I arrived for my appointment with some time to spare to fill out any paperwork since I was a new patient. The young man at the front desk was very nice and throughly went over what information was needed and my copay amount through my insurance. Dr. Hwang completed my eye exam and she was very thorough. Luckily my injury was minor but I'll be back for a follow up appointment. I decided to make them my primary optometrist office moving forward since they're a lot closer to my home and I had a great patient experience. I recommend their office!

I am a person who asks a lot of questions when it comes to healthcare. I want to know the "why" and not just be told that something is the way it is. I also want to understand preventative care and the future roadmap -- what is causing something, what things can I do differently, what is the worst case / best case / likely scenario, how does my lifestyle affect things, etc. Dr. Pham patiently and comprehensively addresses these questions. Sure, good optometrists should be knowledgeable but that is the baseline requirement in my opinion and better optometrists demonstrate professionalism and good "bedside manner" so to speak. Exceptional optometrists add a level of client care, client education, patience and treats every patient interaction as one instance of a long-term relationship. Dr. Pham embodies all of those traits which is what makes her exceptional.

There is good ADA parking on the driveway. All business is done through a modified front wood door with an access window cut into it. The grounds are kept very clean and the business appears to be run by an older man and woman. I had a short wait, as there were two customers ahead of me. I learned that he tries to repair while you wait. The lady assured me he would be with me soon. Five minutes later I met the gentleman and showed him my broken glasses. He told me they could be repaired but involved repairing the hinges and other items. He gave me a price quote-which I felt was very fair considering the damage. I paid up front (they do take credit cards) and I told him he could have them for a few days. I came back a few days later and the glasses looked great. The lenses were clean, nothing was loose, the repairs looked great! I was so happy-that's why im doing this review. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business!

Today in addition to getting new glasses I also needed my prescription sunglasses tightened and they did that for me while I looked at frames.
