriendly and really rushed my nails but whatever, I'm not there for friends. Then when it's time for my pedicure I wait about 10 minutes before someone comes to fill the tub with water (cold) but doesn't start the jets or anything. Another 10 minutes later I still hadn't been helped so I help myself out and ask to pay. I was then told they'd be right with me and they were ready. I said I had waited without anyone saying as much as "hey! we'll be right with you!" When I asked the owner while paying (and still tipping 15%) if there was a better way to make an appointment if/when I'm on a tight schedule he became combative and told me appointments are estimates and he's not going to turn away walk ins just because he has appointments. He then proceeded to tell me he'll pull up the video footage and show me I didn't wait that long and that if I need an on-time appointment that their salon wasn't for me. I made a reservation for a no chip manicure along with two regular nail polishes (for my two little daughters) a few weeks in advance and they told me they only had 5:30pm available, which was later than I had hoped, but I totally understand. However, when I went for our appointment the manager (I think) said they didn't have my appointment, but they were willing to accommodate us. After waiting 45 minutes, a lady ended up painting my two daughters' nails in the waiting room and then she went on to do my "no chip." The next morning, my thumb polish was completely off and another finger was half way off too. I went back on Saturday morning when they open (at 9:30am) and they got me right in to fix the two nails. I asked her to confirm that my other nails would be fine as I was leaving for spring break in a few hours. The lady said yes. However, with in another 24 hours another nail is completely off. Now I am going on vacation with one random nail not painted and completely frustrated by this whole experienc. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE. read more
