This nail place has been open with new owners for about a year and a half. I've been coming to them the entire time. I love the detication and detail they put into my nails. They really do care if you like the work that's being done. I always get the gel manicure which is $25. Sometimes I add design to it. As long as it's something simple then they don't mind with an extra charge of course. I highly recommend this nail salon to all my friends. Every time I get a compliment I always tell the person where to go to get awesome looking nails. As a treat I'll get a pedicure. It's so nice to have wax between my toes and on the bottom of my feet. Then to get a leg massage while my feet are soaking up the soft wax. Then a hot towel that always smells fresh out of the wash. I walked in to get a pedi with my gf and was put in a cold tub and sat there for 45 minutes and 2 guys walking around. Nobody got to me nor spoke to me. Ended up putting my socks back on my wet feet and they acted like nothing happened. So unprofessional. Will never go back. read more

I can't do the gel polish with my skin problems due to having to dry under the light. So getting someone to do my acrylic nails where these don't lift is fantastic. Place is clean and nice. I used to go here every time I wanted my nails done but stopped going after one really bad experience. My acrylic removal was the WORST. Ripped my nail in the process and it started hurting really bad. I felt bad cause the guy was sweating so much and was really trying. Went in for a fill the lady that did my nail had them all different sizes and shapes when I asked her to fix them she got upset saying picky customer. The paint job was also horrible looks like I need a fill. The told them not even to finish I will have them done at the place I normally go. When I told the owner he wouldn't even look at me. I have been going to this salon for years, and the shop is always clean and relaxing. The prices are fairly inexpensive, and the overall atmosphere is great. The staff is friendly, and they accommodate for both appointments and walk-ins. I rarely ever make an appointment. I typically do walk-ins, and the wait time is never long. Julie does my nails and always does a fantastic job. I've tried other local salons and have always had to go back to her to fix the job they did. I really wouldn't recommend anywhere else. I came here for a mani/pedi and an eyebrow wax. I've been here before with my mom and sister, who both seem to like it. The only good thing about this place is the price. I seem to always get stuck with the same lady doing my nails/waxing - and the same disappointment when I leave. But, she is really nice so I keep giving her a chance. She started with the eyebrows: waxed, then plucked the stray hairs only on one side. This wouldn't be a problem if it weren't the side covered by my hair. My left eyebrow had some stray hairs while the right one looked great. I didn't look close enough to notice at the salon though, so partly my fault I guess. The pedicure was meh as well. She made my toenails rounded and painfully short - my big toe started bleeding. She has long nails so the "massage" was kind of painful and she scraped some skin off the bottom of my foot and that started bleeding later. Ouch! Manicure was the same. She butchered my cuticles and made another finger bleed, then didn't clean my nails off after filing them so there's a noticeable bump in the polish on my thumb, and she smudged a couple nails. I would've had her fix them but I was more interested in getting home and bandaging myself up. No more chances for this place. Yes, the prices are low, but you really get what you pay for. read more

I'm all about this place. I have this habit of moving somewhere and then picking a nail salon that I stay with until I move/die, whichever comes first. I've had my nails done by pretty much every employee here and I have yet to have a complaint. I've had the squared French mani and pedi, the pointy, ghetto-licious glittery nails, the solid colors, whatever, and they do a good job of catering to my whimsical desires. THANKS TOP NAILS Prices are average, and I like the atmosphere in here with the little Greek pillars and ugh I just love getting pedis here with the hot wax and the comfy water. So yeah I totally recommend coming here for your mani/pedi needs! OH I almost forgot, I also get my eyebrows waxed here and it's $10 and they do a great job. I think I just wasted my money at that place. I am not too picky and can easily ignore some imperfections. This time my pedicure was ruined before I left the place. Things I didn't like: 1. I always ask to file my nails, not cut. The girl, who did my pedicure, literally slid the file once or twice along my toe nails. My nails had no shape at all. I asked to actually shape them, she smiled and didn't do that. I am sure she spoke English since she was talking to me in very decent English. 2. Cuticles were not pushed down at all and cut very sloppy. Again, I pointed that out.... nothing. 3. Once pedicure was done, she put my flip-flops right away and made sure I got up right away. The place was half empty. Why couldn't I stay in the chair and wait for my toes to dry? First I thought that maybe she wants me to sit somewhere else, so I got up. Nope, she was done and wanted me to leave apparently. I wore long skirt, so as I was getting up, three of my toes were ruined. At that point I was really upset, and didn't feel like asking to fix it anymore. All I wanted was to leave and never come back. I still give three stars because the girl spent at least 10 minutes on foot massage. And in general it was nice and relatively clean place. read more

Not to be racist or anything, but the only thing that made me uncomfortable was that they kept speaking in Vietnamese over my shoulder. Also, you can't leave a credit tip, so bring cash! I definitely would not come back here again. It was $35 for a fill and it was not done well. The polish on my acrylic gel nails has already started chipping and it's been two days. The place was disorganized and my friend and I who went in were rushed out once more customers came in, leaving my nails to look mediocre for a big price tag. The friend I went in with was in the middle of getting her nails done when the man got up and started helping someone else, thus making us wait when we were already there. Today, I purchased their deluxe pedicure spa package and had one of the best pedicures I've ever received. Horrible experience. Went in for manicure and pedicure. The guy removing my current gel polish hit my skin first and apologized then proceeded to continue filing only to file through me polish, my acrylic nail, and my real nail before hitting my skin and making me bleed. He left only to come back to pour a powder substance on my nail. When asked what the powder was, he could not answer nor could anyone else. After asking over and over he finally gave the bottle to me to read. They proceeded to have a different lady take over. I asked her not to paint the cut nail and she did anyways. On top of all that they charged me full price. I went straight home to remove the polish and pour hydrogen peroxide on it. Hoping it does not get infected. I called today to ask for the owners name. I'm a usual customer here and I have never experienced this type of customer service before which is very shocking. When I have arrived my friend and I were quickly seated for a pedicure but as soon as one of the ladies started to do my toes she had cut me and I stArted to bleed. Then I asked for a mint green color which was "533" what I had believed at the moment was the correct color, as she started to apply the polish I asked if this was the right color. She responded w yes and continued, but as she continued it looked way darker, so I asked again. This time her response was "oh yeah, this is the wrong color" and continued to paint. The two numbers were swapped she had said. So I suggested that they change the number because it is confusing, she said nothing and continued to paint. Then the owner comes and says he'll fix it and then the lady just gets up and leaves. Doesn't say anything to me, doesn't say after the led light turns off you're done or he'll be w you shortly. So I'm sitting there w my foot in the light just waiting. He then comes and is gonna remove the color but I told him that it was okay bc I don't have time, I would just like for my service to be finished. He then rudely starts to laugh at me and says okay. So my response to that was you know what it is fine. I don't need that and he starts to laugh again. He was very rude and I can tell why his employees are the same.
