We have an automated driveway gate that was installed by another company about five years ago. All of a sudden developed a problem with opening due to heavy metal gate dragging on driveway when opening. George came out to evaluate and explained to us that the power arm LiftMaster of the gate was not suitable for the type of gate that we have due to the weight. Also, the hinges on the gate were not large enough to support the gate and overtime they were faulty. When George came out to evaluate, he was thorough, he explained things, etc. The day that we had the gare re-hung, new hinges put on (welded), and new lift master arm put on there were two other workers that came with George. Unfortunately during installation we had a glitch with one of the posts not being as supportive as it should. George took the time to explain different options for correcting this problem. All I can say is that they spent an incredible amount of time fixing this issue so that they could hang the gate. This probably took them an extra two hours plus needing to go get material. There was no extra labor charge and the only charge was for the material which came out to about $50 more. I am the type where I need to go outside and check to see what's going on during the repair of anything. Each time I went outside George explained to me what was going on, he was patient was very kind. I highly recommend this company for any driveway gate repair. From the start I felt like I was in great hands with George and at the completion of the project. I knew that he did the best job possible and everything turned out great.
