Always consistent and high quality Korean food. A great place to come with your family and the food comes out SO QUICK. Service is also high touch and they fill up waters and get you things quick. Just wish they had longer hours but if you want solid Korean food that's satisfying come here.

I've visited here for lunch a few times and it's always delicious! I always get the Bibimbap. Their service for seating/ordering/serving is pretty quick and friendly. I've gone both during the week and on a weekend day for lunch and it was not crowded or hard to get a table. Plenty of parking available since there's a parking lot. Their decor/music fits the Korean theme of the restaurant.

I like coming here for Korean food once in a while. Prices are reasonable. My party ordered Seafood pancake and Tofu soup with Beef & Seafood. The meal comes with 5 complimentary small dishes. They all taste good. Waitress is attentive. The ambience is decent.

Such yummy delicious food! We have come many times here and always leave feeling satisfied eating a sumptuous meal! Being a vegetarian- our best options are Soon Tofu/ hot stone bibimbap! We tried the kimchi ramen with water broth ( request for vegetarian) and it was so good especially on a winter afternoon/ light showers outside! Service is always nice! It's a cute place as well. Parking never an issue.

I will be coming back to this place soon! I love the rice wine and all the side dishes it came with. My favorite were the fried wings! The service was quick and the food came out fast since it was on a weeknight but there were still a lot of people dining there.

My friend and I love Go Goong! The beef soft tofu soup is what we order everytime. We get medium spice, which is perfect for me. The restaurant is open for lunch and then again for dinner, so you have to check the times. They play Kpop music. There are plenty of tables. We have never been on the waiting list before lunch. We usually get there around 12:00. The banchan is always good. My friend likes the fish cakes, they don't always have it, but you can ask. I like the kimchi and the cucumbers. The Galbi is delicious! I ordered it to go for my husband and they packed it like a full on lunch with rice and banchan. It was so cute! I was just expecting galbi. We have had the seafood pancake, which is delicious and also the chicken wings are good and crispy. The rice tea or water is delicious. I'm not sure if you have to ask for it. But we had it last time we were there. The waitress is very sweet. She remembers my friend and I from coming in before. Of course we will always be back to have our tofu soup.

This Korean eatery has been in my neighborhood for some years and I finally decide to give it a try. Took my friend here for lunch during a weekday and luckily it wasn't crowded The place is quite spacious and neat. We both really enjoyed the food: kimchi pancake, seafood ramen, and the short ribs. The short ribs were correctly cooked to medium and tasted great with some char flavor on it. The ramen was surprisingly good with tasty broth and firm noodles! The kimchi pancake was also really good...however it was like kimchi explosion in my mouth and a bit too much for my taste Overall a very enjoyable experience. Will visit again soon!

There are much better Korean restaurants in the area at better prices... service has been disappointing as well.

Had a wonderful lunch date experience at this cute place and enjoyed good food. However, service could be improved. Server was not that friendly and had to be asked for tea many times; it felt like she was being bothered every time we asked for something.

Wowwww this place is soo yummy I can't recommend enough. Came here with a couple friends so we were able to try a few menu items. We started with the soy garlic glazed wings which were really good. The crunch was crunching. The side dishes were also pretty good, nothing special but nothing wrong with that. My friend had the beef tofu stew and he said it warmed the soul 10/10. We shared the jaep chae, which I've never had before. It was delicious, I would definitely order it again on a warm day. The hot stone bibimbap with beef was also really good. We added the hot sauce to it. Overall, definitely recommend and I will be back!

I absolutely adore ordering from Go Goong. Their food is delicious!!! Service-wise I appreciate the little extras they provide, like securely sealing the "to go" bag, and the cute little Ban Chan tray. What do they call that in NOLA? Ohhh Lagniappe! They're doing it right at Go Goong. If I could improve one thing, I wish they'd add an option for solo diners... almost like the Japanese Bento. Whole, family style plates are too much and too expensive.... It'd be nice to get little tastes of multiple dishes.

I came here twice in a week ! The restaurant located in the corner so it's not hard to see but it's right next to a liquor store if I remember it correctly. Service is good and fast. It's spacious ! We ordered the whole chicken soup with ginseng which was so good for a raining day. The chicken was so tender and easy to fall apart but it's quite small than I expected. We also got the spicy squid; hot and chewy. You can ask to have the side dishes refill many time you like. Definitely give it a try if you are in the area.

We ordered a mix of meats including the tri-tip, brisket, and ribs, along with several sides. Everything came out fresh and the meats were tender with a nice smoky flavor. The mac and cheese, potato salad, and coleslaw were all solid choices, and the garlic bread was a nice addition. Service was friendly and the staff were helpful when explaining the menu. Prices felt reasonable for the amount of food we received. Overall, a very good local BBQ spot that we'd be happy to come back to. The corn bread was pretty bad, beans were more like chile and not baked beans. I guess that's just a matter of preference, the ribs were pretty tough, brisket was actually very tender. Flavor on the ribs and brisket was good though. Mac n cheese was decent. Overall, it's just okay but the prices didn't reflect the quality. I probably wouldn't go back. Oh yeah, the workers decided to mop the floor 2 hours before closing with some super loud water rake and all anyone could hear was this rake dragging on the loud concrete. That was pretty annoying. Food was 3 stars, loud noise and expense dropped it to 2 stars.

I ordered a 3 meat combo and wasn't completely disappointed but noticed a decline in quality. The burnt ends felt rushed. Had a chewy dry texture. The ambience always is great, good music, good crowds, always something to watch for those who just want to kick it and have a drink. The reason for the three star review is that I cant help but notice that the quality and portioning of food has diminished from prior experiences i had here in the past years. To make it worse, prices have only gone up due to inflation. We had the rednexican nachos, burnt ends, sliced brisket ends and fried oreos. The nachos and the fried oreos were great as usual, but the entrees, not so much. The temps were off and the taste was not there, it has not been for the past two visits for us. Not sure if it's the product itself or the preparation of it, but it's just not the same quality i was used to. It's still a good spot to visit, but I wouldn't recommend it as a go to BBQ spot in the Livermore area.
