As for the chicken hotplate, it was really good! The chicken was grilled perfectly and the meat was very tender. The skin on the outside is grilled such that it's crispy, so that added some nice char flavor and texture. The arugula added some nice brightness to the dish. The lighter colored sauce had a sweet and tangy flavor to it, whereas the darker colored sauce had a sweet soy sauce flavor to it. Reminded me a lot of teriyaki sauce, but in a good way! It comes with a side of white rice and the rice was cooked perfectly. Overall a nice spot to go to for a special occasion. The ambience felt modern, clean, and kind of fancy. Seemed very upscale to me. The service was great. Our server was attentive to us and they took really good care of us. If I ever come back, I definitely want to try their nabe hot pot dishes.

Instead of trying to help find a solution, I was treated like I was inconveniencing them by asking a simple question. Good customer service is about helping customers (I've ordered there many times before and dined in person as well), especially when there's an issue with your online ordering setup. A small side of spicy mayo should not turn into an unpleasant interaction. The food may be decent, but customer service matters too. There are plenty of sushi restaurants that appreciate their customers and are willing to provide basic courtesy and assistance. Based on this experience, I won't be ordering from here again.

Went with family around late lunch time, good ambiance, quieter, and servers were friendly. Good serving size for the sushi plates and the fish was so fresh / great quality. Definitely worth it. In the beginning, you get some good sides. The first few mins you're here it's a little difficult because you can order 5 things at a time, with a 5 min wait in between, but once the food starts coming out it's less of an issue. We tried the premium price, The meat quality is mediocre, dry and tough. No taste to it at all. The sashimi and rolls were not fresh, they were drenched in sauce to cover it. The kimchi condiments was not fresh, like it has been sitting out for sometime. The system it was use when ordering was confusing. The first server was so so not all attentive. Amazing service! Our server Onder made all of us laugh whenever he was at the table, super funny and fun too. Also, the service was crazy fast, once an order was put it in came out within 5 mins. Music was also banger after bangers, mix of everything but all songs had us bobbing our heads. Completely forgot to mention the food, it was delicious , honestly, the meats were well flavored and not chewy. The meat cuts were all delicious (my faves were the beef belly, rib finger, and bulgogi) and the sushi we tried were excellent. The LA Galbi (and all the Korean BBQ meats in general) was probably the best I've had since moving to the Irvine area from Korea. The service was additionally fantastic! Our waiter was extremely welcoming and offered insightful information on everything served on their menu. He recommended the sushi--Tuna Tartere--and it was fantastic!! I don't even know where to begin because WOW. From the second we walked in, everything was absolute perfection, the food, the atmosphere, the drinks, the energy... all 10/10.
