I just wandered in on vacation and had the sundried almond burger and I must admit it was the best burger vegan or otherwise I have ever had! I have never went back in to rave about a meal but my taste buds felt obligated to thank them for the incredible treat. Highly recommend!This is definitely my favorite place in Morro Bay! I'm not a vegan but I do appreciate vegan principles and really enjoy vegan food. The place is so clean and new looking with an excellent friendly staff. Also you won't find better prices on the waterfront. The absolute best thing on the menu is the TLTA- tempeh,lettuce,tomato,avocado sandwich. Everything is so unique about it I would be doing an injustice trying to explain it. Also the Nutty Date smoothie and the TropiKale smoothie are absolutely excellent and perfect to snack on while enjoying the beach. So glad we found this place (it is actually on the corner of Beach & Embarcadero). I had the chickpea bagel which had a wonderful spicy flavor like chili but also creamy with the avocado. The fresh fruit was so sweet and a colorful surprise. It was deliciously filling and the vegan donuts were scrumptious. We were visiting from So Cal and I wish I didn't live so far so I could eat there more often. read more

Nice veggie place. Had the sundried almond burger. Tasty but please realize that it is served cold. Also had the coffee. Totally awesome. I French press my own coffee and true to my French press, this coffee had coffee residue on the bottom of my cup so I know this is real French press coffee and the best way to prepare it. Will be coming back here. They have vegan baked goods too and gluten free options. Not much inside or out so took my box across the street to the surfboard benches and supped with otters. read more

I love traveling and visiting vegan restaurants. The cinnamon toast with Nutella, strawberry, and banana was delicious. I will be making that one at home! This is a cute little stop in Morro Bay offering packaged vegan treats like donuts and cupcakes, and also serving small meals and smoothies. It was a little of a long wait, but it seemed like the register/POS was having issues so that likely was not a regular issue. Ordered a Nutty Date smoothie, Caprese Toast $8, and the smokey chickpea bagel $8. The toast was fresh topped with juicy tomatoes and avocado slices but not a lot to it, the smokey chipea was interesting with good flavor, and the smoothie was filling and very tasty. Will stop back in if craving a smoothie, but probably won't go back for breakfast foods again although I terestsd in trying the lunch menu. read more

I'm so happy I discovered this place! We go to Morro Bay a few times a year and stubbled upon this place one morning while looking for a coffee spot. While the coffee is delicious, I loved the smoothies, and all the plant based food options to choose from. The açaí bowls are delightful and I most recently had their avocado toast which was spectacular. The girls are sweethearts and very welcoming when you come in. What a wonderful vegan breakfast! I had a Garden Bagel and a perfect cup of coffee in a ceramic mug. I was doing the last stretch of a grueling motorcycle trip, and I needed something to get me through the last 200 miles. I was so glad to find a healthful, tasty vegan breakfast in Morro Bay! Go to shine. This place is so frustrating! I want to love it. I do love some things about it. But most is a let down. For starters it seems any warm food items become warm via microwave. I hate to microwave my food at home so why am I spending 12$ on and entirely microwaved meal. Second- I ordered gluten free. Maybe the regular bread and wrap are locally made however NEITHER of the gluten free options were even close to it. The GF bread is Costco brand. Sorry that's only ok at not "health" conscious establishments. The wraps are brown rice tortillas which I'm very familiar with, and most defiantly need to be heated before serving. Which didn't happen to mine and after 15+ waiting they brought out my fallen apart wrap and asked if I'd like it as a sandwich, which no I obviously ordered as a wrap but in that condition was completely inedible. So I waited another 5+ mins for my Costco toast to slowly warm up. All meanwhile the two girls behind the counter incessantly whispered to each other, leaving me, their only customer, uncomfortable. read more

Let me start off by saying, I am VERY excited about this place. As a Central Coast native who is also a vegan, It is so exciting to get more places like this! They caught my eye as my friend and I were about to leave Morro Bay. I walked in and my jaw DROPPED TO THE FLOOR. I was faced with MANY options, this was exciting and also very stressful as a person who is a known indecisive, either way I was elated. They have juices, smoothies, coffee, breakfast, and lunch items served all day. I was tossed up between the Smokey chickpea wrap, a known favorite of theirs, or the cream cheese bagel. I ended up with the chickpea wrap bc it came with a side salad ft. the most awesome green goddess dressing. Woke up early to go to the beach and take a stroll down the water...we were headed back to our room and decided we could stop for coffee/tea or honestly any beverage! We stopped here around 6:40 and the girl inside was taking out a board to the front, she asked us if we had any questions to ask her, a couple minutes later we placed our order (Melonjito and Citrus Bliss) also picked up a reef friendly chapstick and hand sanitizers! Service was super awkward, their card reader wasn't working and they tried to be polite but they were just really weird and awkward about it. I ordered an almond milk latte and a mocha with almond milk and- first off- they charge an EXTRA DOLLAR for almond milk. A whole fuckin dollar. Second, the drinks looked exactly the same. Literally exactly the same. The only way I could tell them apart was by sticking a straw in one and not the other. The 'mocha' was just a latte with one pump of chocolate syrup. Total BS. I paid $13 for two crappy drinks made by people who don't know customer service. read more

We come here every time we're in town and we're never disappointed. The street tacos are my favorite, go for 3 each. It's so nice to have fresh vegan food. Great spot for breakfast! Came here with the family for Acai Bowls; it was 50 degrees outside but there was a place to eat inside. I've been twice now and I really like the food. Two cons: no real seating and long wait time. Those are easily fixed by taking your food to enjoy at the beach and calling your order in ahead of time. Berry Goddess Bowl: do not order if you're driving somewhere immediately or carrying anything else. They fill it to the brim (thank you!) but they only have flat lids, not domes. So the beautiful (and staining) red liquid spills out when you're walking ... holding a squirming infant that's as heavy as a toddler who is spitting up on you ... and also carrying a sandwich because you're hungry and breastfeeding. I ate the remaining bowl in the backseat of the car because it was too massy at that point to set it down anywhere. It was delicious. Who am I kidding, I probably would have ate it while I was driving anyway. Veggie Crunch sandwich: amazing. Cinnamon twist toast: really good but super sweet and still coming down off that sugar high. read more

At first my husband and I would just drive past thinking it was just a juice bar but one morning this was the only place open with vegan options so we went in. We had the tacos and taco salad and it was amazing! We went on taco Tuesday so we loaded up on the tacos they were so good, I can't explain how they cooked the beans but they were so good. I love the way the store is setup too supporting other local business from (Sorry I can't remember the name but those amazing little bags of cookies or doughnuts-so good) pastries to soaps, balms etc. Can't wait to come here again and try a smoothie. read more

Oh, boy, I hope this place sticks around so I can try everything multiple times! Got the veggie crunchy sandwich and a day old scone and they were EXACTLY what I needed for my lunch. The dressing on the side salad was AMAZING!!! When you go, take in mind it's a small place and be patient! This isn't a big restaurant with a huge staff! There was only the one person working to both take and prepare orders and she was very polite and kind and I think that is very important to keep in mind.
