Staff is very friendly and accommodating, I've never had an issue booking last minute! (my schedule changes weekly). As far as wait times, I would say there was only one instance where I had to wait over 20 minutes for my appointment but they did say the machines were down so I understood. My main complaint would be how they pressure you into buying things you may not want/ need, even after saying you're not interested or you might have to think about it. If I had the money to throw down, trust me, I would. I had a tech try and sell me something (I didn't need) then after I declined she told me that she was going to get fired if she didn't sell anything, so I felt bad and purchased it from her, which made me uncomfortable. I understand I didn't have to buy the service and I understand they're a business and trying to make money, but if someone says no, just be respectful. I'd hate to know how many others get pressured by these tactics. Also, if you're doing laser hair removal do your research. Although it's worked for me with not growing thick hair back, I now have body odor that's worse than I've ever had it (pits). When I asked the tech about it she said that was impossible for this to happen and wasn't because of the laser hair removal. My doctor said it IS possible, because the laser disturbs the bacteria in the area. The tech that told me this was either afraid to be honest, or didn't know what she was talking about. Came here for my first ever chemical peel this past Saturday because they were having a special. The lobby was clean and neat and they have water and snacks for you while you wait. I only waited about a minute before they called me back. I was a little nervous because I expected it to burn and sting a lot. They made sure to ask me how I was doing every few minutes to make sure I was not in pain. The pain was only maybe a 2 on a scale of 1 to 10. Not bad at all!
