We were checked in by an employee named Honda, who was hands down the rudest person I've spoken to all year. She showed absolutely no regard for customer service or basic courtesy. To make matters worse, even when her manager gave her direct instructions, Honda was openly disobedient and rude to her superior right in front of us. I completely understand the stress and anguish that comes with working in customer service, but if a customer approaches you humbly, the bare minimum expectation is that you reflect that same humbleness and respect back. Starting our celebration with that kind of hostility put a serious damper on what was supposed to be a special visit. I really hope management addresses this behavior, because a tradition we used to look forward to was completely ruined by one person's terrible attitude.
