If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. The last 3 times we've ordered here, I've had to turn around and go back for an incorrect order. Unless you ask for your wings extra extra crispy, they come out like rubber, their fries/extras are soggy and worst of all the customer service is atrocious. Majority of the staff are rude, treat you like your incompetent, and rush you out of line. When I called just 2 days ago and asked to speak with the manager about my order I just picked up, she refused to give me her name or listen to my complaint. I had to ask her 3 different times and in 3 different ways, I told her I just wanted to know who to ask for when I come back with my incorrect order. Worst part was, I was halfway through telling her what was wrong, she cut me off as I was speaking, something a young child would do, (not a manager of a busy establishment), implying that I was wrong. It was unbelievable. For over a decade my family members and my self have spent 100's of dollars, to only get cold shriveled food, and belittled by young adults in their teens and 20s. I use to enjoy the experience in person when the food was hot fresh and the order correct, not sure what's going on over the last year, but it's pretty sad.
