The staff members here are reliable and do their best to make sure you're getting the best deal. As a girl, I used to be afraid of getting scammed by car repair shops but this place is the complete opposite which is very reassuring. Right when you walk in, there is a sweet Korean Lady (the owner's mother) who greets you or the owner himself. The owner has great energy and is hilarious- always made me feel very welcomed. I will say the parking lot is a little small but this shop somehow manages to make it work. The interior has a good number of chairs for customers as well as a center table. That being said, it you are hoping to not have a long wait time, I would try to come here during opening or lunch time during the weekdays. While you are waiting for your car to get fixed, if you get hungry/thirsty, there is a vending machine for beverages and mochi ice cream for you to purchase. This place has helped me with oil changes, state vehicle inspections, and my friend's AC issues. The friends who have visited here from my recommendation all had nothing but great things to say about this auto shop! Just an FYI, if you are paying with credit card, there is a 3% service charge but if you're paying with cash, that is waived. Another FYI, this place is good for three different languages: English, Spanish, and Korean.

AJ is the epitome of taking GREAT care of the customer by: --timely, proactive communication about the job milestones via phone and texts --high energy attitude toward getting the job done, on-time. I needed to replace a high-pressure fuel pump and they knocked it out in about 2 hours! --AJ actually showed me the new part to be installed. That was a first! (see photo) --friendly staff, and AJ introduced me to both the mechanic assigned to my vehicle AND they escorted me out onto the spotless garage floor to see under-the-hood --AJ himself took my repaired vehicle out for a test drive and a scan --...and there was one other thing...let me see...Oh, yes! A reasonable price! In fact, both the dealer AND another automotive shop (with several locations) were not even in the same ballpark as G&S's quote. Not once did the rep not try to sell me on anything and was very upfront with me and walk in customers. I Ended up getting a quote for some maintenance on my wife's car that is due coming up and plan on taking it in next week.
