Gloria is one of my go to spots for latin food. The food is always good. The service is always nice. The waiters are nice and accommodating! I usually go at lunch time. It usually is busy but still seated quickly. I like the decor and outdoor seating.

My go to spot when I want good margaritas and good mex inspired food. Although today I got one of my favorite soups, the mariscada. It's seafood soup made with shrimp, scallops, red snapper, mussels, lobster tail and vegetables. Absolutely delicious and a perfect dinner choice as DFW continues to defrost from the winter storm. No happy hour here like the other locations which was a bummer.

The team made reservation for a team dinner and it was ok. This is more of a 3.5 star review We started w a few Appetisers which were pretty mediocre - some guac, papussas, nothing too exciting . However my main course was very good (4.1/5) - I got the red snapper and it was cooked to perfection : crispy and very rich. I also tried an old fashioned which was not great. I am probably going to try different places next time

I ordered tamales via door dash from Gloria's in Las Colinas and this is what o received. Spoiled tamales and are clearly spoiled. I'll Never support this location again. Terrible!

The atmosphere was just right. Love the decor and lighting. This was my first time visiting and was able to order seafood soup and taste the carne asada plate from my table. Our waiter was the best! Definitely coming back.

We had the yuca Salvadoran which was amazing. The Tamales were undercooked. The rest of the items lived up to the Gloria's reputation. Our server was great and food was served in an orderly and timely fashion. Jesse would even come and tell us about how much longer in minutes before the food will be served. The tables were neatly laid out and the ambience was pretty good.

Came here for my last team lunch yesterday. Haven't been to Glorias in a while so I was happy to be back. Service was decent here. There was some language barriers but our waitress was nice and was doing her best. I ordered the carne asada because I was craving chimichurri sauce. It was decent steak. I wasn't mad at it. The rice is good but it has corn and peas in it. I would prefer it without. I did want to order the pupusas and I should've because they are always good and hot and fresh. I had a good time overall and the queso we ordered was good and spicy. Had lots of jalapeños in it but I liked it.

The sun was punching its clock out over 320 West Las Colinas Blvd, bleeding pink and orange across a sky that looked too pretty for business-travel loneliness. Irving was quiet, quiet enough that the hum of my rolling suitcase sounded like a confession I didn't mean to make. I wasn't looking for trouble, just a good meal and a reason to believe the road isn't all fluorescent lights and expense reports. That's when I saw it: Gloria's Latin Cuisine, glowing like a promise in the twilight. The outdoor tables that didn't just beckon, they summoned. On a night like that, sitting inside would've been a crime. I took a seat beneath the open sky, where the world felt briefly, delightfully small. First came the chips, crisp enough to make the angels jealous, paired with salsas that carried heat and tang like they had somewhere better to be but chose to linger anyway. One bite and I knew I was in the right kind of trouble. A margarita was next, cold, bright, and balanced. Not the sugary knock-offs that taste like regret and cheap tequila. This was the real deal. A glass that whispered, "Kid, the night might just break your way." The steak fajita burrito arrived, sleek, confident, a real operator. The steak tender and smoky, the fillings tucked in tight like hush-money in a manila envelope. It had a cheese sauce accomplice, golden, velvety, the kind of smooth talker that could get a guy to sign away his better judgment. It didn't overwhelm, it elevated, coating each bite like a silk glove over brass knuckles. I could've walked out then, but fate wasn't done. A chocolate turtle brownie arrived, rich and decadent enough to make a grown businessman consider a second life in pastry. Warm, gooey, shameless. I didn't stand a chance. When I stepped back out into the cooling Texas dusk, the streets were still empty, but I wasn't. Gloria's hadn't just fed me. It cracked the hard shell of another road-weary evening and filled it with something like joy. If you're drifting through Irving, chasing deadlines and airport gates, do yourself a favor. Find Gloria's. Order bold. Stay a while. Some places remind you you're alive. This one makes you glad about it.

I really enjoyed this place! The people are friendly and very attentive!! The interior is so nice and classy with nice lighting. We came in time for brunch and we ordered bloody Mary's to start and they were some of the best I've ever had! My husband and I ordered the Ceviche Trio for our appetizer and it was superb. Hubby ordered the Mariscada which is a seafood soup, I ordered the Migas and let me tell you that both these menu items were delicious! I really, really like this place and we'll be back soon!!

My third visit to this location. They were super busy tonight. I was annoyed that i called and asked if a reservation was needed but when i got there an hour later it was a 20 min minimum wait. I also don't understand how one small margarita costs $12 but my entree of 3 enchiladas plus rice and beans is $15. I know alcohol is expensive...it just doesnt make sense to me. It was loud even outside and the service was ok.

Holy cow the food at this place is amazing! The margarita was very strong and super delicious. The guacamole was fantastic, and I particularly enjoyed the green salsa as well. The black bean dip is also very good, but I would skip the red salsa. The hero here is definitely the Carne Asada! It was absolutely delicious. Service was excellent and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend.

It was the epitome of small but mighty, serving up classic high quality Korean dishes in what felt like a pocha style establishment with excellent service. Now that word has gotten out, there are numerous visitors from all over and they've made some slight adjustments that have taken it a notch down for me and others. This includes the hiking of prices (#1) and the introduction of non-Korean staff to appease many non-Korean patrons. The latter has had more mishaps than the previous wait staff, but the mistakes are quickly remedied with swift adjustments. They even updated their awning with a much bolder "금수저" (golden spoon) awning. Food wise, it also feels like there has been a change as well. The soondubu went up a solid $3 and the mandoo fillings have been skimpy as of late. I also feel the banchan has been more limited than the past with only a handful of dishes than the variety from before. I also wish they kept their old late night hours before as well, but that's only reserved for Friday and Saturday. I still think Gold Spoon is worth a visit, but I do long for the version from before and hope they can revert back to how they earned their accoladed in the first place. ___________ (#1) Foodflation back at it again

When we walked in, no one greeted us or explained how the ordering process worked. We took our time looking over the menu and were pretty much left to figure things out on our own. To be fair, one employee was checking out customers and another appeared to be preparing food, so I can give a little grace there. After about 3-5 minutes, someone came from the back and politely asked how he could help. I mentioned that it was our first visit, and he instructed us to order our sandwiches with him. After taking our order, he immediately started preparing the sandwiches. Unfortunately, no directions were given about what to do next. We moved over to what appeared to be the sandwich topping station, where another employee was working. He never acknowledged us, and by that point, both the cashier and sandwich prep employee had disappeared to the back. We grabbed a bag of chips and headed toward the register, assuming maybe toppings weren't part of the process. When the cashier eventually returned, she looked at us as if she was wondering why we were standing there. I explained that it was our first time and that we hadn't received any instructions. She quickly apologized and gave us a rundown of how everything worked. As it turned out, our sandwiches were simply waiting to be dressed with toppings. While she was helping us, the employee who had been standing at the topping station the entire time walked off carrying completed sandwiches. I'm assuming he was handling to-go or catering orders, but his lack of acknowledgment made the experience feel a little cold and unwelcoming. Once we got through the ordering process, things improved. The young lady finished our sandwiches, checked us out, and we decided to dine in since the wind outside changed our plans to enjoy the patio. The décor was interesting, with lots of unique things to look at and talk about. We also loved the family feel of the space and the large windows that filled the restaurant with beautiful natural light. The sandwiches did the job and filled us up for lunch. The taste was decent, but I feel like I could have made better choices had I understood the ordering process from the beginning. This feels like a place that's very comfortable for regulars but not necessarily geared toward first-time visitors. Would I return? It's not at the top of my list, but I wouldn't completely rule it out either.
