    Eggrolls

We stumbled upon this pho restaurant while driving down Stevens Creek Blvd and decided to give it a try. Ordered: -Egg Rolls - came out fresh off the fryer golden brown, crispy, and a great appetizer to start off with -Fried Eggs and Sausages Banh Mi -Pork Ham and Steamed Slice Pork Banh Mi (Forgot to take a pics) -the bread was nicely toasted and they were solid Banh mi--however, I wish it had more spread/sauce added to it. Needed more flavor. -GOGO Combo Pho (rare fillet mignon, brisket, meat balls) -GOGO Combo Rice (grilled pork chop, shredded pork skin, & egg cake) Both combo dishes were cooked and prepared well and we enjoyed the variety of proteins included in each of the combo meals. The pho broth was light and not too overpowering, meats were soft, and noodles were cooked well. Service was fast and attentive, menu was straightforward and had appealing pictures, the inside is clean with good amount of seating. I'd definitely come back to try other dishes.

This place is walking distance to me and my partner had been wanting to check it out for awhile. There's a pretty small parking lot but we didn't have any issue finding a space when we came here. It wasn't too busy, and there was one guy serving, cleaning, taking orders, and handling the payments. A hallmark of a true Viet place. He was very friendly and offered great service! I got the bun ga nuong, and was pleasantly surprised by the addition of mango and apple. A pretty good portion size as well. The chicken was nicely cooked. My partner got the pho tai and enjoyed it. They offered a good amount of herbs, bean sprouts, and interestingly enough gave us packets of hoisin and sriracha instead of the bottles. They even gave us scissors to open the packets. Overall, we had a good meal and I even came back for a second visit! On my second visit, we decided to walk over and I called my order in ahead of time. Got a bun thit nuong this time and quite liked it. The meat was a teensy bit tough but honestly great regardless. Would definitely come back next time I want Viet food.

What we ordered: * #13 pho bowl Service * Speedy service with no fluff * Pay at the counter when done. Ambience * They recently remodeled the inside and it looks quite nice. * Quite inside and not too many people A solid place for pho. One of my local favorites. Don't sleep on this place.

Grilled Meat Vermicelli Salad & Well-Done Flank Steak Pho

I enjoyed the Grilled Meat Vermicelli Salad. The lemongrass pork was a little dry, but marinated really well. It was flavorful. I love that they add fruits to this! Mango, apple, etc. It balanced out the flavors of the savory meat and fish sauce. I wish I added cha gio with this! The pho was a little bit of a let down. The broth was somewhat bland and the portion was very small! For $1.50 you can upgrade to a large, which could be worth it since the regular is tiny. Not much meat and the noodles were stuck together.

generous amount of flank with richly flavored pho broth, ~$15 per medium sized bowl. table, utensils, floor were clean. legit good service. good juice and smoothie selection. street parking

    Beef sandwich. $8.95

The cheapest place. Beef sandwich with one strip of meat. $8.95. Amazing. I would not recommend to come here. I guess the Trump's tariff has hit restaurant already.

Came here on New Years day because everything was closed and I was properly hungover and needed my Pho fix. It's a little shop tucked away in this small plaza. There are plenty of seats inside. It seems like there were only 2 people working but they were definitely working hard and doing their best with great attitudes. So huge plus for that. They don't keep their condiments at each table, but they kept them up front by the counter. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to bring it back to my table or just make a saucer up there. The pho is decent, the broth wasn't super rich, and the meat was just of okay quality. I got a large combo, and while there was a ton of noodles, I think the amount of meat was on the lighter side. Also, the bowl is shaped oddly and inconvenient for resting your chopsticks on - but the shape also make it look like you're getting less than what you actually get. I was surprised how much food was in the bowl (but again, mostly noodles). Overall a decent spot with a lighter broth. I have my go-to pho place, but I know this spot will be open on holidays when other spots are closed.

This was our first time visiting, and we were truly impressed! The pho was absolutely delicious -- rich, flavorful broth with fresh herbs and generous portions. The service was excellent: the staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. We'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to our friends!!

Love their coconut prawns! They were not on the yelp order menu. I called my order in just so I could get them! Yum!

They have also opened a location in Cupertino that is more convenient for me. Adding Mian to this plaza definitely livened it up, it was so difficult finding parking and then there was an hour wait when we joined the waitlist. We wandered around Grocery Outlet and Savers to pass the time. I came with a group of 6 people. We ordered the sichuan spicy fries and fried chicken cutlet to share. The fries were the spiciest item I had that day, wow! I ordered the Sichuan chicken cold noodles, extra spicy. They were not spicy at all. I left everyone at the table try them and they all agreed it was not spicy. Kind of disappointing, I expected them to be spicier than the fries at least. My partner had the chengdu zajiang noodles, mild spicy. They were good, the signature dish of the restaurant. I would return, but their spice levels are very inconsistent.

It's just too far when you're hungry and slightly hangry... I did a quick Yelp search and was surprised (and excited!) to find LHL Malatang just under 10 minutes from home! The place wasn't busy at all when we got there, which meant no crowding at the buffet style section. I loved how smooth it was to grab all my favorite toppings without having to wait in line. Only minor letdown? There were only a few slices of beef left, so I opted for lamb instead but it still hit the spot. My bowl ended up being about $26, which honestly felt like a steal considering it was nearly 2 lbs of food. Definitely way more affordable than some other spots I've been to. I went with the mild beef bone broth but my Bestie got the sour spicy beef bone broth and wow, game changer. I kept sneaking sips from his bowl! Next time, that's definitely what I'm getting. Super flavorful and it lingered in the best way. All in all, I'm a fan. With how close it is to home, I can already tell this is going to be my new go to malatang fix.
